Will send answers once home- Found on a birthday weekend trip to the coast. This is our very first earth cache and miss 7 enjoyed reading all the plaques, and looking at the rocks. Lovely spot to watch the pelicans at the harbour too.
Answer sent.Interesting series here. Grandparents were taking their granddaughter along here and reading the information to here. TFTC Gill & Tony.
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU. FP
Greetings from Seattle! I'm down under for the first time with jtcoffee to attend the Great Leap Forward in Adelaide. While here, we're also doing our best to pack in as much "bonus" adventure as possible, including (but not limited to) the following: Log our find finds in the southern hemisphere Find Lane Cove, Australia's Oldest Experience Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Sydney Drive the Great Ocean Road Visit the Lord of the Rings filming locations in New Zealand Tackle a challenge cache requiring 31 Earthcaches, and 31 Virtuals in 31 days (GC32TBZ and GC32TC2). I believe this is number seven of 31! To be perfectly honest, Earthcaches aren't usually my favorite type of cache but it's hard to argue when I have my own personal roadside naturalist (Jessie) who handles the homework - and frankly, makes these stops so darn interesting. Answers have been (or will be) sent for both of us. Thanks for placing an Earthcache here and contributing to our wonderful trip to Oz!
Greetings from Seattle! I am lucky enough to attend the Great Leap Forward Mega-Event in Adelaide with my fellow Lackey and best geo-buddy giacaches, and we hit the road today down the Sapphire Coast after arriving yesterday in Sydney. Let this amazing road trip begin! We had a ton on our list today, per usual, so after grabbing some breakfast we started in. We are keen on getting a bunch of EarthCaches and Virtual caches on this trip and this was such a cool feature and trail! We saw a neat lizard basking in the sun as we walked along looking for the answers. Answers have been sent for both of us. Thanks so much for adding to this amazing trip!!
Found on the way to the Wasp Head event. An interesting walk to check out some different rock varieties. Thanks for the hide Gill & Tony
We enjoyed our time time travelling along this well planned attraction. All of the team members took time to read through the information. Gets a FP from us. Thanks for setting up this EC.
Found by Mary and David at 12:30. We needed to do an Earth Cache this weekend for the souvenir. Learned more in this area than ever. Wonderful place. Our thanks to Gill & Tony.
#12690 18:10For the October long weekend a plan was hatched to stay in Tathra for a few days of geocaching, sightseeing and relaxing. On the drive down the coast we detoured to Bundanoon before heading down to Kangaroo Valley and down the Princes Highway,An interesting walk along the timeline with some informative signs.Answers were collected and sent to the COTFTC Gill and Tony.
This was cool. The time walk is a great idea. Not too far to walk either. A weekend was planned for the coast to pick up some oldies and a county with Aquilus1, dty73, Tankengine and Youban. Perfect weather. Thanks for getting me out and about Gill & Tony
Away for the weekend with Joolay, dty73, Tankengine and youban. We had an oldie and an LGA as our target and many others of interest as we passed. It was a beautiful area to visit and the weather was lovely. Many thanks Tony & Gill for your cache that added to our enjoyment. This was a great place to stop at. The walk was really interesting but it's a lovely area here by the water as well. Thank you for highlighting this location as it was a great.
I am in the area quite often, and I finally took the time to tick this one off.
Thanks for the cache!

Todays caching saw the tribe tackle 9 AL locations, a puzzle, a retro from The Rats , an Earthcache and a highly favourited rest stop cache . Another cracking day of caching on our quest for the seeking smileys gold souvenir. Autumn is such a good time for caching. Once again blessed with incredible weather. ??
Enjoyed a step back in time here with the timewalk AL and this EC. Answers sent to CO by email as requested. Amazing to see so many different types of rock in one place. Thanks for teaching us something new here and for the encouragement to look closer at some things which we might normally overlook.

On a holiday in Sydney with gridge98, went out for a walk to explore the lovely Sydney area!
Interesting geology here, quite enjoyed having a look.
Day 7 of Courtneyrose_ and I’s trip from Adelaide to Sydney, today we headed from Batemans Bay to Sydney on the final stretch via Wollongong. Was nice to finally reach our destination after being on the road for the last week but also explore some of this spectacular coastline today
Thanks for the cache

A great spot for a earthcache! Wow! Really enjoyed looking through all the time periods while doing the nearby AL. Quickly noted down my answers and got to quickly return before dinner is up! Sent via E-mail!

A warm start to the day, glad it was an early rise. Details gathered at the required location and answers sent to the CO. Continuing the pleasant walk around the centre of town. TFTC
Quick and easy find. It was interesting learning about the different types of rocks from the local area.
Day 13 of our 2 week road trip south from Brisbane. After overcoming floods, a bogged car and vehicle electrical issues, we finally reached Canberra to spend a few days with relatives before continuing south for a loop around the Snowy Mountains. From there we headed towards Eden to commence the run north towards home following along the coastline.
On our way to our accommodation for the night in Mollymook I had time left for another earth cache. I convinced my tired legs to head off for one more walk along the path. It was a little further than expected but we got there eventually and made our observations. A nice display of the differing types of rocks relevant to the area with some good explanations. TFTC

After lovely couple of days with MuggleGeorge visiting with friends at the beach it was sadly now time to return to home. Couldn’t resist a quick walk along here before we left down. What a great idea this trail is!!! Wasn’t long before I going the stop I needed. Thanks for highlighting this fascinating trail. You could manage a dozen or more earth caches along here!!
Nice little walk along the foreshore with heaps of geological history to learn from. A credit to the volunteers that have built it. Thanks for setting up the cache, we wouldn’t have found this without it.
A lovely walk through time. What a fantastic feature of this area! Such an interesting walk and really puts into perspective how old our wonderful world really is.
Answers have been sent though

Found this interesting trail before the nearby event. Thanks for bringing me here. I gathered the info needed and have sent off my two paragraph answer to the CO for approval. Photos with my log. I have left the spoiler photos out.
Found this one after attending an event from the same COs in the nearby park. A lovely area for a walk and learning about science and geology at the same time is a bonus. Answers sent to the COs. TFTEC.
Another fantastic GC , really informative, engaging and fun to do , my first EC , a great intro, am looking forward to doing more.
Thanks for bringing me to this terrific site.

great little walk beside the harbor and some great rock specimens along the way.
well worth the short walk.
Was passing through today, but I always enjoy a visit to this little town.
I also got a shot of one of the nice tree ferns in the gully.

We made Ulladulla our lunch stop on our way north after a week in Narooma and after picking up some rolls in Woolies, we headed to Rotary Park for a "picnic" and afterwards to go for a short time walk.
Thanks for bringing me here Gill & Tony for an enjoyable and educational stroll. If it's OK, I'll report on my findings when I'm back home later this week with decent wifei access.

Nice walk but the present day stone’s were not represented (bricks and concrete) a small oversight
TFTC,
After finishing a few caches around here this morning, it was time to undertake this EarthCache before heading home.
Walked to the end and learnt so much about the local rock types.
Time now to review the photos and send the answers to the CO.

Thanks Gill & Tony for a nice collection of caches.
Thanks Gill & Tony for a nice collection of caches.
I was down from Sydney for the weekend and o couldn’t help but clearing some of the caches in the area. I really enjoyed the layout and execution of this little walk, it was fun to walk down the path and learn a little about life millions of years ago. It was early morning and I was the only one out enjoying the sun rise. Thank you for this earth cache!
We came along this path on a rainy but muggle-free day to answer the questions for this EarthCache. The rocks in this area are much more interesting than I originally thought. Thanks!
A nice evening walk after completing the nearby Adventure Lab. Rocks were soon found and answers collected. Answers have been sent to the COs. Thanks for this interesting earthcache.
Beautiful walk very informative. Great out in the sunshine and beautiful glimpses of the harbour and water along the way
We attempted this Earth Cache today while visiting Ulladulla.
An interesting walk and geology lesson for us both. Not to mention the glimpses of Ulladulla harbour through the trees.
We obtained the information and emailed to the CO's. Logging in anticipation.

A nice trip to Ulladulla on a nice day however the weather changed and exit was executed due to rain approaching. Happy to contribute to the local economy with a visit to the fish shop at the wharf. Delicious Fish Medaly meal, most recommend. An enjoyable visit post lock down. TFTC
Great informative walk.... Killing time on our coastal drive... Tftc I'll email Co when I get home with answers
Apologies for the late logging and cut 'n' paste but now Mr & Mrs Castoff are back in the UK at the same time we're catching up on the Geocaching adventures. We took hundreds of photographs but were too busy looking at stunning scenery across NSW and New Zealand to make copious notes. Beautiful part of the world. Answer sent. TFTC.
Let's do the time-walk again,
It's just a jump to the left, And then a step to the right,
With your hands on your hips, You bring your knees in tight,
But it's the pelvic thrust, That really drives you insane,
Let's do the time-warp again, Let's do the time-warp again
This is a great little walk to check out what time has given us. So little time so much change. You don’t realise until you come to a place like this how many different types of rocks / stones there are just in our little part of this world.
Thanks, guys, for this little part of our world. Sent of my answers, now filling in my log.

Sorry - Catching up on some late logs.

On our way back from the Queensland Outback Geo Muster we decided to head down the coast for a change. With so many caches along here we thought we would concentrate on Earth and Virtual caches as time was short.
We had a great time visiting some fantastic locations, and this was one of them.
This is one of our favorite earth caches this trip. Walking a time line is so informative and we enjoyed every stop, along with several others. This is a fantastic set up and we can not wait to see any further additions.
We have sent our answers off to the CO and if they are not good enough we will happily delete our log.
Many thanks Gill & Tony for setting this one up and showing us this fantastic location we other wise would not have seen, another favorite point from us.

Today the family and geo oma made a trip to Ulladulla. Ended up doing a number of caches up here I had my eye on, good variety of caches around here.
We did this one before we went onto the headland walk. Answers send.
Thank you Gill & Tony for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

TFTEC. What a fantastic walk with lots of interesting rocks. Loved it. I’m visiting from Newcastle and on my way home.
Thanks for the earthcache. We wouldn’t have come across this interesting walk otherwise.
Heading north-east with PacGirl on a Easter roadtrip, we had no real target other than walking up Mt Kosciusko on the way to wherever we were going. I love these unplanned roadtrips where there isn't much of an agenda!
By this stage we had hiked around the top of Mt Kosciusko, made an impromptu visit to the Queanbeyan Mega, and ended up exploring this stunning part of the NSW coast. Sussex Inlet was our turnaround point, and after staying there last night we started heading back towards Melbourne following the coastline as closely as possible.
A great sunny day to be out hiking near the sea today.
It may sound cliched that geocaching is a great tour guide, but that is clearly the case here. I love geological features and trails like this, but I would have missed it entirely if I had not been alerted by the EC here.
PacGirl got bored and went back to the car while I admired the geology and history. I just counted - I took 131 photographs along this trail .
Answers emailed and promptly confirmed by the CO. And making the questions simple like this meant that I could enjoy the walk more.
Thanks Gill & Tony - an easy favourite in my book.

This timewalk is really a great idea to make the history of the earth visible and concrete not only for children. Without this earthcache we never had stopped here and walked along the trail.
Thank you very much for this enlightening experience!

Found this earlier in the month whilst out on a road trip with family before school starts again. One of the objectives was to discover as many earthcaches as I could. I parked at on the road and walked down to make the observations. This is a great little walk I hope it gets promoted by the local tourist board. Answers have been sent to cache owner. Thanks once again Gill & Tony for bring me to this interesting location, history lesson and the cache creation Cheers

During a family holiday ay Manyana I was able to attempt and get the CO's concurrence to log this Earth Cache. This is a great little EC and most informative. The authority responsible for this installation gets a big pat on the back from me and the CO's a fav point for bringing me here. TFTEC Gill & Tony.
During my 7 days roadtrip with my daughter from Melbourne to Sydney (starting with Great Ocean rd), I managed to get some stops at interesting places. We had a short stop here, and I managed to walk the time walk. email sent CO.

Headed out for a quick day trip down to Ulladulla with the geo-kids (lovetherabbitohs, b0tmun, death killer & my_name_jeff_1)
Having stopped for lunch and to visit a friend which was the whole reason for our trip, we decided to do a bit of caching before heading back home.
Pitstop here for the facilities so why not collect an earthcache whilst in the area. What a great little trail. Some fascinating information.

Found with geowife kezza1211 naturegirl and Rogerz1956 thanks for bringing us here good geological lesson thanks for the rarth cache
The rain had subsided a bit so we continued grabbing just a few more caches. This was a great feature to explore. Thanks Gill & Tony
Was in Ulladulla , so decided to check out this cache. Very nice time walk. Answers sent to CO.
Thanks G&T.

What a great way to display the region's geology and make it accessible to everyone. Went for a walk along the pathway with Mrs Swampcreature until the cold wind got too uncomfortable and made us retreat to the car. The answers have been sent to the CO.
Day 4 had me starting in Mollymook and heading down the coast back into VIC and ending up in Bairnsdale. Enjoyed the winding forest roads a bit too much before being stopped by the authorities. 20 caches in total, and that's after a GPS malfunction. Saw a lizard and a Wallaby so not a lot of wildlife today.
1st find was an EC. Enjoyed the walk through the morning drizzle and gathered the info which has been sent to the CO via email.
Nice views of the coast.
Thanks for the cache

Since moving from New Zealand I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches.
So far I’ve knocked off 4 of the states. VIC, SA, NSW and A.C.T
No two areas are the same here and almost every place I go is stunning. The beauty of caching is that it takes you to so many places you would never usually find.
Thank you to all the cachers out there for hiding and maintaining their caches. Especially to those who put so much effort into creating unique and fun hides.
The caches I’ve found in Australia so far have for the most part all been in great condition. Keep up the good work.

Back on the road again for another international trip. This time to Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and South Korea.
Like our previous trips we focussed on old caches, high favorites, rare cache types and pretty locations.
Most of the trip was together with Plaguerider, Zanna and FLtravelers, but some of it I did solo.
Logs were signed as DATT (Do All The Things) and if there were answers, we typically sent them as a group.
Thanks for maintaining the caches for us.

**Trip log:**
Found during Team DATT's (Do All The Things) annual international caching trip consisting of FLtravelers, PlagueRider, waterfan5 and myself. Africa kicked it all off back in 2016, with a follow up European tour last year. I tried to pitch Asia but the pull of the Great Ocean Road and completing our 6th continent was too strong, and we landed on week long road trips through both Australia and New Zealand. Before meeting the team in Sydney though, I was able to schedule some layovers in Asia (Beijing, Bangkok and Singapore), so in the end of I got a bit of everything. =)
**Australia Day 2 - Sydney -> Canberra:**
We departed Sydney and headed down the coast to Kiama to visit some blowholes. It was a busy day with lots to see. Our main target was Wasp Head to get the oldest earthcache in the world. While not the Great Ocean Road, the coastline was still really beautiful. We used up all the daylight seeing pretty things then made the drive to Canberra for the night.
**Cache Log:**
Enjoyable walk to gather what was needed for this earthcache. Answers have been or will be sent by a team member soon.

We’re on our annual international geocaching trip as Team DATT (Do All The Things) comprised of FLtravelers, PlagueRider, waterfan5, and zanna. This year we chose to explore Australia and New Zealand. Zanna and I decided to do a two-day stopover in Beijing, a three-day stopover in Bangkok, and a 12-hour layover in Singapore on our way to meet up with the rest of the team in Sydney.
Once we got the Team back together, we made a “bee-line” to Lane Cove and various caches around Sydney. Then we headed down the coast on A1. After visiting Wasp Head, we headed up through Canberra and down M31 to Melbourne, after a webcam stop on Mount Buller.
We had a great time in Melbourne, which is my favorite city in Australia so far, then onto the Great Ocean Road, the highlight of Australia for this trip. After a couple days (not nearly enough) we left the ocean road and headed up A6 towards Victor Harbor (webcam) and Adelaide (webcams) for our flight to Auckland. Seems we found every webcam in Australia.
We targeted old caches, highly favorited caches, earthcaches, virtuals, and of course webcam caches, and anything else that got our interest along the way. Logs were signed DATT. Answers, where required, were sent by one of the team members. Thanks for adding to the enjoyment of our trip with this cache. Great spot.

On our way back from the OZGeomuster, heading for Cooma, having stayed at Gerroa last night, we chose to break our journey here, and I’m so glad we did.
Muggle Hubby and I were so impressed with your Time Walk EarthCache.
What a wonderful way to show people, ignorant about Geology, the time period and manner in which our Earth was formed. I’m often asked questions from EarthCaches way beyond my comprehension. This one is beautiful in its simplicity.
Thanks for bringing us here to see this very well laid out chronological exhibit.
It certainly earns another favourite point from us.

Day 3 of my oz geomuster road trip was much like the first couple of days in terms of weather, picture perfect. Hardly a cloud in the sky and lots of beautiful scenery to go with it.
After a quick lunch I went for a stroll along this very informative geological journey.
Many thanks to Gill & Tony for the cache. TNLN.

We love earthcaches as they are always interesting (and usually you can steer clear of spiders and snakes) and informative.
Thanks again Gill and Tony and greetings from sunny Serre Chevalier, our home where today the maximum temperature was -7!

Took a small walk while the rest of the family was occupied with other fun stuff and was happy to find an earth cache and this nice trail. Thank you for the EC.
TFTC nice walk along the north side of the harbour and can continue on out to the north headland to the point along some busk tracks called "One track for all".
TFTC. Had a great time picking up a few of your caches whilst I was down here visiting. Beautiful place to visit.

I had a huge weekend down in the Milton/Ulladulla area. An overnight camping trip at Yadboro Flats for a mates birthday was the main reason for the visit. I had a quick look at the map during the week and figured that I could just about wipe the area clean! So I woke up early on Saturday morning and made the drive down. Between 8am and 5pm, I managed to find every cache I attempted! Thanks to all the Cache Owners for their caches.

Thirteenth of the day. The information boards and samples here are invaluable. The detailed plaques will definitely come in handy for many other "identify this kind of rock" Earthcaches. For that reason, I'm giving this one a favourite point. Cheers

Out for the day with WEEO. This was a very interesting geological time walk. Answers emailed, by WEEO, hope they are okay. This is about the 4th Earthcache we have done on this trip to OZ. There seem to be heaps along this south coast and we have learnt quite a lot about the geological history of NSW.
Thanks Gill & Tony. Greetings from New Zealand.

Thanks so much Gill and Tony for yet another Earth Cache. We do love them and learn so much from them. You fully deserve yet another favourite point for your exhaustive work on this Time Walk. I have sent our answers to your questions and hope you find them OK. thanks for your Geocaching dedication and keep up the good work.
Lovely spot on a cloudy and windy day. Perfect to find some geocache.
Thanks for all the effort you put into this, it deserves a favourite point from us.

Great Walk along the Coast, did as we walked from Ulladulla to Mollymook. Answers emailed. TFTC
We had a great time doing this one. We stopped at each of the spots along the timeline, obviously giving extra care to the one with the required information for this cache. We were amazed at how many big extinctions the planet has had over its lifetime. Also how short a time humans have been here.

Email has been sent to the owner and awaiting approval. While on a weekend holiday on Ulladulla, Benjamin and I went for a drive to get a few caches. It was raining pretty heavily at this point, but once we found the correct rock, we answered the questions quickly. Great walk that was very enjoyable to examine. TFTC Gill & Tony!
