so after leaving another tube and that going missing as well I will have to leave this spot until rock hunting dies down
Decided that since I was in Fielding that I would go and see if I could find a cache or two once I finish work, after finishing a meeting with a client I checked my GPSr and noticed that there was a few caches that werent too far away that was worth investigating.
After finding a car park near the club house, when I arrived the car park was totally empty, I decided that I would go and check out the easiest of the caches that was in the area, the only issue was that it was 180 metres away straight in front of where I needed to walk to.
Decided that I would try this in my work shoes, as I started making my way towards GZ I soon realised that this wasnt the best choice of footwear, but since I was within 100 metres of GZ I decided that it was too late and decided to continue on my way.
Arriving at GZ, I soon worked out where this cache was going to be and after a short search still didnt find anything, decided to PAF the CO and was advised that I was in the correct spot and after further investigation decided it was time to give it away.
Will be back[xx(], now time to get back to the car without getting too muddy and will go and check out another cache.

Kind of ran out of time and did find a possible hidey-hole referred in previous logs, but it was empty. That's not to say it isn't there. I'll be back.
Spent 20 mins in area. Found rocks but no log. First trip geocaching with kids.
Found it while walking to the nano up a tree with LGLNZ. Had a minder keeping close eye on the proceedings. Tftc
Out and about on Wellington Anniversary Day with No1Son and had put the marisa&kaleb caches I had not found in this park on my to do list today. Good thing No1Son looks before he sticks his fingers in holes in trees as in one of the holes was a resident weta which if you have not had one bite you before, certainly give you a wake up! Seems some rocks to be found around here too. We both took a look around then spotted the cache in a nice wee spot - signed log and left as found. Thanks for the placement marise&kaleb.
#54 Found with my mum Gr33nslime and perhaps my dad JimmyNZ. Trying the mass logging thing with GSAK hence the really general log entry!
#882 DangerSAM and I found this one as part of a group that had assembled for Stardust718's picnic and play event! A glorious day for it! JimmyNZ had kindly loaded all the Timona park caches on to my GPS but realistically I didnt need it as I just had to follow the gaggle. I watched the kids excitedly find this cache and then one of the mums carefully extract the log. The log paper is looking a bit worse for wear (see photo) and needs replacing combined perhaps with a more waterproof container. The kids were very excited to find a Palmy Rock in one of the nearby trees two! Bonus. Thanks marisa and kaleb for another cache in this cool park.
In the park today to take part in stardust718's Picnic and play event. Well i say participate, i was still at work that day so was only able to quickly nip out in a rather " l o n g l u n c h" break to do this. This cache was one of several done that day before I had to nip back to work and earn my keep for the afternoon. The event had a whole lot of people there, even though i arrived a few minutes late. Great to see some familiar faces and that stardust718 had a really successful turn out to her event. Great day for caching as well, the only nice weather day in a while! This cache was a nice one for Gr33nslime to find. Thanks for the cache.
First time Team Geocacher Mr. T and I have been in this area. A nice park and worth a visit. We came here today to attend stardust718's Picnic and play event which was a great success. Thanks for placing a cache here.
Easy find with rihiatamaki and ohgummon. Logbook wet so we added a piece of paper and wrapped old log in a piece of plastic.
Another Saturday trip planned by D6NZ, this time joined by KButterflyNZ, starting at the Rangitikei river bridge in Bulls and skirting inland to eventually pop out on the northern side of Fielding.
Quite a pleasant day, and another successful log although the official log was wet.
Cheers.

Found while walking the dogs in the park - they had lots of fun including swimming in a very large nearby puddle. TFTC
Heading towards the Mega. Thought it would be impolite not to grab a few on the way through. Thanks all for the hides.
Found quickly by 6yo, something about being the right height! But unfortunately as previous log stated too wet to sign. Wish I'd bought that spare paper from the car!
I was out and about Fielding and its environs today signing off mainly solved puzzles and a few trads that got in the way.
The log was extremely wet. Being in a hollow will cause this.
Cheers for the cache.

Called this afternoon for a quick find. Unfortunately the log is pulp and disintegrates if you try to unroll it. Managed to write my name on the outside of the roll (just!). Thanks for the cache.
After about 3dnfs in a row it was good to finally make a find today. Logbook soaked. Needs to be dried out and or replaced. Thanks for the cache

We are staying Feilding for a few days visiting family, and decided after all the rain and the long car journey we had to get here yesterday that we needed to get out and get some fresh air today, and what better way than to find a few caches in the park. A nice quick find here. We did our best to sign the log, however it was very wet. Sorry we did not have a replacement with us - we left our main caching bag with replacements in at home with the 4th member of our team in case there were any FTF hunts while we were away. A clever wee hide. Found with darthcacher1 and purply.
Really enjoyed exploring the park. A nice quick find on a beautiful autumn afternoon
I didn't park as close as I could have. This meant I had a decent and much needed walk. There was plenty of action on the Football pitch with four or five goals being scored in the few minutes I was in the area. I didn't spot the cache immediately as it was nicely hidden in a place that didn't seem as obvious as other possibilities. TFTC, marisa&kaleb.
Two down - one to go! This took us a while to locate as the gps drifted around a bit under the trees. Finally Possum spotted a likely spot and bingo he came up trumps. Now it is time to return home. TFTC.
A quick find as it was very exposed so covered a little with natural cover to deter muggles (but should still be very obvious for cachers). tftc
Found, however was lying on the ground in the vicinity of gz. We have placed out of sight, but not too hard a hide. Not sure exactly where to put it back sorry as gps was bouncing a bit for us.
Second time ive come back and can't for the life of me find it. Nevermind, will try again soon
Yay found both caches. Looks like it hadn't been muggled. Happy to say I'm the first one to log in the newly placed cache. And the second one hadn't been logged since March 2015. Nature had hidden it well over those months. Both were placed back exactly where found
Wandering around Feilding grabbing a few caches as I go and having found two here already was hopeful of another but was not to be. Spent a time looking but DNF.
Second find of the day.. judge Dredd finds it again (actually friend beat m to it)..
After failing to find it on a previous visit almost a year ago, this time, we spotted the sneaky camouflage, and soon had the cache. TFTC
Great little hiding spot good use of natural resources to camo...
Thanks for the walk in this lovely park!

After having a great time at wings airshow in masterton, we headed to feilding to see friends. Testing the new bus/rv which is voted as a great way to travel. Found this whilst walking the pooch..nice wee hide quite cunning thanks
Nice hide! Missed this one last time we went caching around this park so it's nice to finally see that smiley face appear!
As soon as we got near GZ I had an idea where the cache would be... slugged across the long grass and made a quick find. Cache all good. t4tc
Found the cache before miss aro my sidekick. Nice spot guys. We starting to get our numbers up. TFTC
As I had to come down this way for work, and left early due to impending weather I wasn't going to let the opportunity for a few early morning caches go to waist.
It was still well dark while grabbing these caches but the walk was enjoyable and its always good to find caches
Thanks for the placement

Parked and walked across to quite a quick find on a lovely fine, gentle winter afternoon. Another dot day done too. TFTC
