Thanks for the message. The area, including my farm near by, was significantly damaged by the fires in December 2019. My effort has been focused on recovery, i.e. repairing perimeter fences and hand feeding stock, so while I have the gear to replace the cache it has been a slightly lower priority at this stage. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Cheers, Karen.
Please note Anderka’s note. I’m sure she will have it fixed soon. Thank you for your patience at this time. Huge thank you to Karen for fixing this when you have time
Gonefishen07 can you please disable this cache until I have a chance to rebuild it. It's a victim of the Black Range Fire or at least the building of a containment line. Sorry I didn't think about collecting it earlier.
Signed DSD with Loci612 today.
I love discovering Geocaches, Trackable items and collecting Pathtags. I have added your cache to my growing list of “Found It” logs. I hope that you enjoy Geocaching as much as I do. For me geocaching is a way of life. When I am not Geocaching, I am thinking of Geocaching. I would like to say a very big than you for placing your geocache and for maintaining it for the Geocaching Community.
In 2019, I won the right to place a Virtual 2.0 Cache from Geocaching.com, but I have not placed it yet. I am just trying to find somewhere that is worthy of a Virtual Cache.
Here is a little information about me. I have been geocaching since 2015. At the time of finding this cache I have over 5600 finds plus 340 hides. I am the creator of the “Duck Dip” Lab Cache that won 2nd Place for the Australian Capital Territory in the State Vs State - Battle of the Lab Caches at the OzGeoMuster - The Gong Mega 2019 in Wollongong, Australia.
Now let’s talk Pathtags. Currently I have over 4600 Pathtags in my collection plus about 500 Etagz. I currently have two of my own Pathtags (45762 & 46950) with another one in the works.

Have been meaning to grab these two caches for a long time now, every time I head down this road to the coast! But have always had other goals or plans!
Today however was purely about caching, and with most other caches along the highway found it was time to make a rest stop here !
Wasn't disappointed either, it was a fun dirt road to drive down and two caches with very interesting themes that some work has gone into to make us smile.
Thanks to the CO and the person maintaining for keeping these caches alive!

A trip out to Braidwood to visit the Dancing Man artwork and collect a few caches along the way. A diversion off the main track to area I have never visited. TFTC.
We soon found this cache once at Ground Zero. We loved the Dino Park - very nicely themed! We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for another good fun cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
Starting the day before sun up I drove out from the coast, via Nerriga, across to Tarargo and Lake Bathurst then down to Braidwood and The Clyde Mountain then back out through to Mongarlowe to Nerriga and home again.....Today was very enjoyable day of caching!,I visited some really neat spots along the way finding alot of good hides all on a beautiful scenic country drive to top it all off.

Heading to Narroma today for the Narroma Rally, DRT and I decided to take the more scenic route and grab some caches.

Thanks to a course Genghicat is doing we find ourselves away from Canberra for the long weekend. While the cat studies away however, I shall play.
I'm starting my day with Dino Park. A cute cache I must say and one that will thrill any little child.
It's quite a lovely drive over dirt roads. There's a bit of corrigation but otherwise an easy drive. Shame it's so dry.
The cache was found quickly in good condition and exactly on coordinates. Tftc.

Joined StrangeTrousers for a few hours caching out of town. The weather was nice – maybe a tad on the hot side later in the day. It was nice to get out here. Fun finding roads you do not normally travel and cool caches like this one. Know a friend’s son who would love this one. Thank you for putting this out and all the work to make sure they don’t scamper off.

#3735 5th for today
A quick Sunday morning trip out to Braidwood for some geocaching fun with CBCHic. I noted a new cache out at Braidwood and informed CC that it would be non-stop to Braidwood & we'd need to grab others on the way back. Just as well we did as it turned out. It was quite hot out there, I think it got to 35C by the end, but we were mostly in the car, so it didn't matter too much. Enjoyed the diversion along Manar Rd in particular. Had a late, quick lunch in Bungendore before heading back to Canberra. Other appointments awaited.
A nice collection of dino's roaming about here.

I'm not sure we took the right way into this one but it made us chuckle when we spotted the hide. Well done Gonefishen07 (and AnderKa for maintaining), a favourite for me!

Log signed and replaced in it's hide'y hole. Loved this cache hide too. Love the area, beautiful. I didn't plan to find this cache so running a smartphone was difficult it didn't like the trees.
**The Day**
I don't really have a *The Day* log on this occasion as this was more of a family camping trip to get in a little camping before school goes back, and as it's been occasionally cold and mostly super hot in our neck of the woods we have not done much over the holidays . Combining camping and swimming seemed like a good idea, so we ventured to Braidwood for four nights. It's been a disastrous trip for us, a caravan blow out and the wheel falling off due to the other half forgetting the nuts need tightening, and then a flat tyre on the car heading home, followed by a torrential downpour between Tarago and Goulburn and I couldn't see the road very well and nowhere to pull over with a caravan on the rear. The farmland around Goulburn was flooded, rivers had risen, and the streets were severely flooded !! Never seen anything like it there.

Out in the wilds of Manar to find... a Dino Park. Oh hahahahaha! Love, love the cache. Great idea, and a welcome diversion from the notorious Kings Highway. The guardians are doing there job quite well, and should delight many a geokiddie (and those young at heart). TFTC, a favourite. We also stayed here for a good 15 minutes and as the weather was mild and overcast, had a spot of late lunch, before continuing on back to CBR.
Out with Black Bunny.
Quick find here.

I'd noticed three caches well off the main road over time and today was the perfect time to go looking for them.
Another great themed cache - as I'm always intently on the look out for danger noodles it was a bit of a surprise to see the decorations around GZ. The young fella thought it was great and very excited. Surprised to still get some phone reception (Telstra) here as well.

We are staying with friends at Braidwood and it was great to be able to find this cache. We love the scenery around here and the creative hide. Thanks to Gonefishen07 for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area. Fav point alloc.
Another very kid friendly and engaging cache that our two young ones loved finding and investigation the contents. Exactly the sort of cache that will keep them hungry for more cache hunting. Thanks for your efforts on this one.
Contents checked, container replaced and returned for the guardians to do their job.
Found on the way home from my Christmas/New Year holiday down the coast. I had to make the most of the day after the big celebration and a long drive home, so what else is there to do but make a slight detour and find the caches I haven't been near before.
Loved the theme decorations here.
Though the container needs maintenence. A cover stone has crushed one side of the lid. The log was thankfully dry still.

My Son#2's first driving lesson today. He drove from where the Hume highway turns off into Mac's reef road to today's orienteering which was near here, then had a break while I competed, then he drove to here. The cache was quickly found. Definitely worth a favourite for all the cache guardians. TFTC and the opportunity for some dirt road driving practice.

Would not want to stumble on this one in the dark.
A few well chewed dead animals near by. I wonder if the dinos have been out hunting recently.
Lots of fun. thanks for the well set up cache and find.

I'd heard that there was something special out along this road - a place I'd never visited before. Today was the day. Off the main road onto the dirt and after T break continued on to this one. Another great set up ! Fantastic effort ! I bet the kids enjoy this one.

I headed out on a road trip with GrimRaider, Mr Roo and Captain Tomato to walk to Big Hole and Marble Arch and collect caches along the way. We headed in and made for this cache first. The decorations really make this cach a fun find. Thanks a lot

Off we go again on another fun filled geomission with Rapidlywild and the two ladies of the FurfacesLL This time we decided to target Batemans Bay to Tuross and surrounds as none of us had yet to make any finds at these locations. Luckily for us the rain eased mid morning so that meant the rest of the day was reasonably dry-good for caching!. An 8am start and 3am finish meant we were all geobuggered, but as always we had lots of laughs and a great day was had by all
After the last fun Manar's find we had a feeling we were in for another fun find-and we weren't dissapointed!
Thanks for another creative and fun find, Gonefishen07 and AnderKa

The weekend was here, and there was a location that had not been violated by myself, specimenX and the FurfacesLL ladies, so the location was revealed and we were off to the coast and surrounds. The sky was not in our favor all week and it was touch and go, but the final call was made Friday night and we were all go for an early morning Saturday for a wet coast expedition. There was a lot of laughter, a lot of experiences that I had never had before, a lot of blonde moments and a lot of caches found. What a wonderful day we had over a period of 18+ hours, many many km's and seen lots of the coast
Another cool set up here, thanks for the find Gonefishen07

A geomission was planned with Rapidlywild and specimenX and as no one in the group had collected any smileys down the coast the location was decided. The week of wet weather threatened for the mission to be cancelled, however the rain eased and the mission was going ahead. We awoke to overcast skies and headed off down the highway ready for a big adventure and big day, some of the group with sleepy eyes. Thanks again ladies for great day and lots of laughs we are looking forward to our next one.

We had been to Goulburn for the weekend. Saw the rose festival at the Soldiers Club on Saturday and the heritage fair at Riversdale on Sunday.
These caches were a bit of a detour from the direct route home, but I had read their details and decided that it would be worth the trip.
Having coaxed the GeoPrius as far as the previous cache we persuaded her to continue to the next one. We parked just into a fork in the road and made a quick easy find. Another great cache, well worth another FP.
We set off back the way we came, or so we thought. The GPS did say turn right onto Kings Highway, but it eventually dawned on us that we had continued on Manar Road and we eventually rejoined the highway well North of Goulburn Road, having done close to 20Km of dirt.
The GeoPrius was not amused!
Thanks for the cache and for the adventure.

Found on the way back from a lovely weekend at Murramarang. A short drive to the wild west, back in time to another period of history. A short park near GZ and a short dash in. Spotted one item, then as we got closer we spotted more and more - such a cool setup that once again, was out of the ordinary. Loved it! Nicely done. Left TB. TFTC Gonefishen07!

Why am I not surprised that Gonefishen07 has done it again! Another brilliant cache that the geokids around the world would love. Sol de lune had been before me - would have loved to have met! Anyway we were pushing the bounds by this stage as we had less time than we realised to get back to town, ablute, wrap pressies and head out for a mates 70th. All was good, we are back home after that momentous event and I have now finished entering 10 successful (and 1 DNF) caches for the day. SL TNLN TFTC Gonefishen07
