Thanks so much for a lovely afternoon. Great to meet fellow enthusiasts and know we're not the only ones out there addicted to fossicking in scrub and lurking round fences!
A beautiful hot day for an event and a awesome location that Mum had but I had never been to. It was so nice to meet some of the locals and finally put faces to usernames. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We shared a few trackables and was able to discover some aswell. Thanks heaps for the Event (our entire reason for our trip to Nelson)

With Cwnn and Judithn. An excellent event and a great opportunity to learn from the experts!
Nice to come alone to another great Nelson event they seem to be getting bigger and bigger, shame I had to go to work as it was still going strong when I left an I still hadn't got around everyone their, neat to see all the new keen caches and so many out of towners too as well as lots of old friendy locals thanks Kiwi Explorer for another top event and congrads on your 80th
So good to catch up with everyone, no travel bug for us this years but you carn't win every time Thanks for another great event
Wow, what a stunning spot for an event, thank you Aaron and Sarah for organising this special meeting and for welcoming us with open arms into the kiwi geocaching fold. As one half of BDI's I can honestly say that my BigSis (who's back home in the UK) would have been blown away by your hospitality and the location.
Thank you too, to all the attendees who made us feel so welcome. It would be lovely to make a return visit but in the meantime we have magical memories.
Thank you once again, safe travels to you all and happy caching until our paths cross once again.

Well! What a stroke of luck! The one day we hope over from Wellington to the South Island we find out there is an event on that day - amazing!
We were so pleased and made so welcome by the local cachers for which we thank you ALL!
What an amazing place for an event! It was OUTSTANDING!
The event was greatly enhanced by all the cachers.
Many, many thanks for a great event.
Free on the 22nd March? Why not pop up to Auckland and come to our event?

I was close to the event site earlier in the day, dropping off Flying Phoenix at an aquatic karate event. Back again for the event proper and it was great to see the weather clear up and turn nice and sunny. A good turn out and a cool chance to catch up with cachers old and new, from near and far. TFTE, Biggles.
Great to see so many people attending and great to meet some new cachers. A very hot and enjoyable event, thanks KE for the day!!
Thanks for the event. Great to have a good turnout and to catch up with everyone

thank you Aaron and Sarah for organizing this wonderful event and for sharing your arm chairs. (Much appreciated)

Wow, what a great event culminating in me being the lucky one to have my name drawn out of the hat and I am now the proud owner of a new geocoin. Thank you Aaron and Sarah for your effort and generosity. It was great to catch up with old friends and to meet new ones, some of whom had travelled considerable distance to be there.
The day began a bit dark and somber but at the start of the event the sun was out and there was hardly a breeze. The fantastic turnout guaranteed plenty of social interaction and of course the exchange of victories, defeats and frustrations. And so it was. I looked forward to meeting the overseas cachers, the 'out-of-towners', the locals I hadn't met before and the cachers I got to know on previous events and on chance meets while caching. Tips, hints and tricks were exchanged and friendships forged. TB's were discovered, placed and found. A TB was even in a draw! This was a superb afternoon. A fav if I could give one. Thank you Aaron and Sarah for organising a memorable event.
What a great supportive community - from both far and near, coming to do their best to warm those cold feet and get them back on track. Another gorgeous afternoon at the beach catching up with friends and meeting those new cachers out there that had the courage to turn up. Great stuff. TFTE #5448
Left home a lot earlier than the event start time with the intention of cleaning up the last 3 caches I have to get on Rabbit Island. Spent a fair bit of time bush bashing through blackberries at the first stop only to leave with a DNF and plenty of fresh new war wounds on the legs and no time left for the other 2. The way my phone was behaving its a good thing I knew where the event was otherwise I might never have made it. I'd been standing there 10 minutes chatting to other cachers before it started beeping telling me I was nearing the final location. Thanks Aaron and Sarah for another great event. Great catching up with everyone and meeting a few new cachers. TFTE

What a beautiful day and a beautiful spot!!!! Really enjoyed catching up with everybody. Thanks for organising the event!!!!
Today was the Valentines Day Event at Rabbit Island but sadly Mrs M had a painful hip injury that didn't allow her to come. It was great catching up with so many known and new cachers from home and away. Thanks KE for organising. Cheers, MuzzaL53
Just got home from the event. What a really amazing day and a fab way to conclude our stay in Motueka. We have been overwhelmed by the hospitality shown to us by the local cachers and have really enjoyed the places you have taken or sent us to. Thanks to Kiwi Explorer for organising this great event and to all of you for your company and the laughs we've shared. Until the next time, keep caching ! Sue and Jules - The Cretan Runners
Well I was only going to stay a short while but somehow ended up almost being the last to leave. A great afternoon of laughs, information sharing and catching up with fellow cachers! Thanks Mr, K.E. and crew for all the work putting the event together.
Our 6th Annual and 7th Valentine's related Event but early on the CO was definitely having commitment issues. However after receiving some encouragement from niteowlnz and Mrs SoBad, a big thanks goes to them, "Getting Cold Feet" was named and seemed to fit.
How could we possibly have cold feet after this year's attendance? So many warm hearts and good sorts. Even the weather turned on its charm right on queue. The friendly local cachers of Nelson are a real credit to this slightly odd hobby. Thanks to everyone who came along and made the day so successful. It was great to catch up with old friends and make some new ones. Our biggest Valentine's Event ever I think. An extra special thanks to those that came from so far away (Greymouth, Crete and the United Kingdom) and those that were at their very first event. [^] [^] [^]
And so now we think about another year and what might be. Stay tuned because only time will tell. Happy caching all.

A huge big thank you to the Kiwi Explorer crew for organising this annual event once again. We had a great time meeting some new "locals", some far travelled visitors and catching up with all the regulars.
Congratulations too on the 8k milestone. Nice timing. Will we be celebrating your 10k milestone this time next year?
Glad we could make it.
Happy caching.

Hope to attend for a little while once grandson has woken and before we have to take him home??
it is now nearly 5pm and our grandson is still in the land of nod so we are thinking we will not get thee on time - sorry - will try to come to the next local event and meet some of you
Hmmm Not Sobads log so what does she say.
Well, she did suggest the CO had a direct line to the weather gods...which proved to be correct.
As for the rest
She would like to thank... Isis for the lift to the event, Sobad for delivering her home, Sidewaze for facilitating the home delivery and Libitee for being patient waiting for her tea.
It was a fun occasion. Mrs SoBad did enjoy most of the time here - with the exception being the self inflicted Oh No moment. SoBad will exact long term reparations.
It was great to catch up with familiar faces, meet up with new faces from near and far (both almost local and almost regal) and enjoy the sun and sea and bbq tea.
Sobad was happy his second stay was a little longer.
Thanks to the CO and his support crew. They absolutely must not have cold feet next year as Mrs S could not live with this being the final of the series!! She is very happy to send a very long list of possible future event names to Mrs KE.
Fun as always. Thanks.

My definitive work roster is out. Am looking forward to catching up and putting faces to names. Kudos to KE for organising this event.
I'll be on my way back to NZ that day, but not in time to make this event.
Have fun
Have fun
We cannot believe this, the one day we are in Nelson on our extensive tour of NZ whilst on holiday from the UK and this event is on! We will try our best to attend!
Many thanks for the event.

I thought I was going to have to talk Mum into this one but when I brought it up she said "It's a date!"
The accommodation is now booked so there no backing out now
It will be great to meet some Nelson cachers and put some faces to well known usernames

Will certainly be there. Some names have become so familiar over the last couple of months and it will be great to add faces to names. Thanks KE for setting this up. (Will return your eclipse tin!)
Will certainly try to get some of the Biggles crew along for this event. Hopefully the weather will be good enough to get wet feet too.
We were devastated when we saw this date was the day after we give the keys back on our rental house and head south. Managed to get in touch with the owners in Africa and yep we got the extra night - looks like we got our selves a going away party. Thanks Kiwi Explorer for organising this.
Regretfully we wont be able to attend - out of the country. Look forward to the next event. Have a great time. Cheers from Team geopopNZ.
Yippee. An event that the Marchwood's are in town for . Mr M will bring the sausies and who knows what diet Ms M will be on by then.
Thanks to the KE crew for organising this again.

Was glad to see this event pop up. Being a sunday we will make every effort to be there . Be great to catch up with all our local cachers old and new, and maybe even a few from out of town will make the event too
As a great annual event that we all enjoy it is wonderful to see it on the calendar this year !! no cold feet here ( unless we are paddling in the cool water at Rabbit Island !!) We will be there to chat , take any free hints ( and give some if needed) and to eat with our friends
No cold feet here after xx years. The CO usually has a direct line to the weather gods so hopefully the day will not be cold either. Or wet except for the sea. Which is our way of saying 2 of us intending to attend.
