This is covered with rocks and soil IF it's still there which if it is, it is too deep to find without a shovel. Bring a shovel anyway..
For the snakes..

Well hidden, but didn't take us too long to find it. Another one down. Gotta Cache em all. TFTC.
Saw a muggle jogging up the slope but good thing the sun was in her eyes so she may not have seen me. The hike was quite steep, good exercise. Tftc.
Perfect afternoon for a short walk and a quick find. A few muggles past us by but they continued on their merry way without too much of a second thought on what we were doing. TFTC.
Thursday 29 December 2016 - an overcast muggy mid afternoon Summer's day in the low 30s with sprinkles of rain cooling the air. Found 7 from 7 caches including one mystery and one multi cache over 2.5 hours of brisk walking for 5.5km. Thx MuggleHusband. TFTC LjthDJ.
Quite peaceful out here this afternoon, so was able to grab the cache and sign the log undisturbed. TFTC LJtheDJ
I parked in the dead end street below GZ and walked up the steps and through the beautifully planted walkway. It was a pleasure to walk through there in the shade on this hot day. Got to GZ and the cache was thankfully a quick find and I happily added our signature to the log. Thanks for bringing me up here LJtheDJ. I've found a few of your geocaches now. Cheers and Merry Christmas!
After finding its'partner cache we headed off to this one. A lovely location, and some great walking trails around this mountain.
Thanks LJtheDJ for heading us this way. Lots of fun!

It appears that I found this cache on the same day as Aquilus1, must have just missed her.
I'm playing hooky as well! Had other things to do, decided this was better!
Found with DTY73.

Decided to play hooky today and do some caching instead. First one found on a stroll around Mt Rogers with Aquilis1.Tftc!!!
Since moving back to Canberra in May, the weather's been a bit crisp to really hang around outside, so I've been a bit negligent in my caching. We took the dogs up here for a walk last week, and liked it enough to bring them back this weekend. When we were getting ready to leave I thought to see if there were any caches on the path, and when we got there I knew what I was looking for without even getting my phone out, having cache in hand before my wife could finish asking what I was doing. Nice spot for a nice quick find, thanks for placing!
Noticed this had been replaced - so I dashed home after work and grabbed the dog and we came and got it for my daily find
TFTC - good excuse for another walk up here ...
Was a tiny bit worried that what I found wasn't actually the cache (no GC number/name on it/etc) but what I found wasn't there last time I looked, so I guess it was the cache ... but just in case (maybe I was just looking for an excuse to keep walking/caching the dog and I went walking down through the suburbs and grabbed a couple of the drive by ones as well

Hey everyone, so sorry it took so long but I was not able to replace the cache for some months.
I have now replaced it with another small container so it is back online and ready to be found.
Again so sorry about the inconvenience of some cachers.
Cheers

G'day,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as one that may need attention. I'm just posting to update you on what your requirements are as a cache owner as you may have forgotten or not been very clear on what you need to do.
The maintenance email you received would have highlighted what you need to do but [here](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=713) is a reminder.
- Maintenance: Visit your geocache, make any needed repairs, and post an “Owner Maintenance” log so the community knows it’s available to find. Consider updating the description, hint and/or the Difficulty/Terrain rating if it appears that geocachers are having trouble finding it. If your cache was fine, please indicate so with the "Owner Maintenance" as well. The "Owner Maintenance" log cancels out any existing "Needs Maintenance" attributes on the cache page.
- Disable: If you cannot check on your geocache within a reasonable amount of time, please disable your geocache listing. Once you perform maintenance, you can enable it and post an “Owner Maintenance” log.
- Archive: If you decide it is time for your geocache to be permanently retired, please archive the listing and retrieve all physical stages.
If you are not sure how to post any of these logs, then there is a great [help centre article](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=234) that you will want to have a read of. You will need to post an owner maintenance log once you have visited the cache and rectified any issues to clear the needs maintenance attribute on your cache.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Rgds,
Matt - Ministro.

**Before this cache is published, a 'log your find/post reviewer note' is probably the best way to communicate with me. It puts it 'on the record', but comments will be archived before the cache goes on-line. An email is preferable after that.**

The dog and I had a nice walk around the mountain, and we did find a cache on the way ... but not this one!
There were lots of signs of searching in and around the very likely spot, but no sign of the cache ... has that definite look of being missing ... unless it is really small and has vanished down a crack ...
I will be very surprised if this one actually is still there.
Oh well, nice walk - having to come back to find this one later will be a good excuse for another walk here

Maybe someone could verify this one, searched thoroughly through rocks and surrounding area with no luck.
Pretty sure I'm at the right spot. Do I need to dig in the stones quite a bit?
After walking around the mountain we came to daily walk #1. An easy find in the obvious spot. Thanks LJtheDJ
Cute cache, nice and simple to find, I'm surprised it hasn't been muggled by kids. The tree remains are absolutely jaw dropping, to see what once was before it perished would be amazing :O

Cache was in the open! Not hidden whatsoever, but just sitting there....
I made an effort to hide it back in a neat spot that seemed logical, and put some camo ontop to hide it from prying eyes.
Thanks for another cache

Parked on a street nearby and made the short trip to GZ. Cache found quickly in a brave hide, but seems to survive OK. I'll have to come back and do the walk around sometime.
Thanks
Thanks
We had a huge day in Canberra with Wilbert67 caching. Managed find all but 3 of our suggested list. I consider that a successful day and the weather was kind to us. Thanks for all the CO for the caches.
On a big day of caching through Canberra today with J+J.AU. Early stat and bikes ready to go. Quit a few hills to conquer today, but it was oh so much fun. Ideal weather conditions and many other outdoor enjoyers along the way made for a fun day!

What a perfect sunny spring day! What better way to make the most of it than to go for a wander around Mt Rogers?!
As I was making my way around the mountain on my Mt Rogers mini mission, I had to walk past this one at first due to a muggle mowing the lawn right near GZ. So after making the finds on all of the other caches around the area, I swung past this one again to try my luck. No one around this time so that meant for a nice quick find and sign! [^] I wonder how old this tree was when chopped down? I'd say hundreds of hears old-what a MASSIVE stump!
Thanks for the hide, LJtheDJ

What a great hidey spot!! A great bit of Canberra to visit on a beautiful spring day. Thanks LJtheDJ!
Found on a walk aroud Mr Rogers with GrimRaider. Beautiful day for a walk. Cache was uncovered so I added a little camo. TFTC
Found after attending a scouting event at Watson, a BP presentation.
I have been wanting to find a few new caches in this area for a while now and today I managed to clean up a couple more, I love this area. Thanks for bringing me back to this hill.

Found the cache during a muggle free period before we set out on our trek through this great reserve. TFTC
Needed to make a sojourn to this side of town so took the opportunity to also clear out a couple of easy caches with Takibi. After a wander around the mound to collect a couple of other caches this one was on the way home. Plenty of muggles out also enjoying the pearler of a day Canberra decided to belt out for our Sunday caching exploits.
It didn't take too much to find this one as it was quite exposed. We signed the log and covered it up a bit better.

Thought I'd check out Mt Rogers today before I headed off to the CITO event out at Dunlop. This was the second find; another simple one. Tftc LJtheDJ.
Found this pretty easily on walk around Mt Rogers with Geokids, their great aunt and Little B, aunt and cousin . Great location! Found with Arrow Girl and Nige-ACT! TFTC.
nice cache to finish of our lap around the mountain with McCready finding a cache or two. tftc
Great example of hiding in plain sight! Was busy looking in the obvious place and nearly missed it!

Lovely walk, getting dark so early these days - but still found it. Thanks for the cache
I have one day between two trips so wanted to get a few local caches. I have tried for this one a few times, and I have no idea why it proved so difficult. It was exactly where it should be and I have no idea why I did not see the important details that hid the cache. Oh well, done now. Thanks.

After last Sunday's visit to this reserve with ZQX to find Rogers-up, I decided this would be a great spot for a walk one evening (and of course to find a few caches). This evening was a perfect opportunity as I was able to get away from work earlier than expected. This was the first stop as I circled Mt Rogers in a clockwise direction from the main car park. Cache quickly found. TFTC.

Found 6:58 pm. I was in the area so might as well do a couple of caches while I am here. Also I am nearing the end of my primary streak goal so now more caches to be done in a day is possible. Thanks for the cache. This wasn't too difficult to locate.
had a lovely morning caching on Mount Rogers with Joey Loves Treasure - it was nice to pick up a few traditional caches while collecting the information required for the multi.
This was the first one of the morning for me - a super easy find, but like other finders, there were a lot of dog walkers around that we needed to take into account when retrieving and replacing the cache - damn those muggles! An obvious but nice location thanks LJtheDJ!
