This was our first ever one, we nearly gave up. Kids found it at their eye heigh. Very exciting. No need to go onto road. Thanks we are hooked!
Grey nomads travelling around Australia in our caravan. Held up a bit due to Covid19 and major knee surgery, so currently in Queensland only, but there are plenty of caches in our home state that we have not yet found.
Currently, we are farm sitting near Rockhampton for three months, so hoping to clear out Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gracement, Gladstone and Mt Morgan!!!
Today after an aborted attempt at getting to see a doctor in Gracemere, we decided instead to beat the almost daily afternoon storm, and find a couple of caches. This was one of two we searched for and found. And got home before the storm.
It really is a strange form of activity that brings us to bridges to find eclipse tins! But I suppose it is about the numbers. And as we have a friend in South Australia who is creeping up on us (as at yesterday they were only 8 behind us) we have to go for quantity, not quality.
Thanks for the hide Brooksy Clan

A liitle risly but im the first one to find it in about nine months. Proud but a great cache
Found by Mary and David at 15:30. A nice quick one as we head in to Rockhampton for a couple of nights. A very busy road. Our thanks to The Brooksy Clan.
Today travelling from Calliope to Emerald via Blackwater and Comet. Due to the number of caches found I am doing a generic log. To the CO of these caches, thank you for placing these caches in their spots. TFTC
Day 3 of our road trip to QOGM in Blackall. Today we are caching from Calliope to Emerald and finding caches along the way.
Many thanks to all the COs for placing these caches so that we enjoy our trip through central Queensland.

TFTC. We are in the way to QOGM in Blackall. We had camped overnight at Calliope Riverand today making our way to Duaringa. Along the the way we stopped at a couple of caches that were easily accessible with our 14metre rig. A nice quick find.
FROM NZ
We are on an out back tour from rocky heading to Emerald and on to Longreach then back through Blackall and on down to Dalby then back to Rocky 400 caches later
Caching in and around the area, we picked up a few caches and this was one of them.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Travelling from Emerald to Agnes Water finding a few caches on route. Bit of a walk through the long grass to GZ and cache was soon found. The magnet no long works so could do with a replacement. TFTC The Brooksy Clan
We are heading to Barcaldine to attend the event and selected some caches we could do enroute. This was one we targetted and found. Thankyou The Brooksy Clan for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
Found with newly converted muggles. Their first cache and they are impressed. TFTC
Was getting so mad thinking it was lost. Just didnt have my looking eyes on hahahaha.
A terrible smell along the track but covered out noses and carried on.. found thanks heaps book is full
Well, I knew what to look for and where to look for it, but cache did not come to hand, despite a thorough search. Thought I would search on the other side of the road in case someone might have moved it, but there was a red back spider living in there, so didn't bother putting my hand in.
Brahms6 found this one on a visit to the offspring in Gracemere. The cache had a guard you can view it in photos. TFTC
I'm sorry Brooksy Clan I didn't see the point of this placement. Either walking inside the barriers or coming up through the rocks off the old road was risky and great care needed to be taken. This appears to be a cache for the sake of a cache and no other reason.
A lot of really long grass to walk through, be careful and wear appropriate footwear.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!

This was a very busy road, thankfully we didn't have to cross over it. Took a little while to locate it but pleased to get a smilie.
Found it -finally! My geo gizmo is just not happy in this location. Thanks for the cache.
There once was a family of five,
Who travelled this way for a drive.
To find caches they look,
In each cranny and nook,
A good way to rest and revive! [^]

The Esky family are travelling north from Toowoomba for the holidays to visit friends at Cannonvale. The perfect opportunity to tick off caches for the Well-Travelled Cacher Challenge. A slight detour off the main drag for this one but the best cache available for this distance. Very grateful for the parking instructions in the description. Thankfully a straightforward find. Thanks Brooksy Clan.
Parked up and walked to cache not much traffic today just a rev head in a torana showing off on the dirt. Glad we were out of the way.

Found in a quick stop and grab while traveling back home to mackay. This road is certainly busier than i thought it would be but then today is a special day being Anzac day. So here is remembering all the brave men and women who fought. Some lived, some died and some still serve to protect the wonderful freedom we have come to know and love in australia. And here is to their families and the sacrifices they make daily, willingly. And unselfishly. Thank you all . You will not be forgotten.
