Zozetta found this while I was searching the wrong side. Cache was a bit out in the open, but we couldnt see anywhere else to put it so we left it as we found it. Hopefully it stays there. Thanks for the cache Xorg and Pixelwarrior!
TFTC! Beautiful sunny day - our first find of the morning! Our GPS was pointing on the wrong side but the hint helped!
Parked as close as i could to this one well off the road and decided on the bush-bash option to this one... that was a bit further than i had anticipated and given the fact there may be wriggly-sticks made me a bit nervous but with the foot noise on approach they would no doubt have slithered well away.
Got to the Pipeline Track below and was looking here, then there, then i tried a simple act i was thinking of at first and there it was.
Signed the dry log at 11:44 on Monday 7 February 2022.

(The selected route back up as way, less grassy and a bit quicker... the usual story ha ha )

Walking track with family. Master H was in area looking and soon cache in hand. TFTC
A group of wheeled muggles came up just as I was opening the cache, fiddled on my phone and soon had all in order. Not quite as micro as i was expecting!! Cheers
Very easy find along the pipeline track with ProjectLichen
Good views from here although obscured by all the trees.

Found with AddisonPascal on a nice walk from Fern Tree into the city. Views are very nice from around here: if you keep walking a couple hundred more metres you get to a nice viewing platform on top of a rock that has good views over the Waterworks and the river.

Today we decided to head to South Hobart and surrounds and towards Mount Wellington to find a few more caches that we have not found and to make them a smilie. A great day out, not too cold, sun out allowed us to enjoy the great outdoors.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Found by our youngest team member, just the motivation he needed. Good container. Thanks
Today I walked in to find this cache. Managed to turn me it when the sun was shining.
I had walked down from the pub to the reservoir with partner, but she was too unfit to walk back up. On the way up,I grab the cache. Tftc.
No idea why it’s called spot the turnips but once we stopped looking so hard it was righ there
TFTC Xorg and Pixelwarrior. I was in the area this evening while scouts were walking from Ferntree to the Waterworks, so I took the opportunity to search for this cache, so thanks for it. This is a great walk and tonight was perfect weather to enjoy an evening bushwalk just a few minutes from the capital city.

TFTC! Finally found a cache like this in this size, have only found the really small ones, i like them
This was our first visit to this part of the pipeline track. Nice easy find at GZ. Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for putting a cache here Xorg and Pixelwarrior! It's been a few years since I've walked this part of the pipeline track and it was just lovely. Didn't take long to find the cache, and the log was signed and replaced quickly. The GeoGSP and I decided it was nice enough to keep going so we continued on down the track....Thanks again.
Found today while taking the geodog for a walk around Chimney Pot Hill.
Couldn't see any turnips but I could hear them. It sounded like they were having a doof doof party (at 8:30 on a sunday morning no less!)
Cache took a little longer to find than it should have and I had to dodge a muggle but got it in the end. TFTC

Went for a short wander a couple of months ago after an event and completely forgot to log the caches found along the way. Apologies for the lateness and thanks for the cache.
After the lengthy event just up the track we wandered down to find this cache. As often happens in a group it was found before I (goose) got there but the other half (egg) was part of the finding team. At least I got to see it get out back. After freezing at the event it was nice to feel the warmth of the sun here. Enjoyed the great views across the valley from here. TFTC
Walked down to this one from the event today after watching some others doing Simply Blue, it was a quick find by one of us and the log was soon handed round and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache.

Xorg and Pixelwarrior thank you for the cache.
A lovely walk along part of the pipeline track I haven't been on before.
It didn't take too long before I had it found.
Doesn't it get dark quick this time of year.

This beautiful day had to be used for some more exploring of the region and good tramping training. 20km uphill from Sandy Bay to the top of Mt Wellington. A great winter day walk with many photos and caches on the way. Thank you to all the owners for giving me excuses for a break!
Walking through waterworks reserve my path was crossed by several Wallabies and many native birds. The tracks on the Mount were often icy, so be careful in winter! Not many people around at this time of the year but the summit view was as good as it can get!

Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Finally a nice day here in Snug. we set off to find a cache or 2. Loved the view of Mt Wellington from this side of town, standing high and proud so clear today just awesome to see.
We set off with a list of caches to tackle but added some to the list and never finished the list. [B)]
Thought we would walk a bit further along the track and made this find.

We decided to go caching today around the Chimney Pot Hill Road area and this cache was one we collected. Certainly a great view from here. One of fifteen for the day. TFTC
No turnips on view but certainly located the cache quickly (literally fell onto it)!

A quick find, signed the nice new replacement log.
Thanks for the cache along this lovely walking track.

With some drizzle and the threat of something heavier imminent, the traditional red tag approach of follow the arrow cross country was taken - surprisingly easier than was imagined
Nice little track and the cache was well hidden, but the log was just a little damp, but signable
Thanks for the cache, Xorg and Pixelwarrior !

Walked the pipe line from Fern Tree to Waterworks Reserve together with extended family, who some were visiting from Queensland for the first time. The young ones made a quick find of this one. tftc
The approach used to get to the cache was from the Waterworks and we continued on to Fern Tree. The wildflowers along the way were most attractive and plentiful.

Found in the company of Twisted after driving along the road and realising that there was no way we were going to just duck down to the cache from the road so we back tracked and parked at the BBQ area. After a short walk, we arrived at the fallen tree and was hoping the cache wasn't hidden in that.
Found quickly. Thanks for the cache!

We'd been up along the Pipeline Track for another sojourn to Dragon's Lair. So on my way home, it made sense to stop and go for a quick side trip to find this cache. It was still warm and made for another pleasant walk in a nice area. Thanks for the cache Xorg and Pixelwarrior.
So you found Hobarts secret suburb! What a magic place to live, I can see my house and I grew some turnips last year! Cache a little damp so I aired it out on a fine afternoon and a pleasant stroll. There's a freshly fallen tree across the track at GZ, but no drama. I wouldn't recommend doing this one on a windy day. TFTC
Hi Xorg and Pixelwarrior
Great to see you putting out another cache.
Enjoyed the walk down the Pipeline Track to GZ and back to the BBQ area on Chimney Pot Road.
Found and logged the cache at 1007hrs.
TFTC, Happy New Year to you both
Cheers OldSaint.

A quick find. Parked on Chimney Pot Hill Road and walked down the bank. I didn't see it at first as the satellite image suggested it was on the other side of the track.
As suggested, we approached this cache from the Chimney Pot Road end and it was a pleasant walk to get to the area of GZ. After working out our orientation at GZ, a short search resulted in the cache being located. The cache and it's contents were in good condition. TFTC Xorg and Pixelwarrior.
A quick and easy find on a pleasant day beside a track we often use.
A 'second to find' one week and one day after publication - quite surprising. Thanks Xorg and Pixelwarrior.

I'm stunned that this sat unfound for four whole days!
Mrs RC and I went for a wander down the track on a gorgeous evening.
At GZ we had no trouble finding the cache, and yes, we were First to Find.
Then for the walk back, the views in better in this direction.
Thanks, X & P, a very pleasant stroll.
