Tftc. Been here many times as i shop and use the library. Couldnt logg as it was full.
Hubby was filling up the car near by, so I popped over to pick this one up.
The previous cacher's must have got it lucky, because there were load's of muggles around when I arrived. Had to wait till the coast was clear outside. There was someone in the near by window, but she seemed to be preoccupied with her junior muggle.
Fortunately it was a quick & easy find. TFTC

Do I feel like caching today??? After yesterday's expedition in the rain... Heck yes!!! Gap (of Fap and Gap) was keen, and we hit the trail...
If cacher makes a noise at ground zone and no one is around to hear it, does the cacher make a sound? Vacant here on Sunday, so a quiet find. TFTC.

Must have had a man's look on my first attempt, quick find this time, early this morning, log was wet, repositioned cache in same spot to hopefully help keep water out, TFTC
Lights still on but no-one home in the library, making it an easy search & find, TFTC
Snuck in and out without notice. Used my cache eyes and not my normal man eyes and found it instantly. Woohoo. Cache may need attention.
Gps was pointing in the wrong direction, so I fumbled around in the likely place and found it

Scoped this one out and went in for the find while no one was looking, sneaky hide, no one was any the wiser but we had one more to add to the list.
TNLN TFTC!!

Not such a quiet corner despite an early morning visit. Had to wait a while until the coast was clear then made the grab TFTC.
Wow didn't fancy scuffling on the ciggy butts but found it and loved it. Great cache and great excitement that the little ego cachet got to use the tools she carts around!
There were muggles close by when I first arrived so went inside and got some lunch. Managed to claim the bench seat close by to sit and eat and when the close was clear ducked in for the find.
Many thanks
Many thanks
Thought I would give this one a go since I was out later than normal. Found it fast after sitting and waiting out some muggles in their car.
Had to PAF to find this throw down cache. Certainly wasn't what I was expecting in this location
Lots of muggles waiting around, but totally ignored us as we disappeared to find the cache. Thanks.
Thought we were going to have muggle problems but we moved away to GZ just before 0900 and they then moved on/in. TFTC
I'm afraid this is a tale of disaster.
We tried this one a week or so ago on a quiet evening, not realising just what a busy public space this is at any time. We had to give up. Last night Steed was at the supermarket after work, 7.30ish, and thought he would give it another try.
A quick find, but not having tweezers on him, he did the 'last bit of sauce in the bottle' shake and the log shot out- and fell onto the white pebbles which are covered with weathered cigarette filters, the ideal camo for a small, tightly rolled length of paper. He tried searching, but no luck and people arrived, so he had to leave.
Late last night, after his dinner, he returned with a replacement log, but once again there were loiterers. He drove around the block, but they were there to stay.
I got there at about 7.30 this morning, but still there were people around. I got a rubbish bag out and went in to CITO. I couldn't find the log, so finally I poked a replacement into the cache and left. Maybe the next person will spot it. Sorry!
Some smilies are quick and easy and some are challenging and time consuming. The lesson here is that you never know which type the next find will be.

No problems getting to the quiet corner today. cache was an easy find a bit trickier to retrieve but had the necessary tool. TFTC
This was meant to be a quick 'in-and-out' on the way to a couple of other caches in the area, but it turned out to be more of an 'in-and-waitforalongtime'.
I was losing natural light as I arrived tonight, but the security lights and years of eating carrots helped me make the find quickly enough (after realising I was searching in the wrong obvious place) before returning to my vehicle to fill the log. Then out of nowhere, some guy shows up and decides he wants to sit in his car and play / read / watch something on his iPad ... right in front of (and facing) the location. I wasn't going to leave with the cache in my car, and with no way of distracting him I was forced to just sit and wait it out ... and wait ... and wait ... and wait. Then he finally left, and 47 minutes after arriving, I was able to stow the treasure and make my escape.
Phew ...
Thanks for the adventure

Was been closely observed by a muggle but We played distraction while one of the clan went and made the find.

First cache of the month for me. Quick hide in the obvious place but glad I didn't try and get this one when library was open! As it was, a security guard approached as I returned to my car - told him was a lovely warm evening it was and pretended to dial a number into my GPS. He didn't seem bothered at all.

Was heading to the nearby BP for a coffee when, hello, what's this new cache on the GPS?! So a very short detour later, the cache was in hand. TFTC!
Surprised to find only 1 log in the book 2 hours after publishing given the amount of cachers in this area.

Saw the notification come up so changed what park we were going to walk the dog in. A few people about at GZ, but managed to sneak off and locate the cache. A nice big black spider is now the cache guardian, so next to find heads up.
Thanks for the placement nufrat.

New cache... 1 km from home... Better have a look..
Was a very busy time for browsing this quiet spot, but after a few casual wanders around, the hide was spotted.
An empty log revealed a FTF.

I recall a time when this Glenview area served Melville, Glenview and Deanwell, with a mobile bus library service...
then It took over a double shop space in the then new mall extension....
Later came this lovely community focussed library....
