TFTC! No pen following a catastrophic explosion of a black pen and the failure of the blue one. Pic of log:
Thank you for this fun quick find on a stopover on our last visit to the ACT for a while... we managed to get the third last pie for one of the tribe, before feeding the rest at Maccas, and this was a fun and quick find, smiley and stretch of the legs Thank you!!
A fun day of caching with the crew in the Southern Highlands. This cache was a straightforward find in the obvious location. Thanks!
Taking my new car for a run. Stopped for a pie and a cache. Thanks for placing and maintaining the cache.
frmen1 and I are doing a dash from Newcastle to Yass and stopped here for a quick breather and cache. Name makes sense now lol TFTC
Found after a welcome stop and stretch.Accurate coords and in good condition. Thanks
1st cache of the day on our trip to Young. Very windy and cold. Quick P&G. resisted the pie urge. TFTC
Find#1914Found today on our way down to Goulburn. Me and Shaneo58 are down here to work on some challenge caches near home in the Hunter valley. Log and cache in good condition TFTC
Came down in this area targeting caches to fill in the grid for certain challenge caches in Lake Macquarie. We grabbed this cache after having a bite to eat nearby TFTC
Cockburn Crew on tour to the Canberra Mega. Day 1 involved a bunch of caching around Sydney before making our way to Canberra for the Capital Geobash. We found a huge variety of caches, and its great to cache in new territory that we havent explored much in the past. Unlike our home state of Western Australia where we have found just about anything and everything.A beautiful day with great weather and even better company. Thank you to the local COs for a great day in and around this great country of ours.
Exciting times over the next couple of weeks as we takeoff for the Capital GeoBash in Canberra! Its going to be a flood of Sandgropers over east, with a host of West Aussies making the trek east for the event. Im travelling with fellow Cockburn Crew members Leg5 and Barnzy12, starting in Sydney and hitting the road to Canberra, before returning back to Sydney. Honourary mention to our fellow member, Cravo10, who couldnt make it after recently introducing a new geocacher to the world the week prior. Once in Canberra, the agenda is set, well team up with a host of Western Australians to conquer caches. Collectively, were hoping to make it the biggest ever weekend for cache finding. Following the event, the journey continues back to Sydney, with a mission to clean up caches and new Local Government Areas (LGAs), ensuring no cache is left unturned in this epic geocaching adventure. Something tells me that well need a holiday after this, well, holiday. All logs have been signed as WAC to save space, abbreviation for Western Australia Crew. Cheers The Bushies! Join us in Augusta, in Western Australias South West, for WA Goes Big 2024 (GCAGV8Y) on Friday 20 to Sunday 22 September. Log your will attend now!
First cache of the day, had to stop at maccas for a poop and a coffee and this is one that has been on the map for years and today was the day to find it!!Thanks for hiding!TFTC

Almost gave up, but I knew what I was looking for and once I saw something that looked slight unusual I knew I had it. Great hide!! TFTC
A geocaching day out with Brewmaker, Its_Dozzie, MaxAdventurer, Martin Cousins and EverestHigh. Log signed with the abbreviated signature BIMME4. TFTC.
Found on the way home from Newcastle, after helping on the kids get settled for uni. Thanks!
Found with ReverseG and first cache of the year! Heading down to Canberra for CanCon and stopped for food. Easy enough find but cache was covered in ants. Opted for a quick photo and replaced cache. TFTC!
Quick when stopped here this evening while driving the Hume highway Sydney to Canberra .Log book is full
Very fun find to do with my best friend after getting a pie next door. First one of this kind I've done!
Returning from Canberra by coach and was able to leave the group and log this cache. TYFTC
I passed through the area today and we decided to pull in a collect this one. We didn't have much time so were hoping for a quick park-and-grab. We were very happy to achieve this goal. My son found the cache and I did the duty of signing our name to the log. We replaced everything as found and got back on the road to get to where we were going.
TFTC and the break in the journey.

After a few DNF went out and done a maintenance. Yes all the big pine trees have been cleared and the cache as well.
Have replaced it nearby.
So all good to go. We will see how it goes now.

We looked for this one today with no luck. It may be missing as a lot of clearing has been done around GZ.
On a bushwalking trip down to Canberra for the weekend, stopped to stretch our legs. Looking in the wrong spot for a minute or two before the logs mention the fox bones, which put us right on track. Then who could resist popping in for a fabled Heatherbrae Pie? TFTC
Thanks bushies and scOOt. Was nice to stretch our legs after the long drive from Newcastle. On our way to Canberra now to see our son.
We continued today our tour in NewSouthWales, AUS, and thereby searched, found and logged this interesting Traditional-Cache.
The weather was - said in one word – simply best. The good hidden caches and the being on holidays kept us the whole day in a good mood.
The cache had good coordinates, and thus was easy to find. The logbook was okay, and allowed easy logging.
Thanks to The Bushies for the generation of this nice cache "McForest S.B." (with the proper agenda), for leading us here and for showing us this funny location as well as the ongoing maintenance of this cache.
PS: Please forgive us the uniform log which is needed due to timing problems - if necessary special actions and happenings are there described where they appeared.
Greetings from Germany together with the hope to meet somewhere like event or wood.

Travelled from Sydney to Jindabyne for the event tonight. Travelled trying to grab a few LGA’s for some Challenges. Can’t say I like the traffic in Sydney. Once out of Sydney had a great run with the highlight doing the caches around Lake George.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today. Sorry for the generic logs.
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

First ever cache! As I was passing through for a maccas stop while listening to the hottest 100. I always stop here when I’m travelling, and this was the first time I’ve explored outside of the car park
We found "McForest S.B." while on a long drive, building up the learner driver’s log book hours.
After refueling and a bite to eat, we made the bery quick find
Thanks The Bushies for hiding this cache so that we could come and enjoy ourselves

We found the cache container at GZ, but no log so have signed a piece of paper and left it in there.
It was time to move on from Goulburn today, but only a short distance to Mossvale.
We did the usual however and stopped to pick up a number of caches along the way, some with short diversions needed.
We also did one waypoint of and Adventure Lab and fully completed another en route. This afternoon we did some further caching as we looked round town. A lot were quite wet, but as Gippslanders from Victoria we understand that is what happens when you have weather like we have had.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache The Bushies.

We thought about driving to Sallys Corner for lunch and picked up a couple of friends as I,ve had this cache on the book for a couple of weeks. Found this with our muggle friend. The "skelly bones" of foxy loxy is still there and still a bit smelly. Take care of the old fence wire at gz, dont get tangled in it. TFTH
Becareful if you have a weak tummy or bring kids. Unfortunately a decaing animal next to it
