### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there skakids,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

Great camo and accurate description. I've had my sights on this one for a while. Never had the courage to go down there, often assuming muggles would question me. I did it anyway in broad daylight! TFTC
Cacheing bear returns. Nice easy find on a Thursday morning before work (at the botanical gardens)
After a wonderfully wierd night at the Wilds at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, I roped my friend into helping me find a cache of the day. This was the closest and although it was dark and my phone was dangerously clinging onto 2% battery I went for it.
After much convincing of my friend that I was safe to go where I needed to go to get this cache, she lent me her phone for torchlight and into the dark I ran.
Thankfully the cache was quickly found when looking from the right location and the log was signed and put back in no time!
Thanks for the cache!

T4TC, nicely tuck in & camo. Good eye to see . But unfortunately the log sheet was all wet & unable to dig log. I would have replace it w a new paper log but here again sorry no extra paper w me. Greetings from . Good find
Quickly found thanks to the hint - nice camo and a sensible spot to hide it.
The log is just wads of damp paper, but I found a place to sign.
Thanks.

Last stop on our visit to Melbourne was the Botanic Gardens. Traffic was a nightmare but found a park nearby and had a small lunch after the giant pancake breakfast from this morning.
All I thought I would get was some stages of the AdLab (kids were flagging) but with the invisible art app the kids were keen so I got closer than I expected to this one. Last time I got defeated by a fence so ducked out a gate and walked through the wet grass to GZ. Coordinates accurate but happy for the hint - this could have been a tricky hide. A few people walked past but no interest inn me down below.

A 200k return trip to get lamby who was left nearby.
Why not get some caches, even if it is late.
A tricky hide here, made easier by the hint.
Thanks for putting this one out.

Lots of spider webs from one direction! I spotted the cache from above, but quickly realised I would have to retrieve from elsewhere. One does not simply block the tan by lying over it! I went in one way and trudged through the grass. Only one muggle above actually noticed me down there. A quick find a replace, and I made my way out. Really should have gone the other way, the spider webs had been knocked down in that direction. Made it out with a few extra confused looks, mostly due to fighting webs. Thanks for the cache skakids!
I was in the area today because my partners father is currently in the Alfred. I drove us in, and went for a walk in Fawkner Garden and up to the Botanic Gardens while my partner was visiting his dad. Managed to find four caches, not a bad haul. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining the caches.

I was here on a bus driving job today, and after dropping the group off, I set out to find some nearby caches and complete some ALs.
This was the first find, neatly hidden with clever camo, but a little damp inside. The log was dry but in lots of separate pieces of paper.
The hint was very helpful, as the navigator had me a good few metres along.

Found it at GZ. Great container make-up. Tftc
Not sure my time is anywhere near those quoted, however it is a great spot for a morning jog or evening wander. I knew a local resident who ran it every morning before work. Great way to start your day.

This Tan logged the Tan cache! At the gardens for a picnic with extended family. Great day out!
#8552 (5 of 6 today - including 3 Adventure Labs)
Like yesterday I snuck out of the tennis during a break between sessions to grab a few caches for my calendar.
Grabbed 3 traditionals as well as 3 ALs on a round trip that stymied me with a hopes for multi.
A longer walk than yesterday as it turned out. I really need a good sit down now
And watch some quality tennis.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Two ALs snaffled before this one. I'd decided to head for a multi I had most of the info for, which was near the AL locations. Unfortunately Shakespeare had commandeered the area and the multi was a bust!
But at least I did grab:
#8553 Tom's Block
#8554 Sir John Monash
Of course the next location was closed - so that was the end of that. time to head to this one.
###END OF ADVENTURE LAB SECTION###
Quick find at GZ - just spotted the container. That could have been a painful search.
Inked the log, replaced and away.

Great find
Not in the botanical gardens itself but as the hint suggests next to the tan
Some muggle activity if you look up, or they look down

Tftc skakids. Exactly as described, and paperwork still a bit damp. Quick find and a stroll through the
magnificent Botanical Gardens back to the city.

Very clever! The log has got a little wet...we dried it out for a while and then placed it inside the snap lock bag (wasn't in there when we found it) but was stuffed in on top of the wet log! TFTC!
Took the road less COVIDy to this cheeky little hide. Fantastic camo, all in good condition. Added a fav point to the pile. TFTC
Great find but be careful of mugals they are everywhere and no pencil bring your own.
Now the 5 km allowed exercise zone has been increased to 10 km I can visit the Botanical Gardens. Found this one after a really enjoyable walk with a good friend I haven't been able to see for quite some time. Quick, easy find with the clue.
Log wet and bag torn so added a dry log and changed the bag.

Awesome! Great find in peak lockdown traffic. Read back through past activity for more direction.
Merci pour la cache. On était dans le jardin et on du faire le tour. Haha. Faudrait changer la pochette le Papier est humide. Lesnollontdeuxailes.ca.
Found it. My first ever.
Nothing left, nothing taken, signed the log (which is a little damp, so use a good pen and write gently).

Quick find. Bag is a little broken. Plenty of muggles about so be a little careful. Lovely day for a ride around the tan. TFTC
