Out to do some caching today seeing it is much cooler weather. Around south of Nerang. With hatzofff, echocache1, and our interstate friends, poolpoool. Another nice easy one in good nick.Log signed and cache replaced as found at 5:27 PM on November 18, 2023. TFTC, Snickersallan (adopted from SaintsMadHouse)
MrMagoo72 had parked our car up near the other cache along this road, so decided to take a short walk to find this one too. Didn't take long to get to the right spot, but I have to say I'm very cautious about poking around these places in Australia, as I'm never very sure what will jump out at me. Nevertheless, I braved it and soon had the camo'd cache container in hand.
Signed log and replaced as found. TFTC.

On my way to an appointment on the gold coast this morning and I found myself with an hour of free time. Driving through Nerang I found these nice quick easy caches to fill in my time, perfect.
I parked up and walked over to the hide, there was no one around at this time of the morning, so finding the cache was an easy task. I signed the log and returned the cache as found, and then it was onto the next one. Thanks for placing this one here. I enjoyed the drive up and finding this one.

Wagging work wet Wednesday was upon us, and SaintsMadHouse and I had some serious goals to kick today… once I had finished at acupuncture that is.
The plan had been meticulously laid out by SaintsMadHouse for a productive and successful outing.
This one was indeed missing, so was replaced with SaintsMadHouse today.
Thanks for the cache Snickersallan.

Due to recent DNFs, disabling until I return back home from holidays. Sorry for any inconvenience and happy caching.
Geosis and I started the day early with a sunrise event at the beach and then some markets and some caches. Heading slowly towards Rocket and saw these few in a row. couldnt locate this one anywhere even though I wandered wider than the pinpoint. will be back
Nice and easy. Suited my mood on a dreary dull day. Thanks for getting me out and about.

Caching has never really been about the numbers. I drive generally over a thousand km's a week (some for work, some to explore, some for the kids, and some just because I have to) so there's always a cache or two to break up the drive. Having said that, I also enjoy numbers, fulfilling challenges, and quirky statistics. It's for this reason, I'm going to aim to fill my dates found and dates hidden this year, and a few other challenges in the local area.
Needed a few for today to bring our daily tally up to 5 (end goal for the 366 days of the year) so we were hitting the Highland Park area for a few caches. This was one of them. The littlest of geo kiddos found this one and we were so excited to spy the Cunnamulla TB in there.
Cache logs are either stamped, signed with Rogersclan13 or just RC13 for space. Thanks for the cache **Snickersallan (adopted from SaintsMadHouse) **

I had parked down the road a bit and strolled up and spotted a likely hiding spot as I approached and didn't even look at the GPS to see if it was the right location.

Wandering down the hill from Highland Park #2, I liked it here in this cool shady spot on this warm afternoon. After signing the log it was then the walk back up the hill to the car, and a sip of water soon after.
Thanks to SaintsMadHouse for the cache.
