Went and had a look, cache wasn't where it should be and couldn't locate so will archive.
No rain, no work, perfect reason to go on a caching adventure! A lot of fun except one cut on the finger ad one poke into the eye. 200km in the car, which involved a slight backtrack for an unexpected errand, and 20k steps. Overall a very nice day! Thanks to all the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches!!
Levi Strauss?? I had the wrong brand of jeans on for this one. Kids stayed in the car rather than helping, little rotters. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. BJ25. Find # 1643
Was out in Rolly for work August 2018 and went and found this one Thanks for the effort that goes into placing and maintaining a cache. PS WAYWBG
Quick find. A few people in the playground and in driveways washing cars but not interested in what I was doing. Tftc
Decided to go for a blat on the Airwheel and nab a cache or 2. Had the inReach's and SpotGen3 tracker going as well, see the think below. Roads passed the cache and then back tracked and boom a quick find. No muggle activity near by so was a nice easy find. Cache in good order.

Mid morning with no one around at all but still so many homes looking out here. Pondered how to start and bingo that was easy. TFTC
#13143. This area was muggle central today: loads of kids in the playground, adults out in the garden. That made searching tricky, and I was very pleased to put my hand on the cache. TFTC.
Found on an expedition to Rolleston with StreetWalker, with the main objective of finding all the WPs of the mighty Rolleston Pump Station Trail, plus finding any other caches that were in the vicinity.
A part of Rolly that is new to us (and news to geocaching maps as well). We were a bit worried on approach as we thought (by the name) that the cache was in the park which was full of kids. Fortunately it wasn't though we still felt a bit dodgy searching here. Luckily it didn't take SW long to find the cache. TFTC.

Well this one was a bit of a question of should we or shouldn't we as two guys across the road standing out front having a chat, but they were more interested in talking than us, so out jumped rayzr2 and with a notebook in hand made it look like he was checking the drains and made a succesful find all unspotted. tftc found with rayzr2 and chiko1
On a geocaching road trip and enjoying the drive around.
We soon had the container located - found in good condition.
SL Thanks for the cache.

Way too many people around today so didn't even get to nail down where it might be. Will try another day
Bit tricky with cars, and then windows overlooking this area. Found when I could have a good look and then getting it back - - - - What we do for caching!! TFTC
Wow, someone put up a fence. That and it being 10pm makes it much easier to be stealthy than my last attempt here. Spent about 5 seconds on this one, I got lucky this time. Cheers
Lots of houses here now. Might have gone missing or simply no good at looking
Came out to visit relations in the new subdivision, unfortunatley the Navman didn't have the new roads in it and Googlemaps had roads in it that aren't even complete yet! We could see the houses but get to them! Luckily there was a cache nearby for us to cool our heals while M made a phone call to get us back on track. Cache was quickly in hand and log signed. Interesting position for the nearby survelliance camera to be pointing back at it's pole... TFTC!
No luck here tonight. Looked for a while then felt too conspicuous to all the houses
Yes! Success with our first Cache, 9 year old boy is hooked and can't wait for the next stealth mission, so much fun. Definitely wait till after dark!
Had a bit of spare time today so decided to pick a cache quite close to my home. Arrived near GZ but got confused because of the road not showing up on the GC app. However, managed to sort it out and got to the correct GZ. Saw the security camera and got a bit hesitant but noticed it was facing the other way and I was good. I managed to find the cache quickly and sign. Excellent hide, thank you!
It never ceases to amaze me how Rolleston has grown. Last time I was here (at the cache's GZ) workers were hard at work creating the nearby playground and performing the landscaping and I had to depart without even attempting a find. No one seen today - probably everyone was either at work or inside eating lunch - so I appeared to have the place to myself. Nice quick find. TFTC shannonp1
I had to sign off a few for today and thought I would visit Rolleston for a change.
This area is now built-up and stealth should be used though you are out in plain sight of quite a few houses.
Cheers for the cache.

Quick find on a caching day in Rolleston. We wanted to do one of the nearby trails and decided to use the bicycles. So today it was cycling in Rolleston and after that the trail. Thanks for placing all the caches.
A day away around the Lincoln, Rolleston, Leeston area. Had spent some time solving puzzles in preperation and managed to find quite a few too. Lots of Metal Mania (although my database didn't seem to load them all so I may have to return!), quite a few Angry Birds a handful of Mad caches and a smattering of others. Really enjoyed Drainage Hole. Thanks all for enabling an addict. Special thanks to Sveren - for the caches and for the chat when we happen to be at a cache together.
6963. Out on a geocaching trip in the Rolleston area today. We did five before lunch and six after lunch. A very relaxed pleasant day. This was cache number three and yet another very easy one. We parked just down the road and had it in hand in about 30 seconds. Nice looking new residential area. Thanks for the cache. Rodney and Iris.
Had to wonder what the neighbours would be thinking if they noticed a couple of crazy women fossicking around in the drain in the pouring rain - but at least we found it! TFTC
Today was the day we had set aside for a Rolleston trip. Turned out to be pouring when we met up- so started with Maccas to steel our resolve!! Then off we went- it was down to just drizzle by then.
Felt rather exposed- but it was such a grotty day that most sensible people were tucked away indoors somewhere. Fairly quick find- thankfully! thanks shannonp1

TFTC. A few spare hours on a Saturday afternoon - it would be rude not to fill them with cache chasing. So a quick conversation with flobberworm! and we were off for the fair pastures of Rolleston to see what we could find.
I was pleased to sign the log on this previously DNFed cache. Gosh these houses were just framing when I was here 9 months ago - now they are peoples homes.
Thanks shannonp1 for placing the cache.

After a couple of months of solving puzzles, decided to head down to Christchurch and tackle a "few" caches in the Rolleston area.
This cache formed part of a series of quick finds as we made our way to the start of the Metal Mania series (or at least the ones that we had solved!)

Out and about with purdiepurdie in Rolleston finishing off the caches there we hadn't done previously...luckily no-one working around here today as it was pouring with rain! TFTC
Quite a few tradesmen backwards and forwards but managed to find it without looking too dodgy. TFTC (1703)
On a FTF mission with TG and I needed to mop up Rolleston before heading home. This was one of the stops on the 'way home'.
Last for the evening now. Better get off home.
Thanks for the cache.

Muggle father missed on his first attempt. Found it after looking again! Very quiet here today
Luckily we went straight to it! Muggles in the playground but not interested in us. TFTC
Felt a bit awkward in here, but got down on hands and knees,to keep out of sight.Needn't have worried,as we only had the Big Brown Dog watching us from behind his Fence.Found in the 2nd place we had both

On duty babysitting the grandkids for the day, and they were keen to go caching. So we headed off to explore Rolleston. The second playground of the day. The kids really enjoyed playing here. My grandson (2.5) found this one. Another great disguise. TFTC.

Had to get a cache for the day and failed to find Bronte Way so a quick dash to here at about 11.30pm. Not around at that time of course so a quick and easy search and cache was soon in hand. Great camo job. TFTC
Great day caching in Canterbury, this was one of 70 or more caches found, Cool start to the day, with the odd shower but fine for most of the day my first big caching road trip in a long time. - Many thanks to all the cache placers
Thanks Bitsprayer.
Thanks Bitsprayer.
Quite amazing how quickly these buildings develop in this area. We were forced out by Muggles last time just pouring the floor slab for this now completed house.
Thanks
