Logs
I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Monty&Tylo, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Monty&Tylo and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Team of three looked for about 6+ minutes and didn’t come up with anything. Based on the previous three posts, I think this geocache has gone missing for the time being. Here’s hoping I either made a mistake, or it comes back soon!
Unfortunately couldn’t find it today,
Probably needs the CO to check this cache out,
Thanks Monty&Tylo for the maintenance of the cache

It was wet. Many people have found this one. Clues are very helpful, found it almost instantly. Someone added their hair to the box. -found 3/1/23 by Peter, Georgia, and Xavier
We were driving past while I was tracking it down we went past so we stopped and I got out and found it
forgot to log this one digitally even though i should have signed the logbook a while back. Nice, tranquil town
Adelaide to Hobart Road Trip
Day Four: Latrobe to New Norfolk
Weather: the big wet begins
I ducked in to Deloraine to log a cache to claim Meander Valley LGA, and chose this one. I did a U turn after finding the cache which meant I didn’t get down to the banks of the river, but this was still fairly early in the day. I hope you’re all ok - as I passed through I didn’t realise how bad things would get later.
Cache was holding up to the rain at the time I signed the log, thanks for the hide Monty&Tylo.

Found this one whilst staying here at the RV camp. What a lovely horse.

TFTc. Quick found before walking down to the town centre. The art in this town is beautiful!
After we arrived in Tasmania for our short trip, we headed this way and enjoyed exploring this area, TFTC and the fun, the youngest team member enjoyed seeing all the art work in the area,
this was a good first cache, pretty easy and fun to find. thanks, Jhett, Laine and Tarnia
The pencil is a bit gross so bring your own to write in the log book! We’ll come back soon to write ourselves in because we didn’t have have our own pen to use.
Took the hidden approach and found quickly. I was grateful for a nice dry log in a soggy cache box

Thanks for the cache Monty and tylo. I found the treasure empty and out of position. I have put a replacement log in and placed it where I think the hint suggests. Hope it gets found again, regards from Victourer
Explored well through the shrubbery, couldn't see cache even though the spaces were obvious?
Staying in town on the way though to the NW and wandered up the street to start an Adventure Lab. This one was close by and I found it after a bit of poking around - thank you
Another one of those "why wasn't I able to find it last time" caches. So simple! I love this info centre.TFTC
My partner in crime took a few scratches retrieving as shrubbery was a bit unforgiving but got there in the end

Many thanks Monty&Tylo for providing and maintaining this game piece for our enjoyment.
Very confused about this one. Definitely found the container that says Geocaching on top. Definitely has a saturated log inside.
Unfortunately the trackable is not in the container.

The last log is very strange because this one is in good condition and there is no problem whatsoever with the logbook. Perhaps they found something else and thought it was the cache. TFTC Monty&Tylo
Down in Tassie for a break before Christmas and continuing our travels around the country, wow the countryside is absolutely glorious. Happy to say we came up trumps here and walked away with a smiley TFTC
Just thought I’d mention, upon finding this cache, it was extremely wet and all contents inside are damaged. Unfortunately the logbook is beyond repair as well :/
It took several goes to find this one. Before viewing the silk display and again after when we came up with the goods. SFTC. SL.

A nice quick find. It's super wet inside and will need a dry out. Thanks
