Not here. Should have been easy to find... but wasnt. 3 DNF's from three separate trips, plus many others that have not logged DNF's... it isnt here!
With GreyHams we had planned to head out for a three day trip into NSW for some counties, all the way to Bogan Shire! We had 14 counties on the route but a change of plans meant only the two days were available so plan B had us heading towards the coast and up towards Sydney.
All a bit of a last minute change but all good, GreyHams had a plan! Off we set, we had 5 counties on the list and would see how many more we had the time for. The new route had us driving up towards Bungendore to Tarago and then across towards Nerriga to Jervis Bay. A good trail of caches and we searched for them all, a few DNF's but mostly a successful trip through with a variety of caches found and some really great locations visited.
The rain set in about Nerriga, light and steady, and we both ended up more than a little damp at times, super fun when looking for a cache in the wet bushes! Mostly we cleared a nice path along the way with a few caches down some side tracks, a few puddles to play with along them and the only Mystery along the way... Well thanks to GreyHams for knitting that one out!
Stopped in Berry for a nice Thai dinner and then on to Kiama where we stopped for the night.
Woke to more rain but continued on North stopping at each county along the way for a cache and anything else interesting. Thankfully the rain did end up clearing... in its place there was the thickest of fog to navigate through, no worries about that on the Motorway with the traffic and almost no visibility!
Slightly turned about in the fog we did end up off track but worked out well in the end with a new course set and off to conquer the counties along the way into and around Sydney. A surprising 25 counties visited in the end, much more than expected but happy with the result and a good couple of days away to do it in. Thanks to all the CO's for your caches, apologies for the generic log, any additional cache information has been added to the end of this log.
Gave this a good search and dug deep through the blackberries too. Missing something here but no cache found for us.

Heading out to the Budawangs for the weekend we did a bit of late night caching along the way. This was a quick park n grab. Cant tell you too much of the surroundings as it was dark but thanks anyway.
My Garmin thought this about 10 metres out, but the 'usual' hide. TFTC Two Woody's.
Went past initially & had to turn back. The blackberries are starting to get a hold here but managed to avoid the thorns. Kutgw
Drove past first time but quickly picked up on our return. These types of caches are one of my favorites. The residents came to see what we were doing.
We found this cache easily and soon had the duties completed. It is interesting to read the history of the area and how tough life was for those went before us. Many thanks to the Two Woody's for the cache placement and for the history information as well.
Coupling an event in Nowra with an excuse to grab some more smilies outside my home radius, target for today was Braidwood Road. This was the last of 22 as the night’s darkness was closing in and I was ready to make the 90min trip home. Just enough light for a quick grab in the obvious spot opposite to direction arrow was pointing.
Thank you for the cache. Log signed and cache replaced. *OCW Throsbyonchurch*.
Found it as team *Throsbyonchurch*. A quick find with mummy but didn't sign the log book as only got this account tonight. Mummy thought I should have my own account now I am getting bigger and helping with the finds, so I will have a nice record of the caches I have helped find and the places I have been as I grow up.
Found -- 1:20:00 PM -- SL TNLN TFTH. Thanks for bringing us here to this location Two Woody's.
**The Cache**
Not too hard to locate. Cache in good condition and dry.
**The Location**
Coming through this section was pleasant but a bit spoilt by numerous dead roos [xx(] We did spot a large grey Koala up a tree, albeit a stuffed one.
**The Day**
With school holidays concluding its time to release baby to mummy. I was considering heading down Albatross Rd and then onto Braidwood Rd and turn off at Turpentine Rd but then realised I've wanted to do the Braidwood Rd/Neriga series for the past two school holidays. No time like the present!! Didn't leave as early as I wanted but it all turned out well in the end. The day was absolutely amazing, bright blue sky, nice warm sun beaming down. The road trip was enjoyed immensely and the cache hunting fun. It was fantastic to go to the lookouts and see amazing views. The last time we came through here was some 10 years ago when the road was dirt and they were putting the new tarred road in - wow it sure is nice and cruisy now.

Thank you for a wonderful cache I thoroughly enjoyed your cache. Log signed and replaced cache.
ACTchil and I took the day off on Friday to have a long weekend at Currarong and grab some caches here before it got too cold. We got up and packed up the camper trailer and headed off back to Canberra and pick up some more on the way including the Tianjara earthcache. We pulled over and got to gz and didn't take long to find, sign log book and put back. tftc Two Woody's
heading home after a great geocaching weekend in Currarong with Darzee Di. tftc Two Woody's
Found on our trip to Currarong. It was a little bit of a dangerous effort when we pulled off the road to enter this "driveway," however it was all good in the end - especially when there were no cars coming past when we re-entered the road. After a reasonably short search (our GPSrs was bouncing around), the cache was in hand. Nice little hide. TNLNSL. TFTC Two Woody's!
5231. Grabbed this one while heading down to Nowra from Canberra.Thumbs up to the convicts and thank you for the history lesson.

The weekend had arrived so fitzy_1965 and I decided to head off on a coastal geomission to nab a whole bunch of caches-the drawcard being going for the wander to nab the Abrahams Bosom Reserve series and whatever else we could grab!
Stopped by this one on the way for the quick find. Took a TB to move on.
Thanks for the hide, Two Woody's

11074. Found during a weekend run down to the coast with specimenX.
I have been planning on doing a coast run for a while, and in particular the "Abrahams Bosom" Reserve looked like a fantastic walk waiting to be done. So with a plan hatched with specimenX we headed off early this morning down the Kings Hwy and Nerriga Rd towards Jervis Bay. This was the next stop for the day. Apart from the wildlife there was no one else to be seen which made the search easy - quick find by specimenX ! Log signed, cache returned, and we were off to the next one.
Thanks Two Woody's !!

On our way to Sydney via Womboin and Nowra. A local farmer stopped to check us when looking for this. I found it after a little searching. Dropped off a TB and collected a TB. Thanks two woody's.
On my way to Kangaroo Valley, then Canberra via Nowra after a night in Moss Vale. A quick find. Thanks Two Woody's
Nice and quick. Gps wasn't playing nice but didn't need it in the end. Grabbed a trackable too to sent him on his way. Tftc.
Gps a little off but found it eventually. It was full of bugs. I left one of another kind.
Interesting cache page write-up. Nice & easy find too. TFTC!

#1641 8 of 9 today.
An impromptu trip out to the coast via Tarago, Nerriga, Sussex Inlet, & Lake Cudmirra (Swan Lake). Not specifically a gc run, but managed to grab a few long the way. Some mixed results, particularly out at the coast as it was thick with muggles enjoying the summer holiday season.
Another missed cache.

Two Woody's I found your cache "A Convicts Life" on 9/01/2016, 8:40 AM. This is my find #1653 and find #2 today. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
We had camped on a Stewards crossing from the Nerriga direction and then heading back home to Sydney we drove as close to GZ as we could. Didn't see any convicts today, but why have they build a rail for a road when there is no road? Cache signed!
Had to do a double back as we missed the turn. Then had a quick find with Justjessie on a weekend where the aim was to log my 5000th cache. TFTC.
This is the first time we have taken this road to Canberra. It is a beautiful road and avoids any steep mountain roads which seem to be on all the other roads from canberra to the coast. Being a weekday, it was quiet. The log was signed and we were back on the road quickly. Plastic bag is broken and cache was a little damp.
Thanks Two Woodys

As we approached gz looking for a parking spot we spotted a mob of Emus in the paddock. Momentarily forgot about the cache, parked the car & wandered back to take pics of the emus. Checked out coords for cache & realised we were standing right next to it! Signed very damp log & returned to hide. Tftc
I was muggled by 6 horses who wanted to help. Log book is suffering from the damp.
Thanks
Thanks
Found it with grubmorris book has become wet bag was not sealed no horses around this time
Out for a drive on this beautiful spring day and I ended up down this road. This was my fourth find today with only a few motorcycling muggles driving past. Found the cache quickly, signed, replace, admired the area, then I was on my way. Nice little spot! Thanks for bringing me here and TFTC!
Diving North of Jarvis Bay. In order to get to the coast on time it found myself on a pre dawn drive down the Nerriga road to Nowra, with a few new caches. This was a quick drive by in the fog. Thanks.

I'm playing a geocaching game on the Australian site & this morning noticed that my clan had lost control of the Shoalhaven LGA as 9 moveables belonging to another clan had been moved into the area, with 5 not far from here. Moved supposedly on 24 May but a check of the site proved otherwise. So off I went, both driving & in manner, grabbed the 5 & thought if I've come this far should go a bit further. Stopped opposite & made a quick in very strong, chilly winds. Thanks Two Woody's. (Regained control).
Quick stop on the way from coast. Cache was well guarded by a horde of friendly horses. Left TravelHeart GC. TFTC.
Great excuse to stop and appreciate some of the interesting history of this area.

It's getting dark quickly, so as I pulled in the driveway for this one I scared hundreds of roo's right in front of me in the paddock!

Going home from a week end away the very long way, Quick find interesting history, glad I didn't live back then. TFTC
The designated driver today grabbing some caches along the way with J+J.au. Nice excuse to stretch the legs. Thanks.
I have been an irregular visitor out here for work for nearly two decades. My first trip out here (in a Subaru brumby) took nearly two and a half hours; the trip is a bit quicker these days! A quick find during a break in the much needed rain. Thanks Two Woody's for the cache

As we travelled this section of the highway it was misty rain. This was such a pleasant drive passing tall trees & wonderful scenery. The caches we found all had good parking areas for the car & caravan.
The cache placements were interesting & varied.
Thanks for placing this cache Two Woodys.
A quick find, interesting information.

After a bit of poking a prodding about Sol came up with the goods. No wildlife today.
Thanks for the cache Two Woody's. Grabbed with SolDeLune on the way to today's Rats event.

Second stop while heading towards the coast and after a bit of looking (on the wrong side - our fault) the cache was soon in hand. Didn't know of the history as described in the listing, so thanks for the lesson.......always enjoy a cache where I learn something....
Thanks to the Two Woody's.

Grabbed this one on our way thru to Canberra. Three friendly horses nearby and heaps of emus. SL TFTC Two Woody's
Called in here after a leisurely drive back from Stewarts Crossing. I love the friendly "cache guardians" who sent a welcoming committee to greet me!
And what a fantastic history you've given to this stretch of road. I can imagine the hardship of those early bullock team drivers and their crew, this road was not much more than a goat track not that long ago! - I've also done RiverRuners "Wool Road" cache nearby, and together you've provided a wonderful insight into the history of this area.
Oh, and it looks like a **FTF** to boot, YeeHa! I wasn't expecting that!

Nuuuu! We drove past this to our camp spot yesterday and then past again on the way home!
This wasn't listed at the time I wrote down caches to get along the way to the camp when we left! And suddenly it was there when I got home! Bugger!
Missed a chance at FTF!..would have gone back for it if I wasn't working tonight ..and also away all day tomorrow! =P
Good luck to the FTF person(s)!
