Unfortunately I am no longer in a position to maintain this cache.
I really hope another CO takes over this lovely location.

I am unable to check on this one for a little while. I will enable again once I've reviewed it.
No geocache in location. Possibly kids removed it. Searched along entire equipment and ground.
TFTC . It had fallen out of its spot onto the ground which unexpectedly made it harder to find because it was in such an obvious spot.
Took a while and I was just about to leave when I thought I will just put my fingers in there and bingo.
Didn't want to as there are a few redbacks in the dark places.
TFTC
Ironbark.

Thanks for the cache. I used a little branch to clear out some leaves and branches. Also used the branch to ‘feel’ my way around.
Was expecting a 20 plus minute search for this one but my wife decided 30 seconds was enough and put her hand straight on it.

Little holiday to the area and why not have a look for a cache. Cool little spot and didn’t take too long to find. Tftc!
Checked on cache, still there in its hiding place log still has plenty of space too, and is nice and dry. Happy caching!
Searched on the sculpture high and low, removed dirt and cobwebs, wondering if it got washed away by the recent rains?
Took a bit of searching in the wrong spot, but a look of the satellite image took me directly there. Then my pen made finding the cache easy.
Caching around the bay today. Dodging the showers, but otherwise good conditions. Lots of great little discoveries and good fun. Thanks to all the owners for placing the caches.

In town for a golfing week and ducked out early to have a look for this one. Found reasonably quickly just before a dad and his little tacker came along.
Thanks caits19 for a morning cache. One of two as I decided to go up to the Devils chair as well. Early morning jog from Nelson Bay accommodation. Approached and put my hands on it the first place I tried. It’s the old “where would I hide a nano”approach without overstepping boundaries. . New log in place so JP has found this one.
Enjoying the holiday in area.

Crawled around the sculpture for about 10 minutes with a flash light looking in every nook and cranny...unless it's not on/in the sculpture?
Found on an autumn day, with temperatures in the high 20s, with Shaneo58. We came up from Newcastle/ Lake Macquarie to get a few around the Port Stephens.Verry tricky find, coords spot on. Log signed and caches replaced as found. Thanks For The Cache caits19

Found 3:22 pm “with partner and have made our destination before dark. Partner was surprised at what time we did get here. Weather not so great.” - As with the other recent cache finds as I sign the log and return the cache to its hiding spot my partner writes the previous quoted words. On a secret trip for my birthday gift which I now know to be Nelson Bay. My partner is driving with allowing me geocaching along the way. She did say a day of geocaching in my gift. At one stage earlier when I said there was some down this road (14 in the series) I was not sure of partners commitment as we go and she started to write some humorous log entries which I’ve quoted and kept in each cache log entry. As you can read apparently all is good now, she needed a feed and some watering she got those and I am ok with around 20 for the day.
For this cache I was starting to wonder and too many spots with spider web that I didn’t want to stick my fingers too far into. Then I checked one location a bit better and yeah had to get down and down and there the little blighter was.
Thanks for the cache. Now we’ll go to where we are staying apparently not too far from here.

Turned that DNF into a TFTC quickly! As we were leaving I asked "have you looked in there?" And suddenly had CIH. Only two spaces left to sign on the log so might need maintenance soon.
Found on 2nd visit. Needed littel fingers. New log sheet requiered. Found with Mel's da bomb.
No muggles at 6:30 am on a Sat morning.
Plenty of time to search, but it didn't take long to find the little devil.
Thanks for the cache.

It started to rain just as we got to GZ, but one of the images in the logbook combined with the hint allowed us to find it very quickly. TFTC!
Couldn't find this one by torch light and warning to anyone looking all over the statue it is covered in redbacks. Will try again in daylight another day.
Great hide. Came yesterday to find it got gained on, brought the geoman today for help and found it within 5 minutes.
Genuinely surprised with how quickly i found it. Really cool piece of art. TFTC!!! #1618
We almost didn't find this cache, it is so small. After practically crawling all over this sculpture, I finally tracked it down. Thanks for the cache caits19
Fancied a weekend caching by the beach and exploring this beautiful area with PelDroedGwin, hadn’t realised the weather would be so wet!
With the rain falling steadily we had the place to ourselves. I wasn’t feeling too confident after seeing the DNF’s but I’m happy to report a quick find.
A interesting sculpture and a new word added to my vocabulary

OCW the Bebes on a little weekend break away from Sydney. Headed for GZ and following a couple of DNFs was not hopeful. Had a quick search and right on the coords and in line with the hint there it was. Tftc
Tried hard to find it but even with burning my hands and knees for seconds at the time on the hot concrete to look low, I couldn't make it out.
I had never heard of this word, or this sculpture, so had to come for a visit early this morning.
Only 1 local up at 7am this morning, so had the place to myself. Personally didn't think much of this sculpture at all.
The cache was quickly found in the second place I looked.
Thanks for the cache Caits 19

Schnell gefunden auf dem Weg zum "Walwatching"... Hoffentlich haben wir da genauso Glück!
Second find of the day!!
Unable to sign as the log is jammed so tight in there - was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it back in!
Another fun find! TFTC!

Very quiet here this morning. The satellite image was very accurate and we soon had CIH. TFTC
Found at 1:31 PM GAFF1 in the company of &others.
The co-ords do take you straight to the cache! Actually after reading in the description that "The co-ords do not take you straight to the cache" we started looking at the other end and as it had not been found for 6 months with 2 DNF's we thought it was a futile search. However suddenly c-pprass shows us a little nano that she pulled out right at GZ [^]
This sort of art is way too abstract for us to understand and fully appreciate.
Thanks caits19.

We have visited in the evening with nobody around, but I wasn't ready to sweep all of those small spots with my hands. I could not find anything just by looking.

Didn't like the look of all the spider webs but as luck has it the one spot my fingers went in blindly was the exact location of the cache. Nice!
We are staying in the area for a few days and happily we were able to find this cache. What a beautiful location. Thanks to caits19 for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Found this easy cache, we are from South Africa so this was our second one, TFTC
Found the sculpture easily and but thought the cache would be tricky! Got really lucky and put my fingers straight on it

It took me a while to locate the diminutive object, eventually finding it in a logical place I should have checked earlier. It was a struggle opening the cache but it suddenly came free and I was able to sign the log.
Thanks caits19.

Just for a change i found this quickly. Then couldnt get the log out of the container which necessitated a trip back up the hill to where i had parked the car, even then it was no easy task. Eventually signed and returned to gz. Tftc
