Sorry to all cachers out there but I am archiving all my caching the bush series due to not having adequate time to keep track of all of them and therefore it would be a lot tougher for me so sorry for the inconvienence Steve2398

Back in the Hills again to find a handful of the apparently infinite amount of caches to improve the stats a little bit.
After walking about 10k-s I hopped in the car and decided to do some park and grabs on the ones not far off the roads.
On my way home I decided to visit this area and collect a few more smiles as I still had some time.
Found this hide after a couple of minutes, TFTH.

A tough one to access for someone like me who isn't that stable on gravel. Thanks for the cache.

I was heading for the finale first, but the tracks went in this direction, so I thought I'd come to the smaller cache first, as the sun was setting, so I could find the larger one in the darker conditions. That turned out to be the right move, as it took me quite a while to find this.

The GPS had me searching on the other side of the track! It wasn't until I read the hint and the previous logs that I started focusing my search on the correct side. The coords in one of the previous logs helped a lot.

I left the Guerteltier's Cachemonster TB here. Thanks for the cache steve2398!

I was able to do all this series except for the disapbled one, and had a lovely wander through the bush to seek them out. Continued further into the bush from the Final of the series to track this one down and thankfully spotted soon after arriving, and then it was a long hike back to the car again - uphill. I was most thankful to sink into the car seat on return.
Thanks for the exercise and the cache steve2398.

The sun was rising over the hill just as I found this one. Such a beautiful sight! This was a pretty easy one to spot from about 10 metres away. Great spot for a cache. Dropped TB. TFTC steve2398

Came back up to the hills this afternoon to track down some more caches. I'm loving this area of the world. A nice stroll through the bush although a few ups and downs.

I came here from the Bickley Reservoir Walk cache and boy that was a fairly steep decent, nearly ended up on my backside a couple of times.

Got to GZ and had to search a bit before I found it, but got there in the end.

Out for an afternoon of caching with the grandkids. Even though their friend had hidden it they hadn't found this one. What a trek it was to get here! The hint was helpful because the co-ords seemed a little out! Once again, after a good bit of searching by all, it was eagle eye Tom who came up with the prize. Smile Then we had ahead of us the climb out. Good bit of exercise. Just as well it was a cooler day! TFTC steve2398.

Hard work walking down through the bush and along the tracks to this one in the heat but it was a quick find once I got there. Now to walk up the hill again to find that other cache in the series.

Thanks steve2398 for the cache.

steve2398 is putting the pressure on here! His hides are keeping us pretty fit. Had a 2tf here after a brisk walk down that hill, now for the incline ahead of us and home for dinner.
A nice hide with a great view, right on sunset.
TFTC steve2398, grabbed the GC too.
