Unable to locate on this occasion. Track was busy, so will try again another day
Had to weave through the plants for a bit but spotted it soon enough. Nice hide. TFTC.
Long time dream came true and we could visit New Zealand. NZ Mega was our maingoal and we had time to find others too. We travelled together with Veke68, Katsukka and tanjuli (+husband) and had great time. We used TVVK Fin (that is tanjuli, vipema, Veke68 and Katsukka) in mostly logbooks to save space.
Thanks for the cache.
Greetings from Finland.
Thanks for the cache.
Greetings from Finland.
Day #5 geocaching in NZ in good company (=tanjuli + husband, vipema, Veke68 & Katsukka = TVVK-FIN in the logbooks, most of the time), back in Christchurch & surroundings. Had a great time despite the rain and found a lot of caches + saw so many interesting/beautiful places.
Thank you!!!!
Thank you!!!!
Mega trip to NZ with vipema, Veke68 and Katsukka, day 5. We found tons of caches and had a blast. We logged as TVVKFIN to save log books. Thanks for the fun and greetings from Finland.
Caching holiday in New Zealand with Tanjuli, Vipema and Katsukka continues and now again in Christchurch.
Rainy day but still we found lot of nice caches.
We logged only TVVK-FIN to save space in the logbook.
Thanks!!

Visiting Christchurch for the MEGA, and was staying another couple of days with friends, near Halswell
Borrowed one of their bikes and headed of for the Motorway cycle path and other caches on way back.
Weather wasn't the best, but didn't get past a heavy drizzle, which cleared up around mid day.
Thank yiou everone for you cache hideing. Have enjoyed my visit, managed some of the touristy things, inbetween caching TFTC

Had bought the bike up with me for the Mega, so thought I'd better give it a run! Thanks.
Caching around ChCh while down for the Mega thanks looking4thebroc and sharkiefan for the cache
Out caching today with OrionJ with no particular plan. For some reason we made this way harder than it really was.Thank you looking4thebroc for placing and maintaining this cache.
[green] A late start today - I had to pick up my car (all four cylinders working now, yay!) and catch up with a fellow cacher at Uni, so my second find was not till about 10:30. Despite that I still met my objective - 40 caches in one day, and all by bike! The highlight was the Back to the Future event and having a go on a hoverboard! (sort of).
Nice. Easy find.
Nice. Easy find.
Out with THE GREEN GECKOS, caching our way from an event in the city this morning through some of the suburbs and finishing at the evening event.
This one took a little more looking then was really needed. I had checked out a couple of spots before TGG mentioned what about there, well yes I had looked there but sometimes it just actually takes a little bit of picking things up that are the cache.

Well going by bicycle would have been easier. I decided to take the trainer wheels off the Airwheel (think unicycle segway with no seat) and have a go on the bike path. My balance was a bit (rather) unsteady and bikes hooning past at a great rate of knots caused a couple of spectacular crashes. But all was good as all body parts are still intact... and I got my B cache for the September Spelling challenge. TFTC looking4thebroc and sharkiefan still enjoying your caches even when both of you have left us.
Today we decided to get out and hit the cycle way for the first time - despite the cold weather. teamelliottfamily were well and truly rugged up against the elements. Jnr was very confident on his balance bike and I had little miss with me in the baby bike seat. Mrs TEF womanned the technology and off we set.
After finding a few caches along the way, this one was next on the hit list. The great thing about this cache was that it gave everyone the chance to hop off bikes and to stretch the legs a bit in the garden. It didn't take long until the cache was found, and it was a real delight for our three year old - he couldn't get over the container. Thanks for putting this one out.

Today was one of 27 remaining days when I only have 2 caches on that calandar day. So in an attempt to fill up my calander 4 times over by the start of November - because why not, I needed to find 2 caches on this calandar day.
This is one of the spots I had eyed up for the day I need 2 or more - many within a short distance of each other, and hopefully not too tricky!!
Cache number 2 after my earlier find. Now that I was no longer on the phone, I managed to read the description before I got to GZ (With my fingers frostbiting off along the way, and my ears completely chilled too!! ) This meant that the find took about 2 seconds! And luckily the weather meant the cycleway was practically empty too!!
Consec caching day #922
TFTC!!

Thought it about time to get on my bike to find unfound caches on this cycleway. Nice hide that looked a little different. TFTC
Every day we are traveling around is same but also different. Today we had again the pleasure to visit some very beautiful spots and were also able to find nearly placed geocaches. I thank every single owner for placing it and giving us with doing this an other good reason to come here.
Mallorcatommy, con/limon and I were travelling through the southern island of New Zealand. What an amazing, breath-taking landscape! On our way we did some nice walks, enjoyed ourselves and found great geocaches. Thanks to all owners for nice hiding spots... We wouldn't have been to a few places without these little boxes!
Thank you!
Thank you!
TFTC. Out for a few speed caches on a pleasant summers evening in the company of the flobberworm! team.
It was dark by the time we were hunting for this cache. Found covered, luckily the torch light shone off the container.
Thanks looking for the brook for placing the cache.

Took a little bit of searching in the dark, and the cache was pretty much covered when we did spot it! TFTC
We have been slacking a bit this month so headed out for a bit of a walk and to start tackling the many caches placed along the motorway. Have seen some of these before so it was easily found

I was on my way to do the Motorway series of caches today but ended up finding 36 caches on my 25 km walk. There were not too many bikes on the path today which was a good thing. For a novice cacher this could easily be overlooked.

As the name suggested. Bicycles do indeed rock. I would be lost without mine. Great hide. TFTC. Happy new year.
After missing my turn off on the Southern Motorway, I had to drive to the end and found myself at the start of the Southern Motorway cycle trail. What's a geocacher to do but to turn this episode into a caching opportunity and finish the remaining section of the geocache trail. With just one bar showing of my batteries' power, and no spares with me, no sun hat and no water bottle either, I was ill-prepared. But I was game to continue until either the batteries died, or the effects of the sun were too much. I can happily report that neither happened and was able to find all the caches on this section.
The hide turned out to be one I was expecting, but only found after heading further off the bike path. TFTC.

Tftc with Emily, olie, Ava and George. Trying to get 16 today to catch up with Danks007
I had an idea what I should be looking and bingo found it. Great idea. Love the cache name.
Kinda knew what I was looking for based on geocachers intuition (and we also own one like this somewhere else) so was found swiftly which completes the motorway series for us. TFTC Favourite from us.
Think i still have one of the L4TB bike caches left and that will be spelt soon. Cheers for the cache.
Quick find at GZ was tooted at by a passing car, must have been a cacher.
Thanks for the cache.

At least today i was not cycling against a strong NW like i was on monday while finding the caches north of awatea rd. I cycled thro Wilmers rd to the trail head to complete these last two which weren't there when i did the others up this way in March...straight forward find. thank you
Went for an early afternoon walk and decided to give this one a go. An easy and quick find. Thanks
6382. A quick and easy find after a lunch break from cycling around the area. Thanks. Rodney and Iris.
I managed to time my search for this cache during a break in the peak of the wind and rain. Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for this cache, and all your hides along the cycleway.
Seventh find whilst on a cyclocache ride from Redwood Park to Halswell Junction Rd and back via cycle tracks (mainly). My use of a GSAK smartname for this cache made the cache much harder to find than it should have. [B)] The combo of smartname of 'Bicycles' + the hint (title) had me looking for something with 2 wheels! [B)]
Left the car at an access point and enjoyed the walk to GZ. Nice quick find. TFTC.
21st find along the cycleway between Curletts Road and Halswell Junction Road. Great walk with Moneydork TFTC
On the Second day down here for work so making a few cache pickups in the early hours of the morning before heading back to get ready for work. The best thing about caching at this time is the lack of muggles, however if you are wanting to sightsee then the views only extend to the end of your tourch beam.
Managed a quick find and accompanied by a brisk walk in the chill morning air.
Thanks for the placement

After a successful shopping expedition it was time to grab a few caches and take a walk in the afternoon sun before heading to South Canterbury for the week to work. I did most of the walk, run, scooter, ride series that was in place nearly 18 months ago...but now there are more so time to grab a few more before driving south. In the process of finding this one the cutty grass did what it does best-owwwww!!! TFTC
Quick find on a cool sunny morning. Love these containers. Not to many muggles yet. TFTH
Whew, glad I found this one, in the cold and snow (hail) and dark. Thanks for the hide.
After 5 mins or maybe less on doing the geocaching shuffle I spied with my geocaching eye the likely spot and sure enough I came up trumps. No cycle muggles today so no worries there. Loving this game and series. Tftc l4tb your going to be missed down under.
Another stroll down the motorway. It was sooo cold!!! Haven't seen a container like this for some time. Nice hide. Thank you.
A chilly walk along to the cache. An easy find. Much warmer walking back with the wind behind us. TFTC
