I cannot see any information that suggests to me that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement - one or more of the following applies:
- Cache Owner unable to maintain cache
- No response from the cache owner.
- No cache to find or log to sign.
- It has been more than 28 days since the last owner note.
- Cache has been abandoned by cache owner/cache in disrepair
As a result I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to also prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?
[navy] I notice from recent log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of owner intervention as there are one or more comments in regard to the state of the cache log. Therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
A basic tenet of geocaching is that the cache log needs to be signed to record a find, see here; http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#logging . At the moment this would seem to be extremely difficult if not impossible to meet that requirement in regard to this cache.
Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be welcomed by all seekers and your assistance in this aspect of geocaching is greatly appreciated, see here http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance
The rule is; if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can and here's how; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235

Please respond to this situation by 10th December to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
And don't forget, once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log see here; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404 and an "Enable Listing" log see here; https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 to get your cache up and running again..[/navy]

Passing by and stopped for this one. Rested while I signed the extremely full log. It will need to be replaced. Great views here.

It was s nice night for a stroll ... we found this little one just on dark, the log book was too hard to get out, so we took a photo.. . Nice spot at dark.
What a pretty area. Watched a huge dog run in and out of the lake don't they feel the cold. Nice part of town thanks for bringing me here and the cache

The final day to log cache finds to qualify for The Geocaching Road Trip ’15 souvenir. It is also the second day of spring in Australia – well somehow Ballarat missed the change as it is very wintery today. After a chilly bike ride in Mt Helen and a call at the seat of higher Learning in Ballarat, we made a quick detour for this little guy, while on our way to the Road Trip Finale Dinner Event.
Satellites today had our GZ 5m E of the cache location.
Our thanks to Teamswizzle for bringing us here.

A new log would really be appreciated by future seekers please, as there is no room left for seekers to comply with the GS requirement to sign the log in order to claim the find!

The main focus of the day was to attend Black Hill CITO and Afternoon Tea @ Zegames and grab a few caches in between. As we were heading home we couldn't resist grabbing a few on the way. Trying to not draw attention I had a quick look but missed it, but once the muggles had moved on it was a quick find.
Thanks for the Cache Teamwizzle

On our way home in the company of Alchey and Darth Briji after a big day we pulled up to give this one a go.
There were some muggles feeding the ducks nearby so we had to use extreme stealth.
After a short search we soon found the goods.
Thanks Teamswizzle for the cache.

Up from Geelong with some of the Geelong Crew to convert a few caches to smileys between the CITO and next event.

One person says they can see it from where they were sitting they got good eyes to see a nano from seat or has it gone
Day 2 at Smythesdale we headed out to find some of the local caches in town. We started with the Symbol Series Plus a few bonus caches.
This was a nice series to walk, the weather being a little kind meaning it wasn't raining but very cold.
Thanks for placing this cache Teamswizzle

Geokid 1 found this. We admired the scenery and had a chat to the ducks, all the while freezing our bottoms off.
My intention today was to visit Ballarat again and grab as many mystery caches as possible to complete my month of mystery caches.
Grabbed a coffee as I always do near the Fire Station in Buninyong and thought I would have a look for a few of these Symbol Caches while in the area.
I started out thinking of looking for just a few but ended up doing all except the final.
Thanks for the series, one green square in amongst all smilies, but I will return to fix that I hope.
I had a DNF here a couple of months ago but was a different story today with it just sitting there looking at me. The drizzle was still with me but it was not to bad.
Thanks Teamswizzle for checking this guy out and enabled me to convert it into a smiley.
Sorry about the generic logs but with finding close to forty today I have to save time.

I was in Ballarat to visit my muggle parents for lunch and I always like to log a cache or two whilst I'm here. Not being a local, I suggested to Dad that we go somewhere (park or similar) and see if there was a cache nearby. After re-visiting another cache at Eureka Stockade Dad thought he'd drive us to a nice picnic area in this park. I broke out the GPS'r and saw this cache within 200m so off we went.
It took a lot longer to find this one than it should have to be honest. Once the GPS settled and directed me to the GZ, I thought I knew where it would be. I checked the difficulty and terrain ratings and convinced myself I was in the right spot. After spending 15mins, checking, scratching, telling muggle Dad that it's probably going to be a fake bolt or something similar and walking around amoungst the droppings of the local Birdlife, I came to the concllusion I was wrong. [B)]
I was about to concede a DNF when I thought I'd check another structure nearby and BINGO ! I guess my Geo-senses must have been a bit "off" today ! (I also wish I'd brought my log roller with me)
TNLNSL Cache is in good condition TFTC Teamswizzle

This is a nice little spot. I quickly located the cache and signed the log in the car as there was the odd bike rider or jogger going past. I went out to the lookout and was surprised to see some of the floorboards had been broken leaving big gaps. Quite a safety risk I thought. It looked like lowlife vandals had been at it. Hopefully will be fixed soon. TFTC Teamswizzle and for bringing me to this spot.

Went down and checked today. Cache had just been moved. Put it back in it's spot and is ready to be found!
Up in Ballarat two weeks running I could not find any thing that looked like a cache so I will have return another day.
Out as a team today as it is my birthday and hope to secure our 4,000th cache. Nice job Poppet93 its still there and protected by the plastic bag. Signed it off but how long will it last before some one comes along to clean up Australia. Nice location.

This cache was on the ground in GZ with the bottom half missing. I placed it back on the chair and protected it with a plastic bag.
This cache will need a new container.

Must be too small for my eyes. Haha. I tried. But I will try again some other time.
On a caching day in Ballarat with Lazyade. There were a few muggles around - the occasional kid riding their bike home from school, or a family feeding the ducks from the platform. The three of us hung around for a little bit, enjoying the pleasant area, and quietly made the find while doing so. Thanks for bringing us here Teamswizzle.
Mr Tardis and Mr Scoobster were out this way for a day's caching. Fortunately I found the cache in the first place I looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
A nice park with lots of birds enjoying the lake.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Teamswizzle.

Suscoe's 13th find of 24 for today as we wandered the streets of Ballarat in the company of the sister.
It was a delightful day with pleasant sunshine but a steady breeze that got a bit keen at times.
A nice spot for a wander here and a nice cache to find.

Had an unexpected 3 day weekend, so decided to do some caching with Geo Puppy.
After a very late lunch we went for an enjoyable walk around this area.
Quick easy find on a cold, but unlike yesterday, snow free day.

A quick visit to Ballarat today to do a bit of shopping and with a couple of hours to spare, I thought I would find a few caches as well.
Had a short rest here whilst I signed the rather damp log. A pretty spot and a nice bridge over the other side of the lake.

A tricky hide really. Looked in wrong place for a while then methodically searched and found. Thanks
Found by Mary & David at 1255. Delighted not to have a long walk in this wintry weather. What a lovely area. We wish our suburb had underground power and water features. Found the cache after a brief search. Our thanks to Teamswizzle.
Quick find today. Fortunately there weren't any muggles about. Unfortunately they weren't about because it was so cold. This would be a lovely spot to watch to birdlife and go on a nice stroll. TFTC.
I stopped here a couple of weeks ago but was troubled by muggles and couldn't have a good look. No such trouble today. Took me a while to spot it. Not sure why as it was exactly what I was expecting.
Thanks for bringing me here.
Thanks for bringing me here.
Caching today with Glanville Girls, found this one in the rain Thanks Teamswizzle for the hide.
Our first find for the day. We had been here on a previous occasion with no joy as the prize had been muggled. Back today to make the find. It is exactly where we thought it should have been on our first attempt albeit in a different container. Thanks for the hide Teamswizzle.
Nice quick find with Shamus1 to make my weekend tally of caches a round 80, after the find we listened to some of Blood on the Southern Cross before heading on our way

What a busy place this is. Very hard to locate a cache when there are lots of muggle walkers around. Luckily I had the dog today, so she was a good decoy. Found the cache safe and sound. Thank you

Today we visited my wife's brother in Ballarat, and I managed to find three caches during the day.
In the morning I had found two caches.
After returning to my brother in law's house in Canadian, we had lunch and a bit of a chat.
Then I popped out for another cache or two.
After a nearby DNF I had no trouble finding this one, which was only 300m from my brother in law's place but with no direct route available..
A very pleasant location with lots of ducks and a little cormorant sunning its wings on the rail of the nearby lookout until I got too close.

Then aka for the cache. Cool cache. Found pretty easily with a torch in the dark.
Good to see this one up and running again. A nice quick find tonight. Caching with Tomstache. Thanks for replacing the cache.
A really strange thing happened at this cache. I had been looking for a good 10 minutes when, somehow, without me being able to see them, someone snuck up and put the cache right where I had looked at least three times. It is the only explanation that makes any sense at all! LOL.
In the meantime I also found a Munzee which had come off the item and blown away, and I put it back where it will hopefully survive for a short while.

Went to check if cache is still in place but unfortunately it has gone missing. Will replace ASAP
Caching this afternoon with Tomstache, Glanville Girls and Motndarg, we were unable to find this cache.
Nice and easy find. Concern that the cache will not hold long with its current method. CO ought to check and reinforce with better geo-attractors!
We found your cache Canadian Creek Trail Rest on 19/02/2014 8:28 pm, hoping for a FTF, and met lionjrb at GZ with his hands on the cache. Missed it by that much!
