No luck. It was dark with no one around, so we spent 10 min with a torch without luck. Judging from previous comments, this was meant to be straight forward. Perhaps it needs to be checked?
Stopped for a look on the way through without success. Only a limited amount of places you can hide a cache on these things and we couldn't find it.
I had no desire to put me mouth or ears anywhere near this unsanitary, and old fashioned device today.
So I poked around for a cache instead ... none found !!
Ring a bell ??

#1660 - Tricky location depending on the day. Being Sunday of Australia Day weekend there were a few muggles enjoying coffees nearby. Luckily the new sign obscures calling an underhand friend. Nice day for riding back to Mount Beauty on our AroundOz cycle challenge. tftc.
Easy find, parked next to GZ, the store was busy but nobody took any notice at what I was doing. TFTC
One of the easiest caches I've ever found, seen from across the road where we parked. Definitely a 1D, maybe even a 0.5.....
Oh dear, this was a real face-palm performance here. [8)] I checked the wrong thing at first before a read of the hint refocussed my attention after which I had the stash in hand straight away at 10:20. Then the name made sense! D'oh!! (Forgive me, I'm still learning how this game is played. )
TNLNSL. Thanks noctis77.

[:(!] When you have nothing to do, what better way of filling in the day is to going caching, and this was one of them, parked the geoKa as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was located and in a matter of minutes it was in hand.
I like it

We were going to grab this one on our way to Mount Beauty but there were too many people there. On the way back we were able to pull right up at GZ. It was a matter of a quick grab, a sign of the log and back in its hiding spot.
We have spent some great times in Dederang usually we are stopping at the other end down at the pub or at the race grounds. A great spot to stop along this beautiful valley. TFTC.

# 6554. Needed to check a cache or two near Myrtleford and the intention had been a nice bicycle ride along the Rail Trail. The wet and dreary weather changed that thought so we decided to head over towards Dederang to find a few of the recent caches. Rob and I enjoyed the drive and the finds.
Rob was so busy pointing out the local store and stating that there isn't much in this town that we drove right past GZ with me saying 22 metres back that way....... A quick U-turn and right to GZ we drove. Hopped out and after a very quick search we had the cache to hand. A quick signature and we were back on the road.
Thanks noctis77

Forecast wasn't looking too good so we left the deadly treadlies at home, and drove around for a bit of maintenance and a few caches with BettyBoo3747. We drove down the Ovens Valley for maintenance, and up the Kiewa Valley for some caches.
The afternoon cleared a little and we had some lovely views of the cloud wreathed hills. (Feet were pretty wet by the end of the day though!)
Dederang is a strange town - General Store down one end, racetrack in the middle, and Pub at the other end, and not a lot in between.
It is a good pub though.
Thanks, Robmc.

On the way to a motorcycle event at Jingellic, nsw, with Team Beama, we found this one. Tftc.

#5926 We've really enjoyed our afternoon of caching with Coruze up in the high country in autumn. We really like the rural townships of these parts of Vic. When we arrived there were no customers so we headed toward the likely GZ. Decided to make the most of the POI when a car pulled up and the cache was extracted from the likely hiding spot. It was well hidden and in good condition on our visit. Our thanks to noctis77 for the cache and the reason for a pit stop. Cheers [^]
Good to see these little stores still up and running, a bit of a rarity these days!
A nice quick stop with mum of skullracing 'phoning a friend' and grabbing that cache very quickly
I think the friend on the other end of the line was a mute because she couldn't hear a thing! Thanks for the fun 'noctis77'

I used to stop at this shop for potato cakes on my way home from work several years ago, it has changed a bit since then, and the coffees are way better now. No problems with the find today we just ducked out for it while we waited for our cuppas.

Tried to phone a friend, but found a cache instead. SL at 2pm. LN but bought an icecream to celebrate. #2128 TFTC noctis77 It seems your caches have come up most on our radar today. Good to meet you in person at the Maker Madness event a couple of weeks ago.
A quick find on the way home after some High Altitude exercise up the creek up the creek.

The first of what I hope to be a long line of finds today as I am heading for the High Country Rail Trail. The GZ was where I expected it to be and luckily the area was very quiet at this time of the morning. A quick grab and sign before returning cache to its hiding place. TFTC noctis77
Found while out caching with mum on a brilliantly sunny day on the long weekend. Parked next to ground zero and had eyes on container before I got out Sorry for the generic post doing quite a few today!

Out for a day of caching in the hills around Tallangatta with Debs22. Hopefully this will be one of many and so the need for a generic post. Many thanks for taking us into this beautiful countryside. Shame my arms aren't longer and I may have been able to reach out the window for it! TFTC
This is the 2nd for the afternoon. The epitome of park and grab cache!
Thanks Noctis77

Don't see many of these today.
Technology has changed so much and this will probably not get used much.
It is amazing just how silly a muggle can be! I hope this one reminds us all that treasure can be hidden under anyone's nose.
Well done noctis77 and laugh for as long as this one lasts.
