Merging my accounts. Found this as "Ambers007" on 29/09/2022. Now tracking together with "Hoterini" and merging the old finds.
Having overnighted at the golf course in our motorhome it seemed only right to grab thi hide before travelling onwards. I spotted the cache as I approached GZ making it a super quick find. T4tC JoJa1213,Civvnr&MissTreadlightly....(UK) Geocaching.com finds so far 11301
Parked further up the road and walked back. Sneaky, the hint almost went over my head
Never know about this tunnel, so we’re keen to check it out while in the area. SN found a sneaky parked in the middle of roundabout. A quick find here and we were back in the car heading to Hunua. TFTC
A cool tunnel. Thanks for bringing me here.
With no one around A quick park on round about and cache was soon in hand.

Today we are on the way from Whitianga to Auckland. We also visited this tradi, found it, and signed the logbook.

Out geocaching on World Record day - exploring some more of our local region. Cute little round about. We love these types of containers. Th ask for the smiley .
We thought we were looking for a small container but once we found it we were surprised, looked like it belonged there
Out with TEAM Seac and heading back to Auckland. We needed to get out of the car, so we stopped to find a few caches. Nice quick find. Thanks
After a Team SEAC excursion along the local Kaitarakihi Summit Track we stopped for a short stretch for one of the drivers and decided to pick up the 2 local caches.
Nice quick find - signed SEAC to save log space.
Thanks for the cache.

Thanks for the cache.
A plan had been made by members of Team SEAC to attempt the caches along the Kaitarakihi track. This was part of training for doing the Tongariro crossing in late February. On our way home Mr HeMaLuDy needed a quick break from driving and so stopped. Finding this first and then the closeby cache was the perfect break. A nice quick find here. The log was signed SEAC to save space.TFTC.
I have passed by Mangatawhiri many times, today I had some time to spare so collected the smiley faces around town. Thanks for hiding JoJa1213
A nice, easy find, but we found parking a bit tricky - ended up on the roundabout! Oops! But after a couple of cars went past, giving us confused looks, we were able to scout the area and soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
North Island Campervan trip Day 4
After the fantastic holiday I had a few months ago traveling around the South Island, making the most of one of those incredibly cheap campervan deals available at the time, I figured it was worth taking a week off work before the stresses of the usual holiday period to enjoy some of the delights to be found around the top of the North Island.
This would be a great chance for me to seek out some targeted caches such as the TMGT ones as well as some that would help me with my Jasmer grid, missing minutes (for a couple of challenge caches I'm working on) and any other caches that caught my eye.
I had just picked up the campervan and my intention was to make my way over to the Coromandel and end up in Whitianga for the night. I was looking forward to the journey as this is not a route I have traveled often, and never since discovering Geocaching! For this part of my journey, I was just looking for simple park 'n' grabs, not too far off my route, and this one seemed to fit the bill.
I was able to park close to this one, and having seen this type of cache before it truly was a quick find. There were no issues at all with this cache or the log, which was signed and replaced before I was back on my way again.
Thanks for setting this cache up.

Found this one on our drive up to auckland. Have come across this type of hide before so was a nice easy find. Thanks for the cache
Having finished with my work commitments for the week I had some spare time today to go out and find a few caches. I headed off in a south - east - north - west kind of loop. Had a good time with a variety of caches found along the way. TFTC, Biggles.
Found together with Pyphant and Piratenschatzsucher and signed as team Piraten. Spotted immediately. Tftc
What a neat cache! We were searching for a little while and literally accidentally found it! TFTC (byo pen future geocachers)
Found with part of teambop Tnxpro and McJandals log signed teambop. Come up from BOP to Duders for the day. On way home now just a few more Tnxpro

On another random geocaching trip. Cache was quickly found. Cache had a resident. A spider had started making a home in it. Lol. Fell out when I moved the cache. Apart from that all good here. Tftc
We felt very conspicuous searching for this one but fortunately the road was very quiet so only a couple of cars went past.
We have seen these types of hides before so it was a quick find. TFTC.

During our holiday in New Zealand we have visited both the North and the South Island. We saw a lot of highlights of this beautiful country, but there is so much more to see. So many highlights, so many caches! The geocaches showed us a lot of special and interesting places. Sometimes a quick find, sometimes we had to search longer. A few DNF's, but that doesn't matter. We loved New Zealand and we hope to come back some day!
Today we have found the cache "The Golfers Tunnel, Mangatawhiri (Waikato)".
GeorgiePie2016, thanks for creating and maintaining this cache!

Clever cache. Thank you. I added some paper cause the log is missing. Just some small tats of paper.
As I had the day off today, and was travelling north to Auckland, I thought that I would take some time to grab a cache or two. That is how I came to be looking for this particular cache. I also had my two youngest nieces with me and they are always up for finding a cache. Also, I am currently trying to maintain a daily geo-streak which is turning out to be a lot harder than it sounds. Anyway, once I parked as close as I could we made our way to GZ on foot. As we approached GZ I immediately spotted the cache, but let them search for a couple of minutes before revealing it to them. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next geo-hunter. So thank you GeorgiePie2016 for taking the time to set up this cache. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so. TFTC!
Heading to Thames on the byways instead of the highways to visit Mum and pick up a few caches along the way.
Nice easy find as I've come accross these before. Log is a bit full and raggedy. Unfortunately I left my spare stuff at home else I would have replaced it...
A last minute change in the family's plans for today meant I had an unexpected few hours to myself. Mulled over the options for getting out and about, given the weather wasn't great, and decided on a country road tiki tour picking up a few caches that I've been meaning to grab for a while. Busy road along here this afternoon in the rain and I was glad to pull off the road again. As I walked toward GZ, I wondered if this one might take a while but good co-ords & having seen this type of hide before meant I was able to put my hand on the cache straight away, cache all good, thanks for the hide.
Heading home from our Redbrook property to Auckland via a rather circuitous route. Parked just around the corner from GZ and walked back to make the find. Easy when you have seen this type many times before - but still almost invisible to muggles.Thanks.
Quick find. We were asked if we were alright by passing motorcyclists. Debated whether or not to tell them we were hunting for treasure.
Returning home to Auckland decided to pick this one up. Nice quick find but unfortunately no quick way back on the road to Auckland. TFTC
Nice cache to pick up on my way to the airport this morning. It's a great spot here to stretch the legs... TFTC
Hidden in plain sight! Bit of a tricky spot to stop but good fun. Thank you!
Road trip around the Coromandel with lots of caches to find. Odd little roundabout but quick easy find. TFTC.
The hoods have been doing wheelies here and I suspect their cars are not straight anymore. Thanks for the cache.
Luckily this is a common cache type in Germany, so when i arrived the GZ i quickly had an idea what to look for. And so my name is now in this caches log too. The cache was visited while i was driving from Rotorua to Auckland today, where my holiday in your beautiful country will end tomorrow.
Thanks from the german visitor for hiding this cache and keeping it alive and well
***No muggles were harmed while searching, finding and logging this cache...***

Our first cache for the day as we headed south to check out the earthcache in Waihi. We spotted a likely spot and could see the cache as we walked up having got one or two of these clever little hides before. There is a nice log here but the plastic bag was a little bulky so we changed it over for a sleeker ziplock bag which will help the cache hold its place a bit better. TFTC.
2070 Not where I expected so had to go back to the car to get GPS. Recognized as I approached cache as I approached the correct GZ. Log wet but still signable.
Nice easy find, but a wee bit difficult with a motor home in the parking dept.
Just one more for the set on this detour.

Off to the Coromandel for the weekend, plus some caching along the way, and the T2A-R series in particular. No problems here, it was a quick find.

We failed miserably at the beginning by searching the wrong lightpole... When we got our directions right, cache was an easy find, of course.
Stopped on our way back to Auckland from Tauranga.
Thanks for the cache!

On the way back to Auckland from Tauranga. First we searched at the wrong post.. but yeah then we understood our mistake and found the right pole and the cache soon. tftc.

I had to have a little chuckle at the lengths we go to access golf clubs. Obviously this area has to be marked for some sort of up grade, but at this stage it would appear to be a elaborate way to get to the club. A quick park and grab though - cheers joja1213
#11606. Improvements in SH2 have made some of the side roads tricky to navigate. Must have cost a bit to preserve access to the golf club. TFTC.
After 6 nights in Waihi, it's time to move on, destination Pukekohe. A journey which should take less than an hour and a half, it took us several hours as there were one or two stops plus the occasional detour for caches.
The cache was an easy find because there were three log books with plastic bags overflowing the container. After signing our name on the dry log book, I removed the others as they were wet. The cache now looks as intended when replaced. TFTC.
