Picking up a few cache finds this afternoon after finishing work a little early. Nice afternoon to be in the hills.
This one needs a CO check
This one needs a CO check
No luck here today , I was challenged by a property owner in the other side of the river as to what I was doing
Found a log. Found leaf litter. Didn't find the croc, couldn't find anything even like what was in the photo in an earlier log I think maybe maintenance is required?
Spent a fair amount of time trying to find this one. Will try again another time.
TFTC! Spent the day out caching with Barnzy12 and krabiBoy. We went to the suburbs of Lesmurdie, Kalamunda and Carmel chasing a number of quick and easy park and grabs, a few
Archived caches, and a few caches that helped fill some DT Grid.
We changed the dynamic up today, Barnzy Drove and i instantly regretted the decision not to take my car however it was due for a service and i was now the navigator. So we picked KrabiBoy up from Bayswater area where he was getting some extra bits added to his car.
We chased a heap of nanos and micro caches in Kalamunda, a few of which seemed to be missing, which was quite frustrating, and we had some DNFs through there. We then avoided other micros in the area and concentrated on some simple park and grabs to get the numbers up for the day.
We then moved our attention to the lesmurdie falls national park and grabbed a few odd caches in there including a nice and simple Earth Cache.
We moved further into lesmurdie area and grabbed a few of the small bunches of caches placed by fernandogirls, which were mostly nice quick grabs. The outback jack series was next which we completed quickly before heading to the car to grab the final in the series, which has been on the radar for far too long.
Thanks to the COs for a Great day out and we can't wait to come back for more!!

For a long time, Barnzy12, cravo10 and I have been trying to tee up a day to head out and grab some caches. Finally the planets aligned and we were able to get out and about today.
We headed up the hill to start clearing up some of the caches around Lesmurdie and Carmel.
This one was found in a fairly logical spot in the end. Still in great condition.
TFTC Fernandogirls.
Fernandogirls, I found your cache CROC COUNTRY on 7/07/2016.
This is my find #2774 and find #19 today.

We changed the dynamic up today, with Cravos car in for a service we had to take my car and have me drive and him on the Nav, which is an interesting role reversal from the norm. So we picked KrabiBoy up from Bayswater area where he was getting some extra bits added to his car.

We then moved our attention to the lesmurdie falls national park and grabbed a few odd caches in there including a nice and simple Earth Cache. We encountered some decent terrain through the area, which really got the heart racing and even had me forgetting to navigate us to the last cache in a small loop we grabbed!!
We moved further into lesmurdie area and grabbed a few of the small bunches of caches placed by fernandogirls, which were mostly nice quick grabs before turning our attention to the last loop I had left of the outback jack series, which we completed quickly before heading to the car to grab the final in the series, which has been on the radar for far too long.
All in all it was a great day, with many tall tales told and war stories shared. A fair bit of piss take on my driving skills and Cravos navigation skills until we decided to restore order by having Cravo drive my new car! Which thankfully came
Back in one piece.
Thanks to the COs for a lovely day out and we can't wait to come back for more!!

Up in the hills again chasing down a couple of the local hides in the area.
Searched around here for 5 minutes but had to leave with a DNF.
Fernandogirls I couldn't find your cache, this was my 1st DNF for the day. I did have 1 finds today so all is not lost.

I'm looking forward to meeting other geocachers in Pinjarra at the 'WA GOES BIG IN 2016' event on the 4th - 5th June. Registrations now open.

A couple of the local dogs have let everyone know I was here this morning but nobody came out to investigate. Found without too much of a search. TFTC
What a gorgeous spot! I had to search for quite a while before I found this one, well hidden. Lucky for me there was no one around trying to catch tadpoles today.
Thanks for the cache Fernandogirls!
Thanks for the cache Fernandogirls!
Have replaced cache as it looks as there has been some recent movement of the log, poor little monotreme might have been crushed.
This was by far my lengthiest of the searches which ended successfully during the half day I enjoyed in the hills. Short of weight lifting the logs until the cache was uncovered, there didn't seem like anything I could do to locate the cache. What a relief to eventually add my name to the log. Thanks Fernandogirls.
Thought we were going to be logging a dnf on this one because we missed the hide initially but luckily spotted it just as we were going to give up. Thanks Fernandogirls.
Found with richlink after an extra search just as we were going to give up. Thanks Fernandogirls.
Seen this one up for ages thought to give it ago again as steve2398 hadnt found it yet within 5 mins had in hands in no time.
*This was my 200th Cache* Great cache to have a 200 on

Was looking around at the only logs there as said in the hint but couldn't find it I think the co ords were a bit off because I was 6m away from the logs and it said this was ground zero it's alright I'll try next time
I decided to come back up to this area again for a few hours of caching before it got to hot. This one took a bit of searching as i thought i was looking for something a bit bigger TFTC Fernandogirls
We 're back up in the hills today having a shot at a couple of yesterday's hides.
Good co-ords had us on to a likely spot here but there was nothing obvious initially so more prodding, poking and peering was necessary. It took a good few minutes but we did make the target. A good hide by Fernandogirls, TFTC.

After lunch Chwiliwr and I decided to come up to Kalamunda to pick up all the new caches published since I was last up this way.
As this was the newest we came here first. The nearby dog barking was annoying but the cache was soon found and a blank log to boot. We had expected it not to be seeing at the other new cache had already been found and the time it took us to get here.
*FTF* with Chwiliwr. Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks Fernandogirls for the cache.

My attempt to get a FTF was foiled this time, missed it by 15 minutes, It took a little long than your other hides...TFTC and congrats to Chwiliwr..
