This road is becoming increasingly dangerous, particularly the gravel portion. For the safety of everyone, including the locals I am closing down all of these caches in this series that are on this road. We also have a hoon issue in the area at the moment which is adding to the issue of safety. Thank you to everyone who has visited these caches.
Tom the Navigator isn't even undoing his seatbelt by this stage... So I found this one relatively quickly... Tftc...
Working with the parameters of the previous caches we were able to locate this cache very quickly. Contents and cache in good condition. With misschief18 and Bentley TB

Found this container, and had to explain to youngest what it was for. She remembers them from school when they were given to students who had lost teeth, so the tooth could be transported home safely.

Hi there Speedmistress. We found your cache "Keep Posted" at 11:25:00 AM today.
This was our 11th cache find in a caching run of 24 Finds & 0 DNFs today. (So this now makes our find count 9496.)
[Blue]
Today's cache run was to add to our current streak of "Most Consecutive Days" cached. With this cache the total now stands at 225 Days.
Today was a trip down memory lane for Ian, he spent quite some time in (and around) Cabarlah before he left the Army. Please excuse our boilerplate logs. It's not really a good excuse, but it is often really difficult to craft individual logs when we attempt so many similar caches in a day.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent. (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

As we approached gz, the geo-trail was very obvious so the find was super quick and easy. we sure do need some rain around here!
Thanks for the cache!

Today we did a full day of caching in Toowoomba region. From the town region & out to Cooby Dam.
All the caches we found were in good condition & some wonderfull & scenic locations.
We enjoyed our run doing the Cliche series, we collected the codes as we went.
Thanks for placing this cache Speedmistress

On our way up to Toowoomba to do Animal Alphabet Challenge when OrionJ mentioned that he wanted to grab a few letterbox hybrids. Not a problem for us even though we did both between Brisbane and the range. To our surprise OrionJ mentioned this new one just North of Toowoomba that we hadn't seen and a small power trail that went with it. Seemed perfect for today's adventures.
---
Ninth cache in the series. This one took all of us to find it. After a little searching OrionJ came up with the goods. Log signed and we were off to the next one. TFTC and series Speedmistress

I really do like to find a good Letterbox Cache and I had seen this one a little while ago and really did like the idea of making the find next time I visited Toowoomba.
So today I was heading to Toowoomba with The Hunting Rabbit and had mentioned wanting to get the couple of Mailboxes. So this little trail gained a position on our list for the day.
----
Ninth stop for the run and this one had us wandering around a little. We all were out of the car and Dr THR had pointed out a feature to check, but I went in that direction but the GPSr was pointing elsewhere, I followed it down and soon spotted something that looked like what I was after.

The driver slightly overshot this one so we had to walk back to it. He was enjoying the drive too much! Cache was found safe and dry. TFTC, Speedmistress.
Out and about today to find quite a few caches today.
This little series by Speedmistress was on my hitlist. Well there is a letterbox at the end.
Another quick find in this little series. Now onto the next one.
Thanks for the cache.

The only cliche thing here for us today was my usual navigation fail!
Fangsoki and I were headed back to the main drag and had this one lonely icon on the road ahead - it would be rude to not swing by and find it. I counted down the metres as Fang pulled us up alongside. Parking out of the thoroughfare was not possible, but there's not a lot of traffic here anyways. I lead the charge and Fangsoki dutifully followed. I started looking and it was only after a minute I realised we were still some 14 metres away. I may or may not have gotten called names for such a silly mistake. And this was all after I had directed us down the wrong road a bit earlier.
We relocated and the geocache was a quick find. I most certainly have never seen one of those hidden exactly like that. It sure works though. Inside was in good condition, so the logbook was signed and the whole lot replaced as found. Back to the car and onwards to Crows Nest. TFTC Speedmistress

Captain Terror suggested this one as we were on our way out of the area. I didn't have the cache loaded so he was leading the way. He lead the way the wrong way to start with - but once his GPSr woke up - we were right

Found in company of the CO. We then had a guided tour along the entire Cliché series.
Then treated to afternoon tea with the CO.
A great afternoon.
Many thanks

Mistborn and I have been having a great morning grabbing the caches and clues in this series. Another lovely spot for a cache ! TFTC!
Easy spot on the approach. Found with CelticFox. One of the locals got a little curious so we just explained the game. Tftc.
Time to find some more of this trail and make entries in log books. Some of the logs in this series I signed YOF as youngoldfella takes up too much space on tiny logs. Next one to log is number 9. Very good hide. did not take long to find. Made my notation in log and now the very short walk back to drive to the next one. TFTC Speedmistress.
As we parked we wondered if the people across the road live there or us it as a 'holiday home' ?? If they were home I'm sure they were wondering what we were up to.
We spotted the hide and container on approach, where we added our name to the growing list of finders.

So many kangaroos for find number 9 of 12 on an afternoon out with angloj. Quick find. Tftc Speedmistress
We were staying in Crows Nest for the weekend for a family birthday and after grabbing a cache the night before decided a 5.30am start to grab some caches along a newly released trail was in order while every one else slept in. Soon spotted the hide and signed the log. Tftc
Torches located this one and soon had our name on the log.
Very dark now and no moon tonight.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Speedmistress All good with this cache
