This road is becoming increasingly dangerous, particularly the gravel portion. For the safety of everyone, including the locals I am closing down all of these caches in this series that are on this road. We also have a hoon issue in the area at the moment which is adding to the issue of safety. Thank you to everyone who has visited these caches.
Another find in this series... Not sure this hide meets all the guidelines with regard to where caches may be hidden... But I'm not the geocop...tftc...
The fifth cache of the series and I am starting to understand the clues in the names. This is an easy find in an obvious location if you think that you know what you are looking for. Located quickly with misschief18 and Bentley TB

Out and about with trek4ward and C Yeo Later today to claim the last few souvenirs, for August. Aiming for the letterbox cache at the end of the Cliche series. TFTC
This cache was a very easy find.
TFTC Speedmistress. (Sorry about the logs getting shorter and shorter.)

TFTC Speedmistress. This is my single caching name. Proper log under team name, TeamBellingham.
Hi there Speedmistress. We found your cache "Powers That Be" at 11:10:00 AM today.
This was our 7th cache find in a caching run of 24 Finds & 0 DNFs today. (So this now makes our find count 9492.)
[Blue]
Today's cache run was to add to our current streak of "Most Consecutive Days" cached. With this cache the total now stands at 225 Days.
Today was a trip down memory lane for Ian, he spent quite some time in (and around) Cabarlah before he left the Army. Please excuse our boilerplate logs. It's not really a good excuse, but it is often really difficult to craft individual logs when we attempt so many similar caches in a day.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent. (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Empowered with a GPS that is finally working, and a desire to capture an August souvenir, we now were on a roll down this street!
We felt a little exposed to the surrounding houses at this one, but a clever hide and cliche for this one

Today we did a full day of caching in Toowoomba region. From the town region & out to Cooby Dam.
All the caches we found were in good condition & some wonderfull & scenic locations.
We enjoyed our run doing the Cliche series, we collected the codes as we went.
Thanks for placing this cache Speedmistress

On our way up to Toowoomba to do Animal Alphabet Challenge when OrionJ mentioned that he wanted to grab a few letterbox hybrids. Not a problem for us even though we did both between Brisbane and the range. To our surprise OrionJ mentioned this new one just North of Toowoomba that we hadn't seen and a small power trail that went with it. Seemed perfect for today's adventures.

Fifth cache in the series. Dr THR jumped out hoping for another quick and easy find but after a quick search of said object he came up empty. Mrs THR soon joined in the hunt and quickly had the cache in hand. Easy peasy for her. Log signed and we were off to the next one. TFTC and series Speedmistress

I really do like to find a good Letterbox Cache and I had seen this one a little while ago and really did like the idea of making the find next time I visited Toowoomba.
So today I was heading to Toowoomba with The Hunting Rabbit and had mentioned wanting to get the couple of Mailboxes. So this little trail gained a position on our list for the day.
----
Fifth stop for this little run and THR headed out to take a look for this one. They disappeared out of sight, but soon enough were back and we were rolling on down the road.

Just as we pulled up the muggle dog started barking until its owner came out and I waved and Team Biffo and I decided to get in the car and move on to the next cache.
We pulled to a stop right near GZ and the powers that be guided us straight to the cache. A quick sign of the log and onward we pushed. Cache was found safe and dry. TFTC, Speedmistress.
Out and about today to find quite a few caches today.
This little series by Speedmistress was on my hitlist. Well there is a letterbox at the end.
A quick start to this little series. Now onto the next one.
The neighbours kids came running out as soon as I stopped, they know about the cache now.
Thanks for the cache.

Found in company of the CO. We then had a guided tour along the entire Cliché series.
Then treated to afternoon tea with the CO.
A great afternoon.
Many thanks

Having a lovely morning doing this series with mistborn. A little dog started yapping as we approached GZ but we didn't let that deter us. Lovely hide. Love the name and locale! TFTC!
No Muggles any where near this Cache for us today. The GPS and the name lead us right to the Cache. We added our name and returned the Cache to its' spot. On to the next one for us. Cheers.
5th of 12 finds for an afternoon out with angloj. She made the find in a place that I thought I looked at. TFTC speedmistress
Number 5 in the series and as I approached a certain point on the road thought OH No not one of those. I found a cache on a similar object in Bundaberg some time ago and received a tongue lashing from a electrical worker as to how stupid I was to be playing around one of these pad mounted things,(name withheld to not state the obvious). They have to be safe the way they are placed otherwise they would have 2m high fences and a gate around them with warning signs all over the place. Quick find in a safe and, to me, obvious spot, but it is still a good clever well concealed hide.
No need to feel around the actually bitey parts of the thing. TFTC Speedmistress.

We were staying in Crows Nest for the weekend for a family birthday and after grabbing a cache the night before decided a 5.30am start to grab some caches along a newly released trail was in order while every one else slept in. Did a lap of the featre before identifying the right spot.. tftc

I think the caching Gods were with me today.
No muggle in sight and a quick find signed in the geomobile and returned to hide.

As I hopped out of the geomobile to start my search for this one, a yappy muggledog brought my presence to the attention of the muggle gardening just over the nearby fence. Suffice it to say, I had to give this one a miss for today. Next time.
