Spotted from above but the rest of the team, I took one for the team and braved the gorse
I was out this way with Pazzabella and saw this cache as we were heading home. Parking was tricky so we pulled into a nearby driveway and thankfully made a quick find here. A bit prickly getting to it and the log book was very wet
A quick park and grab after a big caching day. I managed to sign a soaking wet lump of paper for me and Merlot58 using her magic pen. tftc
I teamed up with yorkshirekiwi83 to find a few caches around the Albany area after the Christmas event in Long Bay this afternoon. Parking a bit tricky nearby, but the cache was quickly found. TFTC!

Nice quick easy park and grab in between the rain. Unfortunately log extemely wet and couldnt sign. May need some maintenance. TFTC
Cache container has failed to keep out the water. Log saturated. Wet mouldy cricket ball disposed off. Needs some TLC.
Kiwiscot & Kiwi out for some late afternoon fun targeting some easy park & grabs on this sunny winters day. Cache container had a layer of water inside. Log book saturated. Cache in need of some TLC.
After logging a few of the Smile series, I picked this one up on my way home. Nice quick find but the log is wet. TFTC
Nice quick find. Unfortunately cache quite damp, some of the trinkets are going mouldy. Dried as best I could. TFTC
Driving right past today and would be rude not to stop for a find. Biggest trouble was finding a park. And surfacing after the find had me in the gaze of a cyclist who I did not hear coming. Nothing I could do about that though. Wondering what he thought I was doing? Thanks for placing and maintaining the cache PigsleyWigsley.
This was the third cache we had found on a bridge today and a little careful scratching around and the cache was in hand. Tftc
I have been here before but failed to find it. This time I realised why.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
so pleased it was late afternoon when I made the find. Nice wee hide and NOT a troll in sight. yay
Today we were embarking on finding 50 in a day km apart for a challenge. The day started well, but soon became apparent that our planning wasn't going to make the day easy. We ploughed on but after 7hrs and only 25 finds, we decided to abandon our efforts for another day, with a better plan. This was a nice 8th find for the day. Took a moment to locate. SL. TFTC.
Out and about with Kiwis69, 11HPG11, and JDM99 on the sole purpose of tackling all 3 power trails in one day, and any else in between. To maximise as much daylight as possible it meant a real early start, so was on our way to Auckland at 3.30am, and the first cache located just before 5.30am. After many puppies, a couple of piggies, a few smilies, some epic field puzzles, and a trip down route 66, 16 hours of caching, 250ish caches and numerous kilometres we achieved our goal about 9.30pm. A great day, with some great company. Thanks to everyone for all the placements, we signed the logs with some combination of HHJK, for some reason the order kept changing.
No troubles locating the cache thou there was a big spider nearby, which I got way too close to for my liking.

Tagged along with Kiwis69, 11hpg11, and HKCB in the hope of grabbing 3 Auckland power trails in one day. A big day out and lots of fun. Thanks heaps to everyone for all the cache placements, logged as a combination of JKHH in random order. TFTC
On an extreme caching mission from the mighty 'Tron with 11hpgh11, HKCB & JDM99, hoping to complete three Auckland power trails & find as many extra caches as we could along the way. We logged as any number of the possible combinations of H, H, K & J, as we kept forgetting which combo we'd agreed on. Parking & the find here were all straight-forward in the small hours of the morning; good fun searching as a crew in the dark & the rain with no muggles around to question our madness. TFTC.
A trip a long time in the making. 4 brave cachers to attempt 3 Auckland Powertrails in one day. Could it be done? Who knows. HKCB, Kiwis69, Jdm99 and myself arose early and left Hamilton to attempt a massive collection of caches. We logged as a group name HKJH or HHKJ or JKHH as our brains got wearier as the day progressed.
A quick stop on the way while doing Smiley caches. Thanks for the cache

I found this on my up to Whangaparoa peninsula to do some caches at Shakespeare park, nice spot for a cache.
A short shower had me head back to the car in Albany, so decided to drive to this one. The rain stopped as I parked, great timing.

Was up in Auckland over the weekend collecting caches. Took a bit of time to find some and others were just DNFs. Luckily this was able to be found and we were able to add our names to the log book.
Out early in the morning with a few caches on the list accompanied by Nova Lightning. Quickly located while on our way to collecting a few caches around the Albany area

Found this one the other day and completely forgot to log the find. I had to walk from way further up the road as parking along this here is a bit tricky and you don't get much warning of approaching traffic. TFTC.
A quick find today to collect caches to help meet the requirements towards our full licence in the geocaching licence series. Once we found a place to park, we made our way towards the cache to make the find. Thanks for the hide!
We are at present fulfilling the requirements of the full Geocaching License challenge, so finding newly published caches is high on our caching priority list.
Parked nearby and made our way to GZ for a quick find. Thanks.

Just realised I hadn't logged my find.
Visitor at work was having car problems, I offered to give her a lift home with her groceries, so that she could sort car out later.
Just happened to be just around the corner from this cache, so took the opportunity before returning to work. TFTC

Saw this one come out as we were eating dinner...finished up and thought we'd attempt an FTF. "Best to look for this one in daylight" agreed no FTF'er ever Nothing that can't be found with a little torch light....and we had no problems - although there was a humdinger of a spider in residence nearby An empty log and one more FTF for our collection thanks PigsleyWigsley
