The bridge has been completely replaced and the old one demolished and discarded — including the geocache. I was hoping that the Shire would simply replace the rotted old railway sleeper deck and keep the rustic charm of the old bridge. The new one is rather lacking in charm...

13-Oct-15
Stopped by on my way out of town. Bridge is taped off at either end due to dilapidated condition. Had to hop the tape but fortunately made a quick find. Thanks roymerc

4927 Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 1555. We had booked into the caravan park with our rooftop tent for the night. Well for the second time in our lives we can say we have now been on "U" tube. Some work being done on the bridge so had to be quick. SL Tnx roymerc.

07-Oct-15
We found it but the bridge is falling apart!
We will come back when bridge is repaired.

04-Oct-15
Hard but good

01-Oct-15
Bit disconcerting with the bridge out of order but still able to access the cache. T4TC

01-Oct-15
As stated it was hard to get an accurate reading under the trees but the hint certainly helped and it took us to another spot we'd often passed but never realised was there.. TFTC

Having a few days in the Great Southern and doing our best to find a few well hidden caches while we are here. A little bit of plastic was not going to stop us finding this very unusual cache. Not at all sure how to access it but finally managed it and got it back all in one piece. Great little urban cache. TFTC roymerc!!!

20-Sep-15
Tftc .. Bridge is closed but still accessible:)

05-Sep-15
Very clever. Still haven't figured it out completely. TFTC

I love this hide!! You can get in such a groove of simple cache so when you stumble across something unique, you can't help but get excited. Smile

30-Aug-15
Haha, great hide, so simple and works so well

23-Aug-15
Easy enough - no tool required. Just need to use some of the natural surroundings. Thank you.

15-Aug-15
Love the name Smile 2nd roymerc after breakfast at the lovely Mrs Jones cafe. Had to go back to the car for an extraction tool made from the spiral of my notebook.

08-Aug-15
Out and about with pprass &0thers on a very wet and miserable day. After meeting roymerc in the morning and doing a couple tourist - caching and winery bits we turned for the caravan park. Just had to check this one out. As pprass went on it was mr &0 that stood his ground used what was there and bingo, had it in hand. Another excellent hide thanks for the cache

08-Aug-15
Found at 4:00 PM GAFF5 in the company of xambo4u and &others.
This was an odd one. The GPSr took me up on the siding past the bridge and hanging from the tree was a small stainless steel rod attached to a wire lanyard. This is it we thought! However Rob from &others was at the bridge and claimed the real find and using the end of a reed managed to push out the cache [^]
Thanks roymerc.

08-Aug-15
Smile Thanks roymerc we have really enjoyed the caches you have made and look forward to more tomorrow on our last day in the district. We found this cache differently to your plan, but it was fun in the company of pprass & xambo4u.

Coastn is back in Albany for a few days and in Denmark to catch up with friends, it’s a good chance to tick off a few more local area caches off. Once I settled on where to park, GZ was spot on. Was sure my log retrieval tool was not going to work until I realized how to use it the correct way. Typical sneaky inventive cache we love from the “man”.

21-Jul-15
Very cool, kids loved it! TFTC Smile

21-Jul-15
Cool cache.

12-Jul-15
Beautiful spot might come for a picnic

10-Jul-15
I was so pleased with myself for finding this that I spun around to tell Muggle Hubby, slipped on some wet leaves, and fell flat on my back. Fortunately I hurt nothing but my pride and my dignity. But the cleverness of this cache was definitely worth it.
Love the name, and the ingenuity, and the hint. All very clever.
I am going have to do a heap of rail trails to accumulate enough favourite points to give you the ones you deserve

09-Jul-15
Good thing we had plenty of sticks yo choose from.

08-Jul-15
I finally got my own account, found with Chyokoreto.
I loved how this one was hidden. Awesome idea!

08-Jul-15
Lovely spot Smile have stared writing on the back Smile

07-Jul-15
Not the best day to go out caching but we only have a couple of days left before we head back to perth. We got soaking wet finding all the caches but it was worth it as we found some very clever caches today. Found this one quickly then it took a minute to work out how to get to the log TFTC roymerc

04-Jul-15
No pen but found it

24-Jun-15
Easy find then the brain had to be switched on. Eventually worked it out. Another great RoyMerc cache. TFTC

Another great cache! Thanks again Roymerc.

12-May-15
This one definitely deserves a favourite point!! Love the innovative caches that you make!
Thanks for the cache!

11-May-15
A quick find, and after some initial head-scratching, we were able to produce the sneakily hidden logbook. Another ripper roymerc cache, and we love the creativity here - a completely different designed cache than anything we've ever seen before. Indeed, worthy of being youtubed! TFTC.

10-May-15
Found it.

01-May-15
Quick find and after a little head scratching, a fairly easy extraction using available resources.
Thanks for the cache roymerc

Thanks

Oh dear, have fallen behind on my logging, again. Found this one on my last Albany trip. Found the cache after a short search of the wrong places first (had to remind myself that roymerc doesn't hide micro caches in piles of rocks and leaf litter, far too much of gentleman for that!!). Didn't take too much to work out how this one worked either, unlike some of his other hides that still have me baffled. Another favourite point here. Thanks roymerc

At the moment I'm on a work and travel backpacking year through the world. Most of the time I'll spend in Australia and I'm trying to solve my 365 days of caching challenge during this trip. The chance of having a moving home zone should be taken, as it will make the challenge so much easier.

My current part of the journey is the second day of a roadtrip from Margaret River to Nimbin and I'll definitely try to collect a lot of boxes on my way.

Ok.. Where do I start? During the 12/13/14 event in Perth someone told me to have a closer look on the caches in Denmark, if I ever drive through this area. Well, nearly four months later I'm finally here and was kind of overwhelmed of all the caches with lots of favorite points.

Found the tube right away and the logbook was extracted without any problems.

TFTC and greetings from Germany

U beauty!

06-Apr-15
Quick find. TFTC.

06-Apr-15
Worked it out eventually

05-Apr-15

05-Apr-15
Got the coords wrong this morning so had a good look around the park until the back up arrived. Another novel structure to bend the mind. TFTC

05-Apr-15
I was down on the south coats for the Easter hol's and was passing in Denmark for lunch. I had time to pick up a few caches whilst here so made sure the bulk of them were the Roymerc caches that weren't here the last time I was in town. Clever as usual. TFTC.

03-Apr-15
Found after an enjoyable bike ride from our weekend camp site, one of our last cache's to find in Denmark, and another good one. TFTC!

25-Mar-15
Clever, very clever. Thanks.

15-Mar-15
Took a while to work out how to extract. Genius mechanism!

23-Feb-15
Another well made cache in a great little spot. Well hidden from prying eyes this morning, as there was no one about. But.....how does one open this cache. It took a bit of thinking .......we were trying to be as gentle as possible......would not be a happy day if we broke one of Roymerc' creations.....but finally sorted it and there it was. Thanks Roymerc and a favourite point added.

21-Feb-15
U know when U have been at this caching thing a while....U just know U have found it when U see the hide. TFTC

21-Feb-15
What a clever bit of thinking to have this one working, we used the natural flora to access the cache, well done, great hide. Very Happy

21-Feb-15
The nearby café was busy this morning, but there was no one anywhere close to GZ so we could log a quick, uninterrupted find. Thanks for the cache roymerc. A favourite from me.

16-Feb-15
TFTH found out with friends TFTC FP

15-Feb-15
Cool little hide. Love these one that require some thinking. They make the find all that more exciting. Down from Mandurah with the family...so thought id grab some caches.

14-Feb-15
TFTC! Found on a weekend trip down to Albany to see friends and family, and maybe get a few newly published caches! Thanks

Came over to Denmark to see this cache and the two other new roymerc creations. Something different here, have a fav.

11-Feb-15
Picked the right end first go

10-Feb-15
Was walking over to GZ when the phone rang. Had to speak to she who must be obeyed for a bit and in doing so was dawdling about the place, not even searching (I don't think), and while doing so I found the cache.

Finished the call and checked out another Roymerc Marvel. Now I must have gone to the same school of deduction as Tango as I also went for the wrong end to start with, but as they say, if you have a 50% chance of getting it right, 90% chance you will get it wrong.

Thanks for another beauty Roymerc.

Very clever. I wasn't sure which end was which and guessed wrong at first. But soon the little beauty revealed itself. Blends in so nicely too - it should be muggle proof unless anyone is a bit indiscreet.

Thanks roymerc - it was fun
