### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there Cache Owner,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue with the placement. The cache is being temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
Whilst it is recognized that as a result of the current COVID19 situation, it might not be possible for a Cache Owner to just pop out and check on a cache, we still need to know that you are on top of the issue.
CO's of caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis will be given some extra time to react. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel it is safe to maintain will not be archived in the normal time frame, as long as there is some indication from the CO. Don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.
#What should you do:-#
- Should the regional Health and Victorian Government requirements allow it **AND** you feel it safe for you to maintain this cache now, please feel free to do so. Don't forget to log an 'Owner Maintenance ' log and also Enable the cache once the issue is fixed.
- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you you expect you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
#Please Note#
When the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
**JUST A HINT:-** In case you are not aware, there is a new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own. Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)
Thanks for you cooperation,

Unfortunately we were unable to get this one as it is on private property which appears to be a small quarry which is fenced and has a secure locked gate. We didn't attempt to go through the fence. The GPS clearly puts it on the other side of the fence inside the private property and reading the previous logs it appears that you have to go through the fence. Reading back through the logs it appears a fence was built after the cache was placed.
Will probably need to be relocated.

On arriving the phone GPS and garmin refused to give a consistent point, so reading logs I noted the cache was through the fence and easy to find. Another had written that it was covered with leaves. After eliminating logs and hollows I systematically began to check under leaf matter. After about 20m my GPS took me closer to the fence. On digging I finally found the cache. It is in good condition but please people rules say no burying. There's plenty of twigs and bark around to cover caches with. Tftc
Camped at Gormandale after returning from Tasmania. Out for a few caches today. Second for the day, quick find, cache and contents all good, good coordinates. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC
We needed to go through a fence to retrieve this cache and are wondering if the fence has been put up after the cache was placed. The cache is in good condition and there was no droptail lizards harmed in the signing of the log book. SL TFTC
SamJell, the GeoPuppies and myself found this one on our little adventure to the beach. (We didn't make it there), but got plenty of caches instead hahaha. What an adventure it was getting here. Not sure we were on the right side of the fence??? But found the cache nonetheless. TFTC
After two DNFs for the morning, we continued on to this cache and had a good peep at what was an obvious hide. It wasn't the right place and our coordinates indicated thus so we continued on, read previous logs and discovered that trespassing was in order. A quick fence-wiggle and Kato spotted the cache. TFTC ornursie72.
Out on a road trip with Mummy Short Legs with the aim of finding a few unloved caches (and any other ones we happened across). Having unsuccessfully hunted up number 2 in this series, we cruised further along the trail to the top of a barren hill. We looked in a likely spot but no luck. Checked the previous logs and realized we were hunting on the wrong side. A very quick discovery after rectifying that fact and happily our first for the day. TFTC ornursie72
A drive along the forest trails got me to the top of a hill here
And after ducking through the fence,
a cache was found

Theres a fence but that didnt stop us.. easy to step through the fence. No damage to the fence. Cache in top condition
Found this cache with Fluffy_b. Sure enough the cache is behind the fence but a quick jump over, sign and back again is all that's required. No harm done. TFTC
This appears to be on private property now there is a fence and imo should be moved.
The fence has been completed but it doesn't make it hard to find. Thanks ornursie72.
After doing the fireworks for the Traralgon show last night we decided to spend the night and clean up a few of the local caches and then head home via a road that we don't travel to often.
We continued on from no 2 and as we got closer we were very impressed with the new fence that was being built out of home made posts out of local materials we guess, something you don't see very much any more.
Little did we know we would be having a much closer look at this fence as the cache is now on the inside of it. Fortunately the top rail of barb wire hasn't been installed yet and the cache was easily accessible although we didn't feel quite right about it, at least our name is in the log.
Thanks again for the cache.

There has been quite a bit of work going around GZ. A new fence line and clearing means the cache is close to being on private property now. The container was exposed but in good condition. Some leaf material was used to cover the cache container. Thanks ornursie72.

This cache series came up and I was doing a maintenace run in the area; so I thought I kill a cache or two at the same time.
1 out of 3 not good odds in my book.
After having no luck with other 2 in the series this turned out to a straight forward find. It was in the second place I looked.
I then decided to go back and have another look at the other 2 caches that I had not been able to find.
TB "Scrat" visited your cache whilst on his Great Aussie Adventure.
