Haven't been able to find an appropriate nest to replace this one and haven't even been able to get to this, without 2 kids in tow, to replace it. Apparently it's not acceptable to leave them at the bottom of the tree while the grownup climbs. Sorry, it's a lovely area so hopefully someone else can place one nearby.
Will try to replace tomorrow otherwise will have to archive. Sorry, haven't been able to locate a replacement 'nest' and haven't been able to climb a tree with 2 young kids.
Ops, another disabled one that I downloaded some time prior to looking for it.

Out with DDT-T42-24T at the esplanade picking up caches.
Even with a bit of monkeying around, I just could not locate this one.

No muggles around today owing to horrible weather so had a good opportunity to look for the cache. I climbed all through the tree but with no luck. Will try again soon.
Please can the CO check this one. Marisa&Kaleb knew where this was and checked to say they believe its gone. Thank you.
Out with Marisa&Kaleb caching on a day that was supposed to turn very nasty with wind and rain but until late afternoon it was very warm with no wind or rain. An added bonus. I had not successfully got this one so we popped down for me to have another look. Had a good search including a climb into the tree by Marisa&Kaleb and found nothing. We suspect it has gone as Marisa&Kaleb have previously found it.
Had a really good look for this one, went maybe 15' up the tree to look for this one but no luck this afternoon. Good location, will be back at some stage.
sorry guys, went to check on the cache today and it certainly seems to be missing. Replaced but at a slightly lower altitude (tree climbing still required though).
The last day of the holidays used to find some caches along the Manawatu river.
It was a beautiful walk.
The cache was not easy to get, but we managed it.
Thanks for the cache!

Found it. younger brother did the hard work for me, I signed and he put it back. TFTC
Came over here some time after flash mob event and could not initially see it.
Had a quick look into comments and realized what the issue was.... Attributes dont show on GPSr / app.
Once I realized this I gave Hyjynx all my thingies and did the deed.
Was a pretty easy accent and treasure was found swiftly, dropped down to Hyjynx to sign in, before replacing.
Pretty good cover when you get to cache so I did not feel like spying eyes could get to me, and I had fun, hence the Fav-Point added.
Cheers stardust718

We found this on our cycle home from work at Massey. I normally do the tree climbing so Mr Jamogen had a go this time! Terrain rating could probably do with being a tad higher. He had to go pretty far up it! But great fun!! Left a trackable in it. Thanks for hiding!!
Nice hide a bit slippery tftc dropped off tb

Need to be a monkey to get this cache the tree is worn smooth from all the visits good cache and thanks
Big "kid" with little kid made this one extremely tricky to get to. Needed a bit of team work.
Probably should log a DNF on this one first since we did "miss" it the first visit due to not going high enough. Really think the terrain rating is low on this one -- should be at least a 3 -- but happy to have the find. Had a chuckle about the couple logs ago about the "40+" year old body. Took my 70+ year old body up the tree 3 times -- the first 2 not high enough. Not really a difficult climb once one accepts that it really isn't a terrain 2! Thanks for the challenge and the fun.
In Palmy for a course, so of course hsd to do some caching! Enjoyed this one, was a fun wee challenge. Tftc.
I had a heap of fun getting this one. Approached the wrong way first but hey that just mean more reverting to my childhood
Miss Swiss would be peeved she missed this one....instead she was at the rockwall.

Well this had us searching for a while until we tried a different tactic and there it was. Fantastic hiding spot. Thanks
Sent the man to fetch this one while I kept my feet planted on the ground. Don't think I would've been able to retrieve this myself. TFTC
A lot higher than first thought! Found on a nice Sunday with helendunlop. If you have kids get them climbing
Found it after looking again and higher up. Took the cute doll key ring, which my daughter likes, and left a d20.
nice easy grab with no muggles around to stop us from looking, hubby did the grab while I signed and added a paracord keychain, thanks for the cache
Up here for a week on work commitments, any spear time was caching with Geco72.
Looked for ages with out finding this. Did get some weird looks from runners.

On a caching trip to Palmerston North with Adventure Collectors. Gave away the searching to the younger legs. TFTC
Firewoof and I couldn't grab this one initially as there were muggles about so decided to head for the Esplande Café for lunch and grab this one on the way back.
A quick, easy find second time around despite being in jandals

GPS bit off, clues helped find this nest, many passers by so watch your self... thanks for the fun.
We were working on Barking Mad and found this one on our way. Well the small monkey one climbed up and saw nothing, so the tallest member had a look while I collected info for the multi and reuturned. We saw another couple looking for the cache as we rode back to the esplanade. Swaybars gave them some quick cryptic advice about searching too low, but I'm not sure they will have found it today. TFTC very muchly.
Cache replaced. Now a 200ml sistema. Please ensure it is in securely before leaving the area.
It was fairly obvious where to look so Cleo decided to climb a bit. Possum could have reached it if he had just stretched a bit more. Log very wet and needs to be replaced. TFTC.
Nice cache location - Thanks! However the container was ¾ full if water and log unusable so I tried blotting it and added a fresh page enclosed in a rubber glove to try and keep it dry
Two finds since my DNF motivated me to search again. You know how it goes: I'm certain that wasn't there last time I looked! I set this up with a retrieval tool so unless you are seriously vertically challenged it's no longer necessary to climb into the tree. Thanks for the hunt!
spent a lot of time climbing around way too high. the coordinates were a bit off. TFTC
Off to palmy today for a small geocaching mission. I Parked at the end o Ruahine street and planned to do all my remaining caches along the Manawatu river. I had my trusty steed with me today to help with some efficiency issues.
With a recent DNF, I wasn't sure if I was going to find this or not. But I climbed up and spotted the cache straight away. Not as high as I was expecting it to be. Signed log and replaced as I found it. Thanks for the cache and the smiley.

I searched all over the tree, climbed into it, reached into high places but unfortunately could not come up with the goods. I suspect the gale force winds may have dislodged this one, or maybe it was muggled again...
Tried this one the other day when I was here but couldn't reach so brought back someone a little more agile than me - tftc
Found the cache at the base of the tree. Looks like it had been muggled. Placed empty container back into a likely spot to the right of the tree looking from the river. Needs some work.
Found yesterday with pahia321. Don't need to climb the tree but it's a lot more fun if you do! The log was wet, so had to leave or logs on a small bit of paper.
This was my first attempt at a caching trip on a bike. Recently got myself a bike and thought I would take it out for a spin. Gosh you can get between caches a lot faster than walking! Found fairly quickly by curtis1915. Initially got there and realised I had been so excited about the bikes I forgot the caching essentials: a pen. So we had to go back to the car and grab one. Luckily only a short distance away. Thanks for the cache
went for a bike ride with jesso22 and decided to get some caches while we were out, pretty easy find but the area is nice for a walk/bike ride, TFTC
I feel so sorry for short people. TFTC!

Out for a geocaching bike ride on this very pleasant, sunny Saturday afternoon. The riverside track was very busy, but leaning my bike close to GZ helped a lot ... nestled for sure. Thanks stardust718.
Two possible objects where this could be hidden. Managed to mostly search one of them undetected, but couldn't get to look at the other because of a nearby picnicking family watching our actions. Will need to come back.
Good find. Proved a good laugh when one of our party decided to get stuck in a tree.
