It was great getting together with local caches and meeting our hosts from Australia.
Thanks for a fun event! It was great to meet you guys. It was also nice to reunite with some local cachers.
It was such an honor to sit next to one our hosts from afar. Many Thanks to mtrax, Sol De Lune and Alibda33, for hosting an event in my home town. I wish that more cachers would have come out, but then again the event probably wouldn't have felt like we were just good old friends that hadn't seen each other for years. I hope the weather clears up for you. Have a safe Holiday, God Bless you. If I ever get back down you way I will look you up. Many
Thanks Shopcat

Great time meeting the guys from Down Under. I would like to go there some day!
Mtrax, Sol De Lune, and Albida33, Thank you for scheduling this event. It was a true pleasure to meet you. Here's wishing you the best during your continued travels. Happy caching.
US14 ET Highway Trip with Sol de Lune and Mtrax. Day 18. Time to cross a few more US states of the list for Caching, starting in Casper, Wyoming. The weather in Casper was a bit of a surprise. Snow last night made for some difficult searches, not something I would want to have to do all the time. Quite a few interesting areas, all capped off by a fun event to catch up with some locals. Our only event, and a great chance to swap war stories with some locals. Thanks.

We have arrived in town last night, thanks for the snow.
Have already been out caching with the team, quite a few DNFs so hopefully we can get some handy hints.
Hope to see you all tonight

Thanks everyone for attending its always nice to meet fellow caches and event bettter ones from afar, we enjoyed the company and thank those who travelled from around the state.
Also enjoyed the location the waiter was excellent in the bill splitting.
And some interesting information about the local area , sorry we couldn't move the "walking stick" cache way to big for our "carry on" lol
Good to catch up and if any one is planning a trip down to Austrailia , particually Canberra please look us up and we would be happy to setup an event of have a dinner for you guys..
thanks

Arrived in Casper last night and after a day of caching, sometimes in some whire stuff that was covering the ground, it was time to head to the Event.
Once at the venue, we were greeted by a table of locals and after a few introductions the conversation turned to all things caching....of course.
Many tails were told, from both local and visiting cachers and I believe a good time was had by all in attendance.
It was great to catch up some locals, something we like to do when we travel....and I hope the locals enjoyed it as much as we did.
Thanks to mtrax for setting it up and thanks to locals who attend. Who knows, we may be back one day.....
Cheers,
Sol de Lune

Hi to those locals watching this listing....
Would anyone have a spare screen proctector sheet that I could use/cut down to fit an Oregon 550? My current one has seen better days during our trip and a new one would be great. More than happy to buy a drink or two for anyone who can spare one.
Thanks, and see you in a couple of days
