We came along today in our best geocaching footwear (gumboots) and needed them, as after the recent rain and some more last night many of the road sides and drains were very wet.
Found the cache here with ilook4geo but it did take a bit of looking until it was noticed. Log was signed and all was replaced as found.

Looking for some more caches today with goingplaces2. It was quite wet in places but we had a good day. Like adding all the caches that we found to our list of successes. This one was not in the more expected type of hiding place. TFTC.
Out and about with Geodogs M and R and dropped by to grab this one. Nice hide, not what I was thinking . Thanks for the cache
Day 6 of caching our way around Bunbury and surrounds for WAGB22. On our way home today - what a great weekend. Ive enjoyed the variety of hides down here. Thank you to the COs for placing these caches out here for others to enjoy. Apologies for the generic logs.
That had me searching longer than I should have Drrrrr!

Day 6 of my WAGB22 adventure. Heading home today , grabbing a few caches along the way . Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining their caches for others to find , tftc
Thank you for the cache dimor!
Teamed up with ullyssia for our third day of the WAGB long weekend. Our focus today was several trails East of Bunbury and any other cache on our way to Collie for the CITO. We picked up some rubbish along the way and we had a bag full by the time we got to Collie. All the caches were quick finds. Nice to run into a few teams in our travels!

Thank you! In Bunbury for WAGB 2022. Today papillon367 and I cached on back roads and scenic drives to Bunbury to Collie and back. Happy to make the find here.
In Bunbury and Collie for WAGB2022! A massive weekend of caching and catching up with friends. A big thank you to all the COs that have placed caches for this weekend, as well as COs maintained by existing listings. You have made this weekend what it is! Apologies for the generic logs. Cheers dimor!
Day 3 of WAGB22 week, travelled down to Bunbury with muggle geo-son, didn’t stop for any caches along the way as we had a later departure than anticipated.
Hit Burekup, Roelands, Dardanup and Donnybrook areas before heading back to Bunbury in the dark.
Messages popped up FTF were up for grabs. Managed 38 finds, 5 FTF’s and 2 DNF’s.
Thanks to the CO for their hides. Sorry about the generic log.

Found it. TFTC dimor. Had some spare time when passing the area and just couldn't resist a few challenges. Replaced as found. Replaced as found
We travelled down to Ferguson Valley to explore the local area while staying for the weekend. This cache was one of the ones we found near our accommodation. Looked in all the wrong spots initially.
Thanks dimor for the cache.
Thanks dimor for the cache.
Another day and another hunt for geocaches. I made a b-line to this cache. The days is a little warmer than yesterday, but it was not so hot as to make caching uncomfortable.
At GZ it took me a minute or two to spot it. It took two looks in the same place to spot it too.
With the log signed and the cache back I position I paused to take in the surroundings. While doing so a truck drive down the railway line. They do squeal a bit. I also watched the large butterflies after the gum’s flowers on the tree I parked I under.

Third time unlucky for us here...
Hi there dimor, I searched high, low, far and wide
But couldn’t find this hide!
The cache itself, wouldn’t show
I’ll have to come back to have another go.
I missed it, doesn’t mean it’s not there.
Maybe it’s somewhere very near.
It wasn’t where I thought it would be, so I guess thats a DNF for me!

Lovely day for geocaching Signed the log as EV and thanks for the cache and hide
Early Day out with ICNothing hunting caches we have flagged. On the way to Bunbury to meet Kapelula to pick up more flagged caches where this one was on our radar.
With a unofficial geocaching event in Collie this weekend Meme28 Kapelula and myself hatched a plan to escape the city for the weekend. We started early this morning after staying in collie overnight. Our is aim to find some caches to fill our challenge needs, old caches, high favourite caches and just whatever else takes our fancy. This cache was found in good condition thanks to CO’s for placing these caches for our enjoyment.
Avenging yesterday's dnf here. Not at all how I pictured it hidden, given previous logs. Tftc
A new log and zip log bag has been inserted. Cache is in place and ready to be found
Happy Caching

Unfortunately dimor I couldn’t find your cache CHILDHOOD MEMORIES #6 - Sport today. Hopefully I’ll have better luck next time I’m here.
We tried to find this year's ago but we are sure it was not around here. The cache must have been relocated since then.
Out and about down south with VespistOz today on another beautiful cool Winter's day.

Had a good days caching down in the beautiful south west of our state with Cravo10 and Richlink.
We caches around Manjimup to help collect an elusive puzzle cache that RL needed our expert tree-caching knowledge for and after finding that we found a couple of other caches around the tracks in Perup that they hadn't grabbed before parting ways and Cravo and myself cached a bit more on the route home.
Was a great day out and we can't wait to get back down this way soon!
Thanks to the local COs for a great days caching.
Don't know why we've never found this before? Another dimor cache off the list.

Caching our way to Bunbury via the SWH.
Nice quick find here

Had Rach2 with me so we called in to check on this one. Since it's been a while since I was last here I couldn't remember where the cache was so lucky I had FTF finder with me.
It seems it was missing so I have replaced and decided to be clever and take note of GZ for next time

Hi there dimor.
This is the 1st of 2 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here at around 11:45:00 AM, but we just couldn't locate your cache. It's either not there, a very clever hide or we are just suffering from "cache blindness", so here's a DNF from us.
Regards
Ian and Penny

Enjoying a holiday in Perth with tmann421 and collecting a few caches along the way.

A neat little cache that provided some sport to find it
It's rather quiet in towne with the roadworks slowing the traffic down to 40km/h on t'other side of the railway

Soon realised with this one that scratching at the ground with my boot was not achieving anything. Once I actually used my hands and searched properly amazingly enough I found the little bugger. Tftc
I found myself down in Bunbury today to have a look and subsequently buy myself a car. I headed home via the SWH to grab a few unfound caches and vizualise the carnage from the devastating fires.
Last time I was here, I was having a very bad caching day and decided to head straight back to Perth after yet another DNF. This time around, I found it nice and quickly.
TFTC dimor.
dimor, I found your cache CHILDHOOD MEMORIES #6 - Sport on 25/01/2016 at 12:05 PM. This is my find #2242 and #5 today.

Thanks for the memories Dimor. We have enjoyed finding this series of caches.
Now that I have finished school for the year, I decided to get the kids out of the house and finally go caching again and I've been wanting to get the Burkerup caches for a while to add to my rural towns tally.
Quite possibly one of the WORST fly blown days that we have every encountered, we all seem to have RSI and concussion from shooing the little blighters away constantly.
Geo son raced for this one as I had already found 2 caches previously and he was desperate to keep his "caching crown" . He made a quick find and I signed on the dotted line.
TFTC dimor. Cache was in good order.

Down this way today for some caching.
Hubby and I did well with 28 finds and no DNFs.
All caches found easily and no slithering creatures were spotted, thank goodness.
Hubby found this one straight away and thankfully said, here it is, at the right time as I was face to face with a spider and would have walked straight into it...eeeeeeeeek.
This was find #5 for us today.

Heading back home from Bunbury after a night of rock n roll dancing and a good opportunity to pick up a few more Highway caches! First DNF of the trip back home, had a good look, will return on another trip down to Bunbury.
We could not find this cache on the 4th of December last year, but noticed it had gone missing. Today we had another god and found the cache within minutes. It was well hidden but just a bit of a lucky, or is it intuitive, look and found the cache. TFTC dimor.
Out for a bit of a drive in the threatening rain. Tricky little devil, but I eventually found. TFTC dimor
After a great weekend in Busselton for the WA Goes Big in 2015 Event it was time to head home. We had brought two cars down so I was free to cache my way back to suburbia on my own, without the groans from the muggle wife and daughter.
A pleasant five hour drive picking up some WAGB Arrows, knocking off a blank in the 'Well Travelled Cacher Challenge' (GC3TR3M) and working towards the 'WA Rural Towns Challenge' (GC4GK4Q). Still beat the missus home by two and a half hours, I think there may have been some country shopping on the way for them.
Been through here a fair few times without even giving it a thought, today was the first time in 40 years that I have had reason to stop at Burekup. Love the way these challenges motivate you to slow down and take in the country air.
Approached GZ and spent a few minutes searching and was getting worried, stopped and had a little think just as a train come around the bend. Once it had left I went back to searching only this time with a bit more thoroughness and found the little sucker. It was a bit smaller than I was expecting, co-ords were spot on though.
Giving it a favourite for the train.
