We looked everywhere then checked activity. This cache has not been found since Dec last year. This makes 10 DNF's in a row!
Muggles on the dune but also after all the previous DNFs has the cache been checked that it's even still there to find?
Had a really good look where the hint suggested and widened our search. Will keep an eye on this for the last 3 days of our stay.
Awake early with the sun, I decided to go out for a walk...and possibly find a cache or two. With this cache being almost directly across the road from where I am staying, it was logical for stop on my walk...and hunt. A quick find left plenty of time to enjoy the view before going back to my morning beachside stroll.
Thanks TheAussieGeocacher for this cache.

We decided to head to spend the day in Hervey Bay and surounds as it had been quiet some time since we were last here. Cruising around grabbing random caches as we went, troobloo noticed the racing boats so we stopped for a quick geezer While he was being amused I snuck off to grab this cache that happened to be about 5 metres away. There were quite a few people scattered along the beach and banks but that made it so much easier as I was behind them sneaking around as quiet as a mouse. Thankfully it was a quick find so our caching duties were all over in a blink of an eye. Thanks for the fun TheAussieGeocacher [^]
Travelling around Australia and currently staying in Hervey Bay, Queensland for a few days .
So very hot here at the moment. Its been airconditioned caravan or airconditioned car! BUT today we changed that and decided to head out on the GeoBikes for a few hours.
After a fish n chip lunch Mrs Felix cycled home and Mr Felix continued on alone as the afternoon thunderstorm approached.

As I got closer to GZ I could see a well worn track to the top and the cache in the open. Which is probably understandable after yesterday's strong winds. Signed the log and replaced it in its hiding spot. TFTC
After coming back from my three day tour on Fraser I decided to spend an extra night in Hervey Bay to relax and get ready for my next adventure along the coast. On this relaxing day I decided to grab some caches along the esplanade on my way to the beach with a pizza in my hand. This was my second stop and as I got closer to GZ I saw the dune, ran up on it, and there it was!
Thanks for the cache and greetings from Sweden!

Whilst doing a bush bash with the Forensic Police Services, raising money for the Flying Doctor Service for 2 weeks, found this at Hervey Bay. Nice cache. TFTC
Find Number 4 for the morning on our walk/geocache hunt down the Esplanade. A nice place to look at the view. TFTC TheAussieGeocacher!

Heading to Hervey Bay today to pick up some liquorice for an Event at Rainbow Beach this weekend.
Dragging a very reluctant CDAH55 with me to help find some caches that had eluded me in the past.
Having secured the necessary supplies for Saturday's event, continued caching the area.

I headed north today with Sweet-Sour who had some business to attend to. As we had sufficient time to do some caching as well we thought that we should make the most of it.
After parking the motor vehicle and heading to GZ we were in the approximate spot however initially the cache hide was not obvious however with a little perseverance the cache was located.
The log was signed and returned to the cache and the cache replaced exactly as found.
All is good with this cache.

We certainly did this one the hard way - the easy way would have been much quicker and less obvious. TFTC.
This is a great spot to sit for a while and admire the beauty of Hervey Bay. We were on a bike ride along the esplanade from Pialba to Urangan and we appreciated the chance to stop here and take a breather, although we weren't tempted to "Jump the Dune". A nice easy find thanks to the good hint and co-ordinates. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
On our trip around Australia we stoped here to grab the Cache.
Thank's to show us this beautiful place.
