On a very nice hike in the lower part of Mt. Field NP we found all caches but one where a group of muggles were having a longer rest.
Hi Sue&Peter. Today I found your cache .A quick plan was hatched last night and this morning put into action. We met up at Brighton and headed up the road to Elderslie to complete our fishing trip and then headed via lots of caches to the event at National park. Big thanks to Sue&Peter for creating this cache! Your effort brought an extra spark of excitement to our geocaching quest. This discovery was find number 1,225 for us, marking another memorable moment in our adventure. Living and traveling full-time across Australia in our Coaster Bus, we're always on the lookout for caches to uncover. To see more of our travels, feel free to follow our journey HERE...
Did the Three Falls trail this arvo, and found a few caches on the way. Thanks to the cache owners for placing these caches. Was a breathtaking walk and the falls were flowing and beautiful. This was the first of the walk, less muggles at this point! TFTC
Was camping at the national park hotel Stopped by for an explore. TFTC H. Very quickly had in hand.

[8965] Holiday in Tasmania, day 4. Today we spent quite some time on the road, driving from Hobart to Strahan. To fight boredom we integrated several stops for geocaches and short walks at Mount Field, Franklin River and Nelson Falls. We also stamped the logbook of this geocache successfully. TFTC!
Went to the wrong stomp on the other side of the path first which surely wasnt as tall once But quickly spotted the correct one afterwards. TFTC!
Heute besuchten wir den Mount Field Nationalpark und suchten auf dem Walking Track diverse Caches. Ausser 2 haben wir alle gefunden, unter anderen auch diesen Cache. Besten Dank frs legen und pflegen.

We spoted most caches in good time . I found some lovely little animals ..an Echidna and a Wombat in the visitor center ..which will make nice travelbugs for me .Thank you for placing this Dsli (Dsli means little box in Swiss) oinkoinkNggi2 SPOTED THAT ONE as well
One of eleven caches found today while visiting Mount Field National park. We planned to do the Russel Falls track, the Tall Trees walk and the Lady Barron Falls circuit with some muggle friends, and had planned to try and find twelve caches on the walk, and another one at the entrance to the park. We had to leave two of the caches due to lots of muggle walkers, but found the other eleven. These are some very good caches in a very nice area, thanks for placing them here. Sorry about the late log. Thanks for the cache Sue&Peter!
Last day in Tasmania. We went to this mountain walk and found a few caches here. Found them with Gr33N. It was a very simple and easy cache to find. The picture in the description was wrong I think. Anyways TFTC!!!
Found after waiting out some muggles. Some of the trees in this forest are just remarkable. Thanks Sue&Peter
Located with Ricardinho Some very tall trees at this location, I had no idea swamp gums got so tall!!!!! Cache located by RNZ without incidence Day 5 of our Tassie/Sydney trip & today we are travelling from Hobart to Bronte Park. A quick stop into the supermarket for supplies on our way out of the city, then onto New Norfolk where I found my first Bangoes! We stopped & did the 3 Falls Walk at Mt Field N.P & then onto Bronte Park. The walk was beautiful & the bush reminded me so much of NZ. The waterfalls were in fine form, track was good and the rain mostly held off, A really great day all round TFTC
Another quick find here at the obvious spot. Not much else to report about this one, but we were impressed with the height of these trees. TFTC Sue&Peter.
Visiting Tasmania had to come to Maydena to ride the trails. While the boys had a riding lesson I did some of my own adventuring finding lots of cool things. Bit drizzly today so there weren't too many muggles around. TFTC
I went the opposite direction around the walk. Starting from Lady Barron side. All the caches before this were pretty easy muggle wise but from this one onwards it was harder to be subtle. It was a pretty busy space for a weekday.
Thanks for the cache Kubben850.
With the GeoGSP's in doggy daycare today, it was time to head to a national park to find some caches - and it was a cracker of a day at Mt Field today.
Really enjoying listening to the chatter of the birds way up in the trees, and spotting a few robins low to the ground.
Another smiley here - thank you.

We continued today our tour in Tasmania, AUS, and thereby searched, found and logged this interesting Traditional-Cache.
The weather was - said in one word – simply best. The good hidden caches and the being on holidays kept us the whole day in a good mood.
The cache had good coordinates, and thus was easy to find. The logbook was okay, and allowed easy logging.
Thanks to Sue&Peter for the generation of this nice cache Tall Once (with the proper agenda), for leading us here and for showing us this funny location as well as the ongoing maintenance of this cache.
PS: Please forgive us the uniform log which is needed due to timing problems - if necessary special actions and happenings are there described where they appeared.
Greetings from Germany together with the hope to meet somewhere like event or wood.

Taking a few short hikes in the area. I get The Norman to agree to the hikes by letting him geocache. TFTC
Yep, that must have once been a big boy! DancingBare spotted this hide, and all is good here. TFTC from Tennessee, USA
Spent the northern long weekend in the area to attend Albys event in Adamsfield and grab some caches in the area.
We had a bit of excitement just before this one passing a well camoflaged Tiger Snake on the track, we froze and he found a convenient hole under a log before both parties continued on in different directions. I'm sure he also has a story for his family over dinner tonight.
As was the case for this series a quick and easy find. TFTC

After a lot of rain we saw the sun again this morning. So we decided to go for a walk through the beautiful forest nearby our campsite. We also had a look at the beautiful falls on our stroll.
Thx for hiding!
