Embarking on a caching road trip in the South West region of Western Australia, the goal was twofold: tidy up the map by revisiting familiar caches and explore new ones in uncharted territories. This journey promised a unique blend of nostalgia and discovery, weaving through both familiar landscapes and venturing into unexplored territories for a geocaching adventure filled with variety and surprises.Approached via a track from the southern end of town. Parked up at the access gate and walked the last couple of hundred metres. The comments made by Lyn Pat and Nathan were very helpful in locating the cache. Thank you lambda locator for placing this cache for my enjoyment.
TaurusSix and I decided to head to Manjimup for geocaching and exploring today . It was a lovely drive down there from Bunbury. It is also a lovely winters day, probably much warmer than it should it be at this time of year. We stopped off at our favourite bakery in Ballingup for brunch and a short walk around town before continuing to Manjimup. The town was very busy with tourists and locals alike so many of the caches required a bit of stealth. Overall the geocaching gods were not on our side today as we ended up with lots of dnf,s. We enjoyed the caches we did get though and we also enjoyed the Heritage Park, we had a good look around and very very impressed.
This was our twelfth cache find of the day along with a string of dnf’s. We parked up and had a most enjoyable walk in the late afternoon sun towards gz. The bush smelled great the birds were in full song all in all a perfect setting. In reaching gz we set about finding cache but that proved a bit more elusive. We then read a few old logs which gave extra clues and after widening the search we soon had cache in hand. Thanks for the cache and bringing us to this great location Peter Russell .

Camped in Pemberton & another day spent exploring some beautiful bushland, this was another cache we found on our adventure... After a short walk along the Munda Biddi we were soon on the hunt for this one that took a lot of searching 
After searching both sides of the track I eventually located this one around 11m from where our GPS suggested.

Out and about with Mr dimor, well lets get it right I made Mr dimor take me out and about since I can't do it myself.
Thought we'd hit Manji and surrounds for some caches and get the final souvenir or hopefully close to it.
Parked a close as we could and took the walk to the cache, got Mr dimor to find and sign this one

oday is Mr Luna Maya's 60th Birthday. We had a lovely day exploring beautiful Pemberton. A pleasant sunny day after a cold early morning. We loved that the containers on the main were regular size and even an abundance of ammo cans. Stayed at Pemberton caravan park, enjoying the peace and nature in this area. Thankyou to the cache owners for hiding these caches for us to find and show us around during our visit. SL TFTC Peter Russell

The coordinates are off by about 12m.
When waking towards the front of the sign head left into the bush at 45degrees for 10m.
That will get you there.
While here we put the log book into a zip luck bag for winter.

Thanks for taking us here. found after bit of search we found 10mt out from where our coordinates took us.
Enjoyed another Munda Biddi epic geocache. Great to see the series still ticking along, shame that it wasn't well maintained when released as it would be a very good series, feels a bit incomplete.
Day two of my last road trip for 2017 with cravo10.
We started a bit later today, with a sleep in til 7am, we collected the few remaining caches around town before leaving town and heading towards Deanmill, Donnelly River, Nannup, Dunsborough, Busselton, Bunbury and finally back home to Perth.
We had a huge day collecting forty plus caches, even with a short detour to dunsbrough for work.
Really enjoyed finding some more of the Munda Biddi epic geocaches from their 2013 ride.
A great days caching. Thanks to the local COs for their hides over the last couple of days. We look forward to finding more caches on our next planned visits to the south west. Thanks

Not riding the Munda Biddi bur was able to drive close enough to walk in for a find.
GPS was playing silly beggars under the tree cover so found a centre and searched a 10m radius until I found it

My GPS wouldn't settle here and I couldn't see anything that resembled the hint within 20 metres or so. Maybe it was a recent close call with a tiger snake that put me off 
Sadly for us we could not find this one .

Had extended our search a little way from GZ. Found easy enough which we were thankful for as the rain was starting to set in again.
Out traveling around working and found myself in this area and had a chance to grab this one. No bike with me but i still enjoyed driving up as close to the cache as I could. Nice hide in a great quiet part of the SW. Tftc
Gotta luv a good old fashioned ammo box which we found after extending our search zone after reading previous logs. TFTC.
I was able to park at the locked gate around 30 mts from gz. The gps was indicating the other side of the road from where I eventually located the ammo can. It was about 3 mts from the sign pole.

Late log found yesterday it was great
As we walked down the track we came upon the cache it was a 200 metre walk out the back of Deanmill it was a nice day and a very well hid cache

I love the idea of these caches - having ridden about 700k of the trail in stages I can appreciate the effort put in by the first 26 epic riders. It took a while to find this cache as our GZ was in the middle of the track. Find it we did, riding from Manjimup especially, after finding a load of broken car parts and glass unfortunately. We had it 8m SW of the published GZ - try 281/694 if you are struggling. TFTC!

We had a TB that needed to go to a cache on a cycle trail, so we looked for one we could access with no bike. Drove to within 600m of this one and walked in. It was beautiful. 4 cyclists passed us and we did a lot of CITO at one point. Thanks for the hint and cache.
Headed out this morning with Loudy16 to grab a few around the outskirts of Manjimup. Coords put us in a spot in the middle of the track, so we expanded out from where GZ was. Loudy made the find after a few short minutes. TFTC.
