A return visit highlighted that I had visited this location previously. Back then I parked on MNR and had a quick sprint to the cache. Sally was not amused.
Found this one a while ago but forgot to record it! Sounds like it's pretty muddy at the moment! Will wait til spring to revisit!
I decided to brave the mine field. No dogs there today. No barkers eggs seen in the mud......

Quick find today..Water is receding, so didn't get our feet too wet and managed to sidestep the doggy doo! Seriously don't get dog owners that don't clean up after their dogs...They are given this nice area to let their pets run around, and yet abuse the privilege and have no respect for other k9 owners ..sad to see...TFTC
I had to swim to the cache. The entire park is under water i don't think the council planned the location to well.

861 Yes it is still flooded here.
They didn't think too much about drainage here!
Luckily jack remembered he had is steel cap boots in the car so was able to get it.

The area was flooded. So I had to wear my gum boots to get it. Good fun...

What a rabbit warren this area is! It took us far longer to get to GZ than it did to find the cache because our GPS map doesn't show any of these roads. It was basically "head in that general direction" and at least we had the Commodore and not the big Patrol cos some of those streets are sure squeezy. Thanks for the hide.
Staying in Gawler, on our 2nd trip around Australia.
Went to have a look at some markets today,
and picked up some caches while in the area.
Puppy playground was still partially under water,
as it was the last one for us today, we got our feet wet.

Went out this evening to find this one. But we forgot to take our flippers and snorkel. As the park was under water.
Our first find for the day and were pleasantly surprised that the park was vacant - we suppose all the dog walkers out already were getting their own morning exercise with their dogs

After a short search cache was found. Found with say_cheese whilst on holiday TFTC

Thanks to this cache otherwise I would still have been at work getting as much completed as I can before I have two weeks of holidays around Oz Mega!
Sitting at the computer when the notification arrived and I was halfway through case noting some information, so I had to wait to finish that before I could bolt like a Staghound puppy running for the love of running and try to locus cache.
Headed out to GZ only to be greeted by a gorgeous Bull Terrier who slobbered all over me
As the pup and it's owner left the area, I made the find and Woohoo!! *FTF*
