Had no luck with this group. I may have been having a bad day but I do suspect a bit of maintenance might be required. Still, a nice area to visit.
Oh my goodness a lot has changed since I last visited this cache! Its been years because w removed out of the area, and its become much more overgrown and the tree at whose base the cache is hidden has fallen down!! So it took us a while, but we found it. I will endeavour to replace the log before we leave town again.
TFTC Its great to turn a grumpy face into a smiley. Overgrown area but beautiful views.
Thanks for the fun! Was a bit dodgey going through the tall grass but did find it. Very nice view! All the way from Vancouver island Comox valley to find this one!!
Catching up on logs from staying with Family in Sawtell over Christmas and New Years ^_^ (Y) Came the long way round from the bottom carpark for this one; got some strange looks descending into the bushes but worth it for the cache ^_^Mind the stinging nettles when grabbing this one! Don't make my mistake in wearing shorts!Spotted the cache in it's spot and quickly retrieved the log to sign before replacing; TFTC!
Was a hesitant search and maybe couldnt find due to hearing the rustling in the plants
Tftc Someone had separated the log from the container, but I put it back together and tucked it away
I went into the long grass cautiously with a big stick, wary of the number of snakes out already this year. Thankfully none spotted here. Cache was an easy find exactly where the hint mentioned! TFTC
We weren't sure if the Big Geo Rig would be able to get there and once at the top we wondered if we could Park it, but all was ok and worth it for the views and to find a cache to boot.
another nice find for the day
Thanks Feryl for the caches.

Heading north we picked up a few caches along the way and this was one of them while staying in the Kempsey.area.
While doing the trig point up here we found your cache after a short stroll towards the edge of the bank. Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Bit if a bush bash but luckily there was a path forging for future geocachers.

Over in coff’s harbour for the National Touch Football League (NTL) and made a few quick stops for sight seeing. Picked this one up no problems. Further into the bush than I thought.

We had some lunch by the river and then returned for this one. Couldn’t have this green icon sitting here and not look for it. Gladly it was a quick find as we’re not keen on long grass in the summer. Signed the log before replacing as found. Great views from up here in both north and south.
Cheers and happy caching!

Hubby was unable to find this cache so it was replaced with a preform style cache, we hope this was a OK thing to do. SL TFTC
Lots of very long grass with prickles. Need appropriate footwear and clothing. Need to be sure footed as you are required to leave path.
Not a bad day for a walk today so we aimed for a headland we haven't been to before. Lovely views up here in all directions. There were a few cars spaced along the beach and we discovered what looks to be a great spot to launch the kayaks in the water behind the dunes.
The cache took a little while to find, mostly because the area is apparently not well suited to bare feet. Too many spiky plants.
Thanks for the cache!

TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.
We are doing the Solitary Island Coast walk. It was nice to stop and complete this cache.

What a lovely spot to watch the waves roll by. Was a delightfully sunny morning, with great views.
Finally a cache big enough and dry enough to drop a TB I've been carrying around for far too long.

Staying in this part of the world for a week so grabbing or trying to grab a few caches as I explore the area. A great view north and south from this lookout ... and a convenient hide close by ... thanks feral.
A quick bush walk was all that needed. For children the grass would be waist high. TFTC
The grass was SUPER sharp. Couldn't even find it!!! We checked every tree and more. The view was good tho.
A quick find while visiting family in the area thank you for the cache
Found and then sat and enjoyed the scenery on an early morning drive while staying at Sawtell.
