Maanged to get to GZ and the required info was sorted. Thanks for showing me this out of the way place. Greetings from Australia.

Interesting that this base was just abandoned here. Wonder why they didn't relocate it to the new site and then just reconstruct a new topper? Answers emailed. TFTV.
I rode past and back trying to figure out how to approach this cache. Too bad you can't add parking coordinates. I will add some for where I parked. Got caught in the rain. It started pouring after I got back to the truck. Good thing I was close. TFTC
Visited during an early Sunday morning thunderstorm. Took pics all around and on top and slid back down to the Jeep. Pic posted. Took the smile, left a fave. TFTV.
Too bad this monument is abandoned. People died.
Arf!

Arf!
The brush was very overgrown around the base, but this was still worth going to see. If you go to this cache, you should also go to the cache at the relocated monument.

Great Virtual cache, we came here to Nashville for the weekend to grab as many virtuals as possible, this one certainly was worth the trip. TFTC answers on way when we get home.
Our son Eli was attending basketball camp at David Lipscomb for a few days. SO what better way to spend our time finding caches for 3 days while he was at camp! We found everything from virtuals, traditionals, puzzles, earth caches, and even a couple of power trails as well! I will be sending answers to all virtuals and EC's by email and uploading pictures to the cache page! Thanks to all who put time and effort in placing caches for us to find! Camp is over for this year, but we will be back again next year to tackle some more! T4TC's, T4TV's, & T4TEC's!
In the area grabbing some of your many virtuals. Answer have been sent. TFTC
We were in the area and visited this monument earlier. Wish I had know there was a virtual here then. Thank you
Walked in, nearly had to swim out. Got caught in a TORRENTIAL turd floater! TFTC!
Found on a virtual and Jasmer run. Grass was a bit high on the hill, but we made it up just fine. Thanks for the virtual.
Email was sent. We had a hard time getting to GZ for this one. But after a few almost missed turns we arrived safely and parked the car. We put on our snake boots and made the short hike in the long grass to GZ and began answering the questions. Giber54 did compliment me on my skill as a navigator. Thanks for the fun and maintaining these old hides. Smarky
Found with Smarky on a great weekend of virtual caching in the area. Smarky emailed the answers to the CO. Thanks for maintaining this cache for all to enjoy and for the smilie. We had a discussion or two about the correct answers and the way here was a little discombobulated but Smarky is a great navigator and we made it safely.
Oh, a VIRTUAL cache. Being new to this, I didn't know and spent too much time looking for a box. Very cool monument. Thanks!

It was tough trying to find out how to get to this location. Thanks for this cache.
We wandered around a while before finding the right way in. I seem to remember seeing it as it was from Thompson Lane.
After much driving around and around, we arrived at GZ. Very interesting place. Thanks.
