It looks as if vandals have taken up permanent residence here .
Too hard to replace this unique cache container.
Sorry folks .

Was riding home today, and remembered this cache. Had logged a DNF before, but a hint from a fellow cacher meant I had an idea where this was (which was nowhere near where the GPSr was directing me).
When I got there, I found it... well, the top part of it. As indicated by the CO, this cache is in need of repair. I have photo evidence if the CO needs it.
Sorry it needs repair. Nice place for a cache hide!

This needs maintenance.. we located it but there is no mini cache attached. Nice walk anyway
After looking at the wrong hole ( which normally I'd be in trouble for lol ) I found the right 1 and found it woot woot first to sign new log
Waterproof log now insitu, should be good for a while now. Remember your scribble stick.
Happy caching.

Just waiting on the arrival of a waterproof log. Will replace as soon as Australia Post delivers.
Alerted by fellow cachers logs that this one needs some maintenance so will disable until I can get to it later in the week.
Sorry for inconvenience .

Took a while looking in all of the wrong places. Had just about given up when there it was. Very clever. The log is all but useless as I could squeeze water from it. Finally dried it out enough to sign (sort of). Needs some TLC

Out riding and decided to replace the log for the co as when I found it was wet as. I had no dry log with me at the time so thought I would replace it on my next ride through. All nice, dry and ready to go....
This cache continues to elude me. My GPSr put me in the middle of the road. Not sure searching there is wise . I can't make the GPSr settle or point anywhere sensible, so I can't limit my search.
I'll try again when I have reinforcements to widen my search.

Found while out bike riding, a little stumped at first but after a closer look found something out of place, nice hide. Unfortunately the log is wet as and is in need of replacing. Will replace next time I'm riding past. Thanks for placing this cache samdoggy0901 as it made for a nice pit stop on my ride today
Back up and running.
Hopefully camo is good enough to not attract the vandals . Evidence of fresh and prolific graffiti activity in this spot.
Happy caching.

Just checked in on this one, paper mache log. Going to make adjustments to container, hopefully this will be a permanent fix.
Get it back on line asap.

As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been longer than 28 days since the last reviewer note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 28 days), just contact us (by email) once the cache is in place, and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 28 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Apologies for tardiness in getting this cache back up and running.
Searching for a new waterproof solution for this unique cache container.
Will have it back very soon.

Echo...echo...echo!! Log wet and needs replacing and waterproofing. Thanks. Last find in big afternoon of caching.
It seems we need to do some maintenance on this one.
Will disable until able to attend to repairs.

Found after a walk along the bike path, and checking a suspicious looking thing, very clever, unfortunately the log is very wet. Thanks samdoggy0901, for placing this cache.

Found the co-ords wandered a bit but still a quick find for eagle-eyed Geo-mamma.
A random muggle cycled by but we got the deed done with no-one any the wiser.
Nicely crafted & placed cache.
The log is a little damp & torn but still workable.

A favourite point for a cache with a difference!

Didn't have a pen but a mate that came along found it in its clever spot. Good hide!
Well, this one had me wandering up and down for a while but eventually looked in the correct sort of place! The log is pretty damp but useable and the coords seemed to be about 15m off for me, but all-in-all a cool spot and nice hide. Thanks samdoggy0901
Did a couple closer to the uni and decided to have a bi of exercise and walk to this one, what could go wrong nothing a level concrete bike path - nothing! Easy stroll looking at the native plants on the way. At the coords I did a quick check around then looked at the hint as I wasn't sure if it was at the top or below, hint read checked quite a few spots then another check and the cache was located, the actual logsheet took a while to reveal it self, when it was extracted I signed and replaced as found. A pleasant walk back to the geomobile and another smiley face for the morning..

Very well done. Took a while looking in the wrong holes but got there in the end. (Forgot my pen but snapped a few pics. Happy to provide them if required.) TFTC
Walked from my safe park at the national park after finding "Peace and Serenity". Sun in my eyes but not too far. It took the longest to cross the road - so much traffic...
Got to the junction, found the tunnel, GPS confused but then thinking of the hint, something stood out not quite like the others. Clever.
Quick sign before another cyclist appeared and trekked back to the car.

Off for a bike ride this morning despite the overcast weather. The score for the morning was 2 from 3. when I arrived here. After waiting for some cyclists to move on, I approached GZ... I think. Coudn't find it anyway. Not really even sure where to look; I thought I checked all the likely spots. Feel a bit conspicuous I have to say, especially after all the recent terror raids!
I'll have to think and come back. You beat me twie today samdoggy0901! Ahh!

Well, this is one I thought I would NEVER find!
After looking in all the wrong spots, I read over other people's comments and went back to 'basics'.
Like one other cacher said, it was right under my hand when I least expected it
Excellent camo and very crafty placement of this hide.
10/10 for ingenuity.

Parked geowagon close by and walked to GZ along cycle path. GPS wasn't quite sure which side of the tunnel to put me but on reading the description, I realized it had to be on the three-ways. Cache soon found and signed but I had to wait ages for some cycling muggles to have a rest before I could return it to its hide. Enjoyed this one. TFTC
#469 ~ Found today on our rainy power caching day with stacevel. Very clever. TFTC

#477 Out caching today with Snap Happy and although he has previously found this cache we stopped for me to grab the hide. ~ TFTC samdoggy0901
Found at 1134. A quick find as arrived at the GZ and stood looking for a cache hide I place my hand on it unwittingly after a quick double check of the area I decided to try it and sure enough a strip of tape saying official geocache revealed it self. Good hide. TFTC.
House Sitting in Caloundra for a few weeks so decided to clear up some caches...
Tagged along with Moosetash on a beautiful sunny Queensland day, just right for caching... Good co-ord's helped us find this well hidden cache, stamped log & replaced... Nice camo...
Thanks for the cache samdoggy0901 and for bringing me here... Dipped TB's...

After some confusion about Queensland roads (this has been a common feature of our holiday), we stopped at this one. A nice hide! Thanks for the cache.
I came past here the other week while it was disabled, on the off chance I still might find it. Do you know that this is the only cache hidden locally for the month of April, 2014.
This is a bugger of a thing. I found myself miles away from The hide trying to find this thing, mainly up on the guard rail as my GPSr wanted to put me up on the road in the nature strip.
Nice little hide and container, thanks samdoggy.

Been out doing some maintenance this morning. Made a slight adjustment to this one to hopefully keep it dry. Puzzled as to how it got so wet . Please replace the plug after you have signed the log and remember you will need your own scribble stick. Happy caching.
A note from fellow CA her indicates there is a problem with the log and cache container here.
Have disabled until able to check it out and rectify the glitch.
Sorry for inconvenience.

With such glorious weather we decided to catch up on a few of the local caches. It appears as though we did exactly as Wesso said he did in his log. There was a bit of head scratching as well as waiting for a few passing muggles, but eventually we found the clever hide. This one gets a favourite point from us. We were unable to sign the log [will send CO an email explaining] but left our sticker on the container as proof of the find. TNLN TFTC
Sneaky little hide. Out cycling with 4Sistas enjoying a break in the weather. TFTC.
I found a convenient place to park Spangle and then legged it the rest of the way. Once at GZ I noticed quite a few places that could house a cache but then spotted something else completely different. On closer inspection I found I was looking at the cache. Very sneaky! After signing the log I made sure to put the cache back just as I had found it.
Thanks for the cache samdoggy0901

Took a trip up the coast to do some caches and ended up just doing one cache and this was the one.
Parked nearby and walked to GZ.
Started to search and geopartner came up with the cache but I knew how to get to the log.
Interesting container.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks samdoggy0901 All good with this cache

I managed to find a nice safe park approximately 180m from GZ. I made my way down the bike path towards GZ.
Once I reached the tunnel I knew I was close. I walked into the tunnel and check the logical hides as per hint..........Mmmm not there. The GPSr was about as useful and an ash tray on on motor bike inside the tunnel [xx(] , so I wandered back out and checked Mr Garmin.....
Ok, what's this..... (Very sneaky samdoggy) I removed the cache from it's hide and found the log book finally!!!
I placed our name in the log before hiding it back as I found it......Nice container!!

Out for an afternoon ride with thehairbear with a quick stop on our way back from Mooloolaba. A quick find and an interesting container to boot, nice.
After signing the log all was returned as found and we continued our ride.
Well done to MinkosDes on the FTF.

So I was sitting on the couch watching TV and thought... "I really need to get up and do something..." but then I thought, "Nar, I just watch another episode...". Then I checked my phone and there was a new cache placement and this was all I need to convince me to get-up and move.
On go the pluggers and I left the house in what I was wearing. I took the partners car (no off-road chance) as it needed fuel (kill two birds with one cache) and that was the first mistake. Because, if I took the Geo:Ute it really would have saved the 1.2km walk in a hoodie and pluggers!
As I arrived a GZ I had a quick look around and based on the hint there is a lot of places to look... After one quick loop of the area something out-of-place caught my eye and the cache was in hand and FTF to go with it!
Thanks for my second (and first) FTF 'samdoggy0901'.
