I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi FastFrames
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Down in Christchurch with the Squirrel, ABCDF4 and eyespyben. During Covid lockdown, we solved a load of puzzles and decided that this would be a good time to visit. We've enjoyed a few days of good weather and seeing the Canterbury countryside. The caches have been in varying states - some good, some not so much. Our time here has been a blast, and we'd like to thank all COs who have made this adventure possible. Thank you and TFTC.
With ABCDF4, eyespyben, and Gap (of Fap and Gap). Logging all finds as Team HRP (Huntly, Rotorua, Papamoa - Our hometowns)... During Covid-19 lockdown, we solved a truck load of puzzles around Christchurch - Canterbury region. No use thrashing the old grey matter for no cause - We decided we should make good on this handiwork...
There are lots of interesting trails and geoart surrounding Christchurch. What you aren’t told is how far flung some of these caches actually are. Some beforehand advice would have been great, so here are some of my notes... You’re welcome!
1. Mobile coverage is patchy, especially in those quiet, rural areas where it was most needed. Saving caches to offline might show that you are prepared and organised...
2. There are many dusty metal roads on the trails. The car will get messy, and your hair will feel like cardboard at the end of the day...
3. Suitable clothing and footwear are essential. You will climb in and out of hedges, gorse, and other rough stuff. You might get scratched, cut to shreds, and bleed a lot. It’s not advised to wear your brand new jacket on the day...
4. Take lots of food and drink. You’ll probably be head down, tail up and not realise you haven’t eaten until late afternoon. There are very few shops or gas stations out there...
5. Make sure that you secure keys and wallet and know where these are placed for easy retrieval. A full box of pens might be useful too, especially if you’re inclined to free some into the wild...
6. Know the difference between left and right, and north, south, east, and west. Turning right and heading north will not get you to South Christchurch quickly.
7. Look with girl’s eyes rather than boys eyes... Some caches haven’t been found in a while and you might have to get down on your knees to pray.
8. Always be prepared for misleading hints. This is what turns simple caches into D5/T5 hides... “Head height” could mean the cache is positioned at your toes.
9. Have a sense of humour and like the people you go caching with. It’s going to be a very long day, and you might want to hurt someone during the journey...
10. Make sure you can operate your phone/device and it doesn’t crash when you most need it...
11. Learn to cut and paste logs because you’re going to repeat this function so often when logging all of your finds.
12. Above all else, have fun and be kind...
We have another one of those punishing plans to cache until we drop - An early morning start with the hope that we'll finish at a reasonable time... From South Christchurch, we took Highway 1 and crossed the Waimakariri River into Northern Christchurch... Despite the arboring, the cache is still there... Thanks FastFrames and TFTC.

After puzzle solving in the Canterbury region along with EyeSpyBen we were invited to join Fap (from Fap & Gap) and Squirrel Nutcase to a week long caching adventure in the Canterbury area. With flights and accommodation booked were off, all met up in ChCh. and many hard dusty Kms travelled and many caches found, I think the Squirrel has said it all in his brief. Many thanks for the placements and Cos for bringin us to the very pleasant areas we travelled in to your region

The gardeners have been through and they have left the cache behind. Location matches the clue. Well found by master 9..
It wasn’t covered with pine needles and was empty apart from the logbook. It was a good size and difficulty. We covered it with pine needles afterwards as well. Great job!
Out and about on a March madness numbers weekend.
Thinking about dinner so I've ended up caching towards Mandeville, as one does.
Dinner now in the car. How about another couple of finds before I get back to the accommodation.
A bit of a scramble here but a quick find.

Quick find today, although midday Saturday is probably not the best time to visit.
After a big day yesterday, a more restrained effort today. A bit of retail therapy early in the day, and a visit to the market at Riccarton Bush. Then we headed to this area on the way to my sister's business at Mandeville Village shops. A quick diversion round Mandeville and Clarkville - a couple of finds we found too tough on the day, but we will be back. TFTC Fast frames.

Easy find. A game on on the rugby field so no one too interested in a couple if old birds ferreting in the trees! Tftc #2904
Revisited on our 2nd trip to NZ...nice field for a game of cricket behind the cache!
Camo'd container spied from over the fence. Quick grab and sign. All in good nick, dry log. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. BJ25. Find # 1482
thanks for the placement, we have been loved travelling and visiting the roads of Christchurch and the many caches each CO has taken the time to place, thank you for taking the time to place and maintain them.
I wasn't sure about climbing the fence, but there were no trees outside of the fence so decided to go for it. Within seconds the cache was signed and returned. tftc
We were looking for the horse bit to watch the barrel racing . But there was a Cache waiting for a smiley. .. so I just had to oblige. Cheers
I was a bit worried when approaching GZ, There has been intense felling of trees (more,oh dear) Happily this cache is OK for the time being. Might need to keep an eye. TFTH
I wanted to get out of the house and round up a few caches nearby in the sunny afternoon, and I had a great time! Luckily no one engaging in Sunday sport, so I had the field to myself! TFTC!!
Quick climb and grab. On a 11 day caching trip around the south island. Log signed as b&p.Tftc FastFrames. Find # 3322
Found this one fairly quickly, unfortunately the other one in this park was swamped by people and I couldn't get near it. Signed log, TFTC
A bit of a challenge in the fading light but another find chalked up. TFTC!!!
Today we enjoyed picking up caches from the lolly scramble trail, the fruit and vege trail, the cust trail and other various caches around the area. We found 50 caches altogether and had a great day. Caching with Injeanious and theBurnsy we signed the log books as JeJeBu to save time and space. Thanks to the cache owners for placing and maintaining the caches! Sorry for the cut and paste logs.
It's been a slow couple of months for me and Jess.daphne, so we decided to team up with The Burnsy and get a whole lot of caches. We headed off to pick up more of the Lolly Scramble, Fruit and Vege, and Cust trails, signing the logs as JeJeBu. We had a great day and grabbed 50 caches. Our best day yet! Thanks to the COs for the caches.
Plenty of cars coming and going but we ducked in and made a quick find. Tftc.

Quick easy find on my way home from work. Didn't have much time tonight so needed on close and whipped past here to make the find and sign. Great spot that I bet is very busy at the weekend. Thanks for another local cache.
Nice quick find on a Wednesday normally reserved for horses. Something different was in order today and the cache was quickly located. Tftc
After a few days staying with family in Chch we started heading north again and with no family commitments we focused on finishing the Lolly Scramble trail and hunting down the horses 101 series. The day also included a few other caches with our tally for the day being 92.The logs were signed HZ+HM, H+H, or on some case with our full names.
Thank you to all the cache owners for making this possible.

It was a combination of holidays, family visit and caching. Since our last visit lots of trails have appeared and there were many puzzles to be solved. And a lot of trads thrown in for good measure. We almost forgot what it's like to be cut, scraped, prodded, pricked, bruised and stabbed by the large variety of hedges you can find caches under in Canterbury. We were not deterred and it was fun to find them. On our way home again and trying to find as many caches as pos. In the end they made us stay another night in the area Thank you FastFrames
It must be game day because this place is busy! Had to time this to avoid being seen jumping the fence. Thanks
Didn’t take too long to locate. Last one of 22 caches in North Canterbury this afternoon. #902. TFTC.
[green] Out with Hanknstone, Haydn.seek and thestepahine on an awesome 200+ day. We managed to get 210 caches in 11 hours, an average of 3 minutes each. There were a few awesome caches out there, but mostly it was a blur. Thanks to all the cache owners, and my apologies about the cut and paste!
Hanknstone, Haydn.seek, the Seagnoid and I had a challenge of doing 200 caches in a day. We started at 7:30am and finished around 8:00pm with a total of 200+. Apologies for the copy and pasting of the logs but there were so many we found that it would take so long to write them all up individually! Thank you for the find.
The next on our 210 run finding caches for the day with our team of four- HHSS. Working as a team each doing diff. roles we were able to speed up the find rate quite well and we managed to do about the first 100 with no Did Not Finds but after that the distances increased and the find rate dropped but we still managed to finish the day with 210 cache. The seagnoid has planned etc our route so it was all efficient Thank you to The Seagnoid for this pre work and thank you to the different cache Owners for these great, interesting caches. I just ;loved the huge chupps chup and all the veges and fruit. . Thank you for the cache and another smiley face.
I came back to Christchurch for Mega 2015. Many for a great time and of course the cache
# 934 - Doing the rounds around Christchurch during the Mega with Triciac2 and Rhyssa6.
Found this one while on the Fruit/Vege trail. Not particularly a rugby fan, but like the hide anyway.
Glad us two oldies had a younger, more flexible cacher with us.

Attending the Christchurch mega with Dutchie1950 and Triciac2.
After doing a few more on the nearby lolly trail we decided to head up this way and do some fruit and veggies for a change. It's not often at my age that I'm referred to as 'the younger, more flexible one'. I'll take my compliments where-ever I can get them. [:p]

Out and about with Team FARKIS (fmz, alpenmilch80, rosmar, kiwi.bug, indianajill, slieschke) finding a great mix of cache hides and cache containers. What a mad bunch of cachers to be with, loads of fun and games with very little sleep over the 3 nights of the MEGA TFTC.
Out and about during the mega event with Team FARKIS (fmz, alpenmilch80, rosmar, kiwi.bug, indianajill, slieschke). This was one of the caches we found during the weekend. TFTC!!!
Our team for the Mega weekend was signing as VYV (Vamber, Yorkshirekiwi83 and Vistra). we found quite a few in the short space of time we were together, where I can I will make comments about the cache. We had teamed up back in Auckland and had been busy planning what we were going to target and in what order, of course plans changed even more so when we were down here, but that is part of what makes it fun and I had a great time over the weekend, thanks to all the CO's for placing.
