Found it! End of our big Murramarang walk. Nice to get a quick GC in. TFTC
A bonus Traditional while doing the AL. Signed one of the many scraps of paper. It need a little TLC. TFTC.
A fun daytrip to the coast for some intense caching, how could I resist that and so went with AngelG, TikvaNZ and Search4 to scout out a location for AngelG's new EC and to find lots of other caches and doing some nice walk and enjoying ocean views. All up we walked 10km and found 18 caches, some beautiful tracks on the oceans and across rock plattforms and along beaches. A bit windy at times the weather became nicer and with it the walks we did. A fun filled day and anytime again in such great company. Having walked the roughlty 2km on the track, floowing the new ALs it was great to have a physical cache again to mix things up. The hint eluded me but AngelG made the find. This is an awesome walk along here, I want to come back with the family some time, great to have a cache here.Thank you baitchook for putting the cache out, maintaining it and contributing to this great hobby we have. Happy trails, Flintstone's
#22549 @1450Easily found with Search4, AngelG, and Flintstones while enjoying a wander doing the nearby adventure lab. TFTC.
Cache # 11419 on 18 Aug 2024Decided to head down the coast to see if I can get a new earthcache sorted and managed to persuade TikvaNZ, Search4 and Flintstones to join! A bit cool and damp in the morning but the afternoon was blue skies! I had thought I would only be doing 2-3 kms of walking all up, but 9kms later we were finally back in the car going up the Clyde. A great day anyway with 12 caches and 5 ALs, lots of exercise - just what the doctor ordered! This took a bit do walking, but we were walking past anyway so had to divert the 1m from the path to pick it up! Dropped a path tag for the next finder! Thank you baitchook for the cache and the fun!
Today's weather feels fantastic, but its not cold. I enjoyed around B.B. for some caches. It was a nice walk on a long way and a smooth track to view the beach. TFTC
It was a nice walk on a long way and a smooth track to view the beach with 63ROOS.. tks
Out with joolay Tankengine Dty73 kittycache and grimraider. A very slow walk to these caches with the younger members of the group doing most of the find. Ku
Found with Youban, Tankengine, Joolay, Kittykatch and Grimraider. We are down for a certain someones birthday and with some newer caches around, we had a great day finding caches all day. Then dinner in Moruya at our favourite pasta and pizzeria. This cache: Quick find at this one. Tftc!!!
Coast weekendFound with Joolay, dty73, Tankengine, youban and GrimRaider. A lovely spot and walk. Thanks for the hide baitchook
Awesome spotOff to the coast for Youbans birthday so enjoying picking up a few new caches and ones previously missed. Looks like great weather Thanks for getting me out and about baitchook
Plastic bag is ripped and log a little wet after all the rain. Great spot to walk past on the way from pretty beach to Maloneys on the south coast walk.
I found this one in 2018 before the coastal walk went through making it much easier to get to. Today i was heading from Durras to Maloneys Beach and thought id check up on this cache while i was heading past. The container is in good condition and the log is dry.
This definitely was a secret beach not far from maloneys. I discovered the Murramurang coastal walk starts from maloneys and passes this secluded beach. Even took a dip. Tftc
Found while walking in the area with family and friends TFTC which was in good condition Cheers
Rode from Murramarang Resort at South Durras along the trails - great fun - TFTC
A very quick find with DKMacca on the first day of our Marramarang south coast walk.

What an amazing walk we did today from Maloney’s Beach to Oakey. This Cache was a bonus I’ve had my eyes on for a while and happened to be passing today. TFTC.
A lovely spot in a fantastic national park.
We'll be back later to put some cool swaps into this one.
Thanks for the.

This took us longer to find than it should have. We left Maloney Beach today on our northbound walk of the Great South Coast and collected this along the way. TFTC
After a nice stroll through the bush, I ended up popping out at this wonderful little beach.
Surprise, surprise- there is a cache.
So naturally I had to get it! Lovely spot and great day for a walk.

Searched for a while but eventually we found it TFTC nice little walk from Maloneys beach
I was staying at Long Beach and we decided to go for a bit of a walk. We headed to this cache from the end of Maloneys on the fire trail visiting each headland along the way.
I had seen that the cache needed a new container so I brought one along. It is similar to the old one but plastic.
I found the old one and took it for disposal and placed the new one in the same spot.

A nice pick up after a pleasant 6.5km return walk to a few deserted beaches. Like other recent logs, it was too disintegrated to post our visit.
I travelled to south coast NSW to walk in Murramarang National Park which provided the opportunity to find some geocaches on the walking route, and on the journey to North Head. This cache was a straightforward find, being in a place obvious to geocachers, and on the coordinates. Thank you baitchook for installing and maintaining this cache; please note that the metal lid of the cache container is completely rusted and the cache container is no longer protected from the weather.
Found it, but it's in pretty shabby condition, the lid of the container is now rusted through
A last minute decision to go to Bateman's Bay for a bit of caching, visiting friends and planning the next big caching adventure. Weather was very ordinary on the way here, but turned wonderful as soon as I started caching.

We came over from North Head campground. Cache is in an epic location although a little worse for wear.
After an adventurous walk via Maloney’s beach we found it quite quickly thanks to our low to the ground muggle. Pack a picnic. A beautifully secluded beach. TFTC.
A really nice location for a cache. Thanks.
I came in via South Durras and walked the last ~2km to the site.
There was plenty of wildlife to see including a lyre bird with its long tail darting across the track and a fox on the beach only about 20m from the cache.
I located the cache without any issues.

Our first one of the year and first since coming back from . A great trek made easier by bikes 90% of the way. Tftc
Great adventure, we walked to the cache from Maloney’s Beach.
It was hard work getting there but it was an epic adventure, well worth the effort!
TFTC!

Well, after about 8 easy to grab geocaches today - I decided, I better do one that needs a little exercise! Well, this one turned out to be more than I had bargined for! - I started at Maloney's Beach, and the fist obstacle was the cliff! There was a track of sorts, but very steep and slippery. Then it was a bush bash to the cache! (The ferns look wonderful, but are rather spikey) - Not as bad as a Namadgi bush bash, but still tough! I did see the creeks marked on my GPS, but they were rather fuller than expected, so another obstacle! All in all, I recon at least 3.5 stars for terrain - that was hard work. THanks BC.
Another day out and about finding geocaches in the area.
I leave the region in a few days so I had better find these last few geocaches.
I walked to this one from Maloney's Beach. I just followed the tracks. [^]
A quick find here.
Thanks for the cache.

#1144 I parked at Maloneys Beach. Walked around a couple of beaches and then cut through the woods to arrive at this secrete beach, with a group of youths enjoying this new years day in the water. Found cache straight away. But jar is water logged. Really needs a new log book. Thanks for brining me here.
Got distracted by a pair of White-bellied Sea Eagles and went running off into the bush sans backpack with telephoto before coming back, nabbing the cache and picking my gear back up. TFTC!
A great cache. We where staying at Durras, so bush bashed over from North Head, quite a walk but well worth the effort. Thanks baitchook
Number 3 for the day
Staying at Longbeach for the weekend and it was such a glorious morning we decided to go for a walk. Walked along Longbeach then up the clifftop walk over to Maloneys then up the Cliff and over into the National Park. Great walk, beautiful scenery. Had lunch and walked back watching the clouds and storm gathering. Were we going to make it back in time? Yes just as we stepped inside down it came. Fantastic place will definitely come again.TFTC

Quick find for us today, after following the correction on the Coods . Not a sole here today, just the rolling waves. TFTC
[Ohoo, missed being the first one by whole couple of days... On the other hand, probably, good, since I could use the spoiler to locate. Arrived on the beach via water. Nearby stream stinks pretty badly this time of the year.] Searched high and low around coordinates, been through the bushes lining up the beach. After 15 mins of unsuccessful search, retreated to the previously uploaded spoiler image to find there was no need for any hardship. Turns out I was searching about 40-45 meters west of actual GZ. Either a bad GPS day, or the coordinates are closer to S35 43.002 E150 15.637. [Either way, thanks for the adventure and bringing me out for a nice paddle and a lovely spot.]
decided to have a look at this one early this morning however i had a really good look and reverted to the hint and theres nothing that would resemble to it here, nice location. cheers
