Found chain and can see what looks like a log book way down the bottom but no way to reach it.
Hoot, Mogni made a surprise visit west for International Geocaching Day. I thought she was going east to the You Yangs event! Can only mean one thing. Meet up with the usual list of suspects and make a day of fun, laughter and geocaching before heading off to a special event that night. The usual list of suspects for today started with myself, mogni, AnyMules and Alternika and we rendezvoused at TTP for coffee to start the adventure. After caching around here for the better part of the day we then started to head towards the Bay via a rather circuitous route for an evening event, a few caches just happened to get in the way. [:o)] Event done a new list of suspects formed adding Muff1, Chrispy89, HevWalker for yet another caching adventure after the event. [8]
This was the easiest find for the whole day. Muff1 produced a collection of various cache parts (minus a couple) with a log she had rescued earlier. I added my mark to the log.
Thanks finnstar99

This is one of those caches that we have kept our eye on as it is close to being the only cache n this area that we had not found.
The happy news is that today we were able to place our names to the log sheet, the sad news was that what we found was a cache in several pieces. Refer to the photo.
This cache container has been smashed, the pencil was in one place the lid in another and the log sheet was laying on the ground and the broken body of the container was elsewhere.

We looked and could not find. With all the other DNF's , the last find was six and aa half months ago
No such luck. Given the last few DNFs I've requested this one be checked
A different take on "track and field" events. Nice hide, tftc finnstar99

Last one for the day before the call that the Geo Mobile was ready to collect from repairs. A neat hide that took a while. The D and T are spot on and a fantastic memorial park to stroll through. TFTC and bringing us here.
Nice to see this one back online [^] Found previously with no cache attached so today was a refreshing sight SL at 17:25 on a quiet Sunday alvo on 30 Oct 2016. TFTC finnstar99
I noticed this one had been replaced so decided to come for a look on the way to work.
Lots of work going on around the place but nobody took any notice of me.
Quick find but a nice little hide.

Find #1720
**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! The caches I am logging in this batch were ones I did in 2016. I cache with an assortment of cachers and never alone. In 2016 I cached with Moneydork, Ride the GeoWalrus, Locus Cacher, Liz & Bruce and Team Zouk. My log should match up with one of theirs. I enjoy every cache find I have made and do not for one second take for granted the effort going into each one, its just I'm very bad at logging my finds and I'm trying to improve. To improve I have to reduce the quality of my log and just get it over with -- for now. If I can form a good habit again I will return to my once more meaningful logging. Thanks heaps for hiding caches around South Australia that I could find!
A caching day out and about with the company of Honeysucker, we started the search but we found as previously logs said the hide with the chain but the cache was missing...

Found GZ, but the cache container is missing from the chain. I can faintly see the cache and log down the bottom of the pipe. No log, unable to sign, no smiley.
Whilst doing some maintenance on the local playground, I had the chance to check out this cache :c) I had a look for it yesterday... though on retrieving the cache, realised the container had been damaged and could not sign the log... so at home, I found a suitable container to replace it with. Hopefully the CO is happy with the replacement. Signed Log. TFTC finnstar99.
Found today while over this side of town with some time to spare.
Thanks for the cache finnstar99

Found it but did not log as I did not have a pen on me.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Found late in the afternoon on my way to a pre christmas catch up with caching mates. There were a few muggles wandering around the track, but fortunately there were big gaps and as I approached GZ they were both heading away and had their backs facing me so I was able to make a quick find, sign on the nearby bench and return before they made their way back. A beautifully maintained garden here that I thoroughly enjoyed. TFTC EMO!
Looked here very early in the morning (before the heat set in - well the heat had set in by now) .
Had to use a bit of stealth with a muggle seated nearby, but far enough away to check a few things out [8)].
Think we found the hiding spot, a remanent marking the place, but no cache [B)].
Another one for us to come back to.
Thanks anyway Finnstar99.

Found GZ with sir_spectre and found the connected chain but no cache. We placed a new cache but may need tweezers to extract the log.
found it with rod81w. Well found the commo and chain but no cache, so back to car to fix it and supply a new log.
After three tries o found it in ten seconds completely by accident but alas the cache was gone - this makes me sad - but none the les a great day out !!! TFTC
Found with vj187 on a cold and wet day. At last. Reading past clues helped. TFTC
Found with 2011*turtle. We read previous logs and this helped us find this elusive cache at last. TFTC
Where? Where is this little beastie? Second time I come here and can't find it... Am I blind?
Found by Mary & David at 1025. Today, we cached around Adelaide for most of the day. A special memorial plaque to read and remember as you enter. Now we know what EMO means. Didn't take long to find. Our thanks to finnstar99.
[Red]I apologise for the late log... Problems with GSAK and crashed computer...[/Red]

Out with Locus Cache, SA Sewer Rats & Snap Happy.
It was dark and the oval was in use.
The illuminating light made the search easier without the use of torches.
After a bit of a search I found the cheeky hide.
A lovely entrance to this oval. thanks for the cache finnstar99

Out for a day of caching with Snap Happy, Locus and Clare007.
We had a fun filled day/evening filled with adventure and laughs galore.

Out for the day with Snap Happy, Clare007 and SA Sewer Rats and by day's end I had 16 smilies and 1 DNF plus I learned that the difference between a Greek Yiros and a Turkish Kebab is the spices that are used on the meat, rather than a Victorian vs South Australia language debate.
Loved the gates here! [^]
Pretty and interesting entrance and then a cache as well.
Happy EMO for us today

First find of the day. Had a little trouble with GPSr telling me I was still on the road which was a little frustrating as I was in the middle of the rose garden. Eventually I told it where to go, and we found it in the third place I looked. First place seemed obvious, but too easily muggled, second looked like cachers had given it a good looking at many times, then the third made sense (and was a whole lot easier to open).
This has been on my list for a while, had looked a couple if times but no joy. With a hint from a friend the cache was found on my way home from work tonight. Great hide and TFTC
This one is frustrating the hell out of me it shouldn't be that hard!!! I think this is my fifth attempt but I'll keep trying
Came here last night and didn't find it. Misplaced my glasses somewhere while caching around this area, so returned again in daylight. Found cache, but still haven't found glasses.
Was back here between theatre gigs in April (around the 18th I think) and found and signed log then.
Sorry for late log, just realised it had been missed in the theatre season rush!
A neat hide, easily done in the evening when there are few muggles around.

Nice find while out and about with Tomboy711, we had a lovely day exploring the surrounding area, I am sure I put my hand on that spot more than once before we realised it was a cache. Coords were spot on. TFTC
Found on second attempt but only after phoning a friend. It poured while we were there so it was good to log a find. Great cache.
Wow couldn't believe I put my hand right on it!!! Been waiting to find one of those for a while now tftc
Easy find this time. Definitely not here last time. Found with3LG and the x-trailers
Being such a nice night there is only one thing to do...go caching : ) picked up earthlight and The X-Trailers and headed down to this part of town, been here before and got a DNF but tonight we struck gold, clever hide. TFTC
I found my way through the gate to the memorial park and left the bike against a tree
With no one around I expected a quick cache find
At the top of the small hill I found an unexpected sight [:o]
Muggle bike riders going around and around and around and around ....
.... ooh !! I'm feeling dizzy [xx(]
Spinning around, I scanned the surrounds for any hiding spots.
There were plenty, but the GPS didn't want to home in on any of them very precisely
So I wandered around for a bit, poking things.
Giving up for a minute or three, I relaxed with a fizzy cola in a shady spot and stared around me.
An idea crept into me head and I wandered over to find the cache in the next spot I looked [:o]
Ha ha ha !!
TFTC !!

have been here so many times looking for it and today i found it by chance straight away as i had been heading to another spot to look for it and found it as i put my hand down.
Certainly worth a favourite!!!! Good one!!! Thanks finnstar99 for the Christmas Day challenge!!
Was in the area after work looking for another cache and stopped off here on my way home. I had been here once before and did not find the cache.
Tonight my caching mojo was on and I found the cache easily in its nice hide with no muggles taking any notice of me.
Stayed to watch some cyclists racing around the track.
Thanks for the cache finnstar99.

Finally no muggles at GZ only a few training cyclists found affter a short search TFTC
As a GOTH I was looking forward to seeing an EMO however I found a cache instead. Had to laugh when Doctor Owl just had no idea what EMO stood for. Cachers are not that observant sometimes. TFTC.
Round and round the mulberry bush, the cachers chased the car park! In the end found one and the snaky little cache was reasonably straightforward after that. Owl didn't see any emos, just two GOTHS, but Mrs M gently pointed out what the initials actually stood for.
Was picking up caches that were reasonable close to home. this one didn't give me to much trouble and I soon had the cache in hand.

Thought this would be easy and just bagging a couple of Difficulty 3s but no luck. Had a good look around where the co-ord said, but came up empty. Spent a nice afternoon out with my lovely daughter so it was not a complete waste of time. A few people bowling and one solitary cyclist on the track. Will try again another time.
