This morning was a wet dull day so we decided to head back to Waddamana and watch some of the videos, unfortunately none of the 3 we watched were as good as the one we watched yesterday. Never mind.We had our picnic lunch at the Museum and the day cheered up into a lovely blue sky/white clouds afternoon. We did some more of the Hydro Power Trail series and then into Bothwell for a short wander and to get some fuel and milk to tide us over for the next week. Then on the A5 back to Penstock via Steppes.Great loop drive and no dnf - yay!Last one for today and another that took me way longer than it should have to locate . TFTC

Hi biggles88, TFTC.
En route to Burnie to visit PharmaAl and thought finding some caches via Miena etc would be ideal.
A fairly quick find once the muggles had moved on.
Gee, this is a great spot to stop and take in a truckload of well presented historical information
Thanks for getting me to stop here.
Cheers, EPs.

Interesting history here. Has been snowing. Quite cold.

It was nice and quiet here after being at the Steppes mosaics. Not a soul here so had lots of time to wander around, read the signs and enjoy the space. The poor dead wombat was still a bit Pingu. When looking for the cache got a bit distracted by a nearby item as the iPad GPS was a bit out. Resorting to the Garmin gave me a bit more accuracy and the cache was found. Nice cache container, albeit a bit nibbled. TFTC.

Alas no luck. Didn't want to push my luck by sticking my fingers into spidery holes to check all possibilities.

Hi biggles58, decided to travel through Interlaken and up the A5 to Deloraine on my way for a couple of days up North to celebrate NatalieC1234's birthday. Really enjoyed the storyboards and popped in to have a look at the hall, lovely stained glass windows. Straightforward find at GZ all good with the cache. Thanks for placing a cache here.
Found as driving past. A lot of history of the region revealed here so it was definitely worth the stop. Thank you Biggles88.
Many possible hiding places, but eventually found. On the road to a meeting in Ulverstone. Tftc
this was by pure accident we found this lying on the ground and fixed it and put it back where we think it was supposed to be the log needs to be replaced though. also had large teethmarks in it we think something was trying to eat it . other than that was a good find. TYFTC
Driving back from Hobart and decided to detour through the Great Lakes due to a crash in Ross holding up traffic.
This one was an easy find with accurate coords and hint. Thanks for the cache.
The container was slightly damaged so we did our best to close it again but it wasn’t quite possible.

T-Tech and I are down from Brisbane for a meandering holiday around Tasmania. We flew to Melbourne where we picked up the campervan and spent a day caching there, then took Spirit of Tasmania I to Devonport. Tick that one off the bucket list!
Today we are travelling from Bracknell to Mount Field National Park. I like looking at old halls and churches. The history display was interesting and we made a quick find of the cache. TFTC, biggles58.

Out and about with the Rafas caching, A day that had it all Rain Hail Snow and Shine all four seasons in one day. It was cold enough to lower the temp. of the motor while going up to Bothwell and warm enough driving from Perth to home to put us all to sleep. a great day caching on an old road thats worth traveling on. lots of GC caches to find, TFTC TNLN log dry.
On way to Hobart from the North West. Only got one other cache so far. It gripes me a bit when you preview a heap of caches at home on the pc. However the App only shows them as Premium caches when out on the job ........ggrrrrr !
Any way rant over. Thanks for your caches biggles58

As we were heading to miena we made the short stop for this cache, as the gate was shut we jumped over and had a short search for the cache.
A quick plan the night before to go out caching out to the great lakes into places JL Rock star and myself had never been before. It was more about exploring and looking around than the caching but that's what bought us up there.
A good day out with accidently catching up with some other friends at miena pub for lunch, with a total of 12 finds.
Thanks for the cache and their placement
