###OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE###
This cache has been flagged as most likely needing some attention. **It is time for the CO to take action.**
I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicate your intention) within 30 days**, so everyone knows exactly what is happening with this cache?
These are your options:
* Take positive action to maintain your cache (Repair/Replace/Correct co-ords etc_) and post an Owner Maintenance log and ENABLE your cache, and then monitor your logs to ensure the problem is resolved.
* If you don't plan on fixing it up then please Archive it so it is removed from searches and someone else can utilise the location. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your cache.
* If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log before the deadline. Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.Please don't send me an email but instead follow the instructions posted above so that all documentation is logged with the cache.
**If there is no restorative action or communication within 30 days , then when I circle back to this one it will be Archived.**
Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible to be Unarchived.
The [Geocache Maintenance guideline](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

As the owner of the farm all around the pub with no beer it’s nice to know there is a cache within its bounds
While in Tassie to catch up with our Daughter we thought we would finally head across to Strahan.
I soo love Tassie and all its history lessons along the way, today my wife and I were in between Great Lake and Hobart so a quick stop off here was in order.
Tftc !

Remembered this whilst we were returning via the Highlands. Imagined it would be at the pub but soon discovered otherwise
A cool little spot with some interesting history. TFTC

A wonderful way to spend the week in Tasmania with friends. Gorgeous day. Thoroughly enjoyed the find. TFTF.
Well that certainly was not what I expected and burst out laughing when I saw it. Two caches here fr the price of one. Both a GC and GA. Muggle found one and I the other.
Thanks very much for placing this one here for our amusement.

This was an opportune grab on the way from Bothwell to Hobart as there was ample time up the sleeve. With the pub itself long gone it was interesting to read the plaque regardless. After a walk through Bothwell last night it looks like it's not the only public house to have ceased trading in this areas history.
The cache was found easily in a logical location and the log was signed quickly as it was drizzling lightly, Cache is in good condition and was returned as found to its snug. My thanks to biggles58 for getting us to stop here because I would never have otherwise, there is no other sign that anything was ever here from the road. Thanks also of course for the cache and the smiley today.

The kids were a bit bemused as to why I stopped here. They read the plaque and I stamped the log. Thanks
For a pub with no beer, this area attracts a lot of drinkers. Empty bottles (whole and broken) chucked about. GZ stinks with a dead chicken. Feathers scattered everywhere. Coordinates for me where among the plants, but I checked the inside of the tree (carnage in there too) and a stump - carnage continues - but I couldn't find a cache. Smelly and disgusting at present. DNF!
One lonely chicken wandering about among it all.

Tassie Trip Day 54 - well this run of finds is continuing to grow and so are the number of total finds. The day was another great day for a drive and it was time to collect a couple of missed caches as the informaiton that was need to collect a couple of the cache has now been obtained. So off for a drive.
This was a very dissapointing place to arrive at the GZ there was a number of DEAD CHOOKS so after what was a very dissapointing search we came up empty handed so a DNF
Thanks biggles58 for showing us the pub but no cache for us today may need to be checked.

Could the owner please check or a previous finder confirm the status of the location
Well what a story.... Did a trip with the kids today with the intention of making a purchase at the local gun shop. I left there completely dissapointed with what I found, so the kids and geodogs decided to make something of the trip. So we loaded the Geo app to my phone for the first time in 3 years we set off to find a treasure!. Kids found it in no time a forgotten talent!!!!. On the return trip we discovered the second gun shop. Which actually was where we were meant to be in the first place. Cach found rifle paid for. Thank you sir with out your input it would of been a wasted trip!
Went for a drive through beautiful Tasmanian countryside, saw wombats, eagles, sheep and a pub with no beer.! Had to stop and grab this one. Funny enough me being German I found a German trackable here. Will make sure it will continue on its journey
Quick stop. Mild panic that I lost phone service but my awesome husband and driver loaded the cache up while I went visually searching.
Swapped bugs here. We'll take this one South and see what happens next

Day ten of our holiday in Tassie. Bettyboo3747 and I are traveling from Tarraleah to Oatlands..
Sad to leave Tarraleah (particularly as the cache there was archived days before we arrived - and it is not there!), but time to go to the sunny central regions
Collected a few caches on our travels and then got out the deadly treadlies for a ride around Oatlands.
Very cute!
Not only no beer, but nothing to eat either! Lucky there was a cache here!
Thanks, Robmc.

#14314. Day 10 of our 3 week holiday in Tasmania and Robmc and I have now left Tarraleah and arrived in Oatlands for two nights. I was hopeful of some sunnier and warmer weather but that hasn't really happened. It was a lovely drive and we managed to find 11 caches along the way and have a DNF as well.
Well, this was certainly not what I was expecting but how great was the surprise! I do love the surprises that geocaching delivers sometimes.
Found a pair of glasses in a case lying nearby - in a case from an optician in Bunyip, Vid. I wonder if they belong to a geocacher?
Favourite point for bringing us here.
Thanks biggles58

Required a bit of a stop and think but found it! There were no spiders. Lots of broken glass in the pub with no beer site but not where it is hidden.
Boxing Day visit bothwell my brother for BBQ, via stop to short to GZ, sign in as no trouble..
Thank you for bring me here...

One is sure going to stay stone cold sober at this Pub! But hey, there was a saving grace and that was a cache nearby. SL at 12.20pm #4968 TFTC biggles58
A quick find on a beautiful spring day. Taking the opportunity to grab a few caches while heading back home to the north west coast after a weekend in Hobart. A quick find after admiring the pub. We've driven this road a few times and have never noticed this artwork previously. TFTC

A Pub with No Beer, is about as good, as a Cache with no Location. Quick find, and returned with a little bit more care.
A nice quick hide as we head to Bothwell. Returning to where out mate Dave Somerville lived to reminisce. Left a couple of pathtags. Fond memories of this lovely spot. TFTC
picked this one up on our way home Thursday as we traced our steps looking for a lost Wallet. CO im so very sorry but there was a hunsman spider at Gz so cache was not recovered after signing but rather thrown in as to say im terrified of all spiders would be gross under statement.
Last one for us today. How cute a location. Drove past here a couple of times an had not seen this feature. Tftc
A quick stop whilst driving from Devonport to Hobart today.
TNLNSL, thanks for the cache biggle58.

Good thing we had the cellar in our motorhome well stocked. The leprechauns that reside within would be most annoyed! As would the gnomes, some of whom are also partial to the odd drop. TFTC.
Didn't take us long to find this one, although I must say that the pub certainly wasn't what we expected.

Our 2nd trip to Tassie and enjoying the beautiful sights. Thanks for highlighting this area and for your cache placement.
First day in Tasmania on a 10-day sight-seeing trip, enjoying the scenery and natural beauty.
I wonder if you could ride to the pub with no beer on a horse with no name !
Thanks biggles58 and the other Tassie COs who made the 2500km trip so memorable .

In May, I spend some wonderful days in Tasmania together with xhead. The wild nature with its mountains, steep cliffs and wide, green forests was amazing. Especially we liked the special wildlife you can only find here. We visited Port Arthur, the really great Unzoo where you can spot Tasmanian devils and many other animals, we hiked in the Cradle Mountain Park and explored some places on the North coast before taking the ferry to Melbourne. On our Tassie-visit, we searched for some caches. Some were really well hidden, and it took us some time to find. Thanks a lot to the Tasmanian GC-Community for hiding all this caches.

Together with Akirey I spent some weeks on Tasmania. We visited many great spots like the Unzoo in the South East or the wilderness near Mt.Ossa. Also we searched for some caches and luckily we found the most if them.

We're half way through our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we have a whole island of caching fun ahead of us!

Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Housesitting in Campania we have been radiating out each day.
Checked the map and decided we could tackle these few caches to gain our smilies for today.
Pulled up at GZ and a muggle was parked nearby he pushed off with his dog and a swift find was made.
