### MAINTENANCE REQUIRED? ###
I notice from recent log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of owner intervention as there are one or more comments in regard to the state of the cache log. It leads one to the contention that the cache container is no longer water proof. Therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
A basic tenet of geocaching is that **the cache log needs to be signed to record a find,** see here: [Logging of All Physical Geocaches](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#logging). At the moment this would seem to be extremely difficult if not impossible to meet that requirement in regard to this cache.
Prompt attention by cache owners to any log that indicates anything could be amiss is greatly appreciated by all seekers. The guideline advises; ***"if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can."*** see here: [Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance ) and here's how; [Temporarily Disable and Enable,](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235) also check out this Blog: [Helpful Tips To Keep In Mind As A Geocache Owner.](http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/)
Please respond to this situation by ** 25th May** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Very difficult to sign log as its drenched, did try tho.. Was just on the ground as well.
Found by a group of Girl Guides. This was our first time going Geocaching
After a fun day in the snow with Nut bear we picked this one up on the way home.
Another easy find but another saturated log. We had to pour the water out of the zip lock bag that was housing the cache that was swimming in it. Only just managed to write our names in the log.
Thanks bingami for the cache.

Found this one on a great day out with BorisB&Natasha.

Another easy find, and maybe not just seal bags struggle with wet valley weather, in a box but log still soggy!
As we pulled up at gz for our second stop there was one obvious contender for a hide, and sure enough, there it was. Unfortunately, even though it is double bagged, the cache and logbook are wringing wet. We managed to sign the log, but only just. Alas, no gold to be found today. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Found it! Out for a short stroll after having skeletal adjustment work and much needing to stretch out a bit. Decided to go for a wander around the Britannia Creek area. This cache was the fourth in todays quest, however as with the earlier ones it was also very wet. Surprised to see the old hall has been sold off and is now being used as a house although considering the vandalism that it use to cop, it's probably a good way of protecting it....TFTC
Nice little detour of the Warby Hwy on a pleasant Saturday arvo caching. As previously mentioned log is saturated despite being inside a couple of plastic bags. TFTC
Thanks for this great little series of caches whilst up camping at the doon for the weekend SL.
Nice quick one in the rain. Met a muggle, and we moved a fallen tree off the road. Then continued on with the cache. Lovely spot. Would like to own property here Thanks!
Found this one easily, but not in very good condition. Dried out what I could, but the log is soggy.
I overthought this one. Plus it was a very well camouflaged hide. Nicely done.
Rebel Acts and I caught up for an easterly caching run for the morning. This is one we found today. Thanks.
With a couple of hours to spare headed out with trailrunning, I was on a mnission to bring up the 12k. This was one of the caches we found for the quick trip.
Not quite breezy enough to hoist the sails up the mast, but the wild strawberries at the base were very tasty TFTC
A great little series of caches. Found with Bro_poi and Rainbow Rabbits b4 exploring the britannia caves. Thanks
Last year I gave Mr Morris a half day caving trip at the caves near Yarra Junction and 11months and 2 weeks later we finally made the trek to do them.
We completed this set of caches after our caving and before we were too stiff and sore to move. Took the coin to move along

Found easily (left 10 years geocaching coin after holding it for a while since we found it in the Cairns area)
Out geocaching on a day off today with the target of finding my 3000th cache.
Quick find in its hidey hole all nice and dry and waiting for my log.
Thanks for placing this cache bingami and Mincka

Left very exposed! We have covered it up now with the usual caching cover, we suspect maintenance on the mast by muggles may have exposed it. We left a peg and took a small knight - I don't often take anything but always leave something, this handsome fellow caught my eye and will be give pride of place in my VERY small caching collection TFTC and thanks for the collectable fellow cachers

It was a lovely day for a drive up the valley today. I noticed this series of caches, so decided to explore the area. This one was also wet inside the container, but the log was fine in it's plastic bag. I dried out the container and the other items. It was sitting out quite exposed, so I put it against the tall object, although it is still easy to see. tftc.
Crusty.

While we were staying at Milgrove with & Others for the weekend we took the opportunity to take a walk around the guide camp which held some very special memories of happy times. I had been very heavily involved with the movement while my girls were in the movement.
This was a nice easy find and the forth on our walk.
So good to see the camp alive and well soon.
Thanks for the walk down memory lane bingami

Out on a Friday night adventure with Poptoppete picking up a few caches. Lots of wombats tonight. Tftc
Found this one tonight. I logged this one as part of the series and also finding caches within a week of publishing. I was at the right place - couldn't find the cache, expanded search, went back to original location, still no luck and then it started pouring so back to the car to wait out the rain. Once the rain had stopped, I went back and just as I located the cache a car came down the road. He saw my car and stopped to check it out. I went back and reassured him that I was fine and signed log and returned cache to its hide.
Thanks for the cache bingami.

The bananas on approaching this series expected it to be about some girl named Britney or a little self indulgence.
This camp appears to be a beauty though.
B2 saw the wise owl here and swapped yet another pathtag.
Another great little effort and very rewarding treasures for those that follow.
Thank you bingami and Mincka.
