No response from owner. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Could not find it, 5 DNFs before and the owner no longer able to maintain the cache - sounds like no hope.
First thing I spotted was the pen from inside which had obviously been dropped, then I saw the container. Nice hide. TFTC
Hello.
I am moving away from Christchurch and therefore cannot look after this geocache. If anyone would like to look after this geocache then that would be very welcome.
Thanks,
1matthew
PS - Just email me if you are interested

Today we did a daytrip to ChCh to finish off our November Challenge (and of course to collect a few more smilies aswell.) We didnt have a plan, we just looked at what was next and went for it. We thought we had found it with 30seconds when we saw an eclipse container on the ground but didnt had anything in it. The GPS was taking us to more interesting things so it wasnt exactly a quick find. Once we expanded our search we saw it straight away. Thanks for the cache
[green] What a day. Out on the bike again, hoping for my target of 40 caches. Wasn't looking like I was going to make it - multis, wherigos and DNFs slow you down. And I had a LOT of DNFs today - one had even been archived just a few days ago. But I got my 40, although I arrived back at the backpackers an hour later than hoped. Hot, tired, sweaty, smelly, happy. And sun burnt. Better pack the sunscreen tomorrow.
The significance of the title is lost on me. But then, I'm not a local. Cache was an easy find, though.

A quick find on a cold and blustery day. Visiting CHCH for the week and grabbed this after taking the little ones for a swim at Pioneer Pool. TFTC.
Stopped by here this morning on a walk. Staying a few days in Christchuch with my brother before heading back to the US. Spotted cache fairly quickly and was able to retrieve it without being spotted. Signed the log and snuck it back in place. Many thanks for the hide.
Closest to home but it's taken us a while to tick this one off. Log was quite damp. Dried it a bit and sealed it in a plastic bag to hopefully keep it a bit drier. TFTC
This cache was one of 350 found on a short trip back to New Zealand, which was principally organised so that I could attend my Great Grandmother's 100th birthday.
I have a great time and enjoyed a great variety of caches, most of which were new (ie published in the past couple of years ).
Thanks for all the great caches.

6936. Our church walking group started and finished its walk at PMH today so this was a 'must do' while in the area. This took mere seconds from car parking to cache finding. Thanks. Rodney and Iris.
Waiting for a passing muggle to disappear then soon had the log signed. No sign of the tb. Tftc
Quick find. Had to wait for muggles to pass by before we could replace it. Thanks for the cache.
So we made the 3+ km urban trek to find this little gem tonight. We were hoping to help move the geocoin along, but somebody beat us to it. Also, the pen has run dry so we darkened Clurbee's log (hope you don't mind), signed our own, then took a nice stroll through the gym nearby. I was surprised at the deliciousness of their chilled water from the fountain. May sound strange, but that was a highlight of this one! Thank You 1matthew! =)
Nice quick find on the way to swimming. The pen didn't work though and I wasn't prepared so couldn't sign the log. Tftc.
A quick wee find, I manage to park right beside the cache pretty much. TFTC.Cheers Bo
In the area for the day, whilst doing a NZ cruise. Enjoyed driving around this area. Amazed at the devestation from the earthquake. Poked around in a nearby area before finally finding the correct GZ and cache. Left TB. Thanks 1matthew.

Certainly a cache where the pool being closed increases the chances of finding it. That's it for the day - back to the Deathstar I go.
I needed at least one cache today to fill up a Dot Day and I didn't finish work until 8pm so it was getting dark by the time I got here. I was pleased that it was a quick find and very few muggles around. I just have one complaint and as a Lyttelton born and bred person the spelling of this caching is very annoying. When I was in the UK I was rapt to find a place called Lyttelton Arms which was just down the road from Hagley Hall where Lord Lyttelton lives.
Down in ChCh just overnight to see the awesome Foo Fighters in concert. Decided to try and find this one on the way to the venue but there were just too many Muggles around. Had another go on the way back to our accommodation afterward and SUCCESS! Happy to keep my streak going despite being in another part of the country. TFTC!
I gave this a good nudge a while ago with no luck due to many muggles about. However, tonight at 10ish it was a different story with a quick find. Cheers
Took a while. Found once I broadened the search area. Map had me thinking it might be near the power transformer.
Cache for the day. Getting further and further from home so lucky this was a quick find and sign between passing cars. TFTC

Today's walk was a 12 km loop round part of Cashmere with the main aim of finding the Wherigos that there are there and this was the first find on the loop.

#8805. After getting the final coords of a nearby wherigo, we walked on to this one. A Saturday proved to be a good day to do this one. TFTC.
After having a go at the nearby wherigo, we walked on to this cache as it was not too far away. Luckily not too busy while we were there. After initially searching in the wrong place, StreetWalker spotted the cache. TFTC.
Visiting Christchurch for Christmas - first find while here while everyone still in bed. Nice quick find

Walked in circles for a while before zoning in while out caching with warfi. Thanks 1matthew
Was at Pioneer watching my daughter play basketball so naturally I had a look to see if there were any caches in the area! This one was handy so nipped out between games to grab it. Must be the easiest find I've ever had!! TFTC.
