CO said in Dec when disabling this one is no longer there, perhaps they meant to archive instead of disabling?
With all the upgrade landscape works, this hide has been muggle. In need of a replacement container
Went looking for this one today after two team searching around a very cleared out sea we ended up calling this one as needing some love.
No find for us im afraid, seems area has been cleaned up, might need to be checked on and replaced
Busy day today from mid afternoon, so thought I'd head north before lunch to grab a few caches first.
Went for six - found four, aborted one and DNFed one.
Then with all my obligations done, I tried a bit of night caching on the way home - and found one more!
HUZZAH!
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
Continued down the road from the find at Mt Colah and climbed the track up to North Street, then to the park and GZ.
Needed to circle as a few council workers discussed what appears to be the razing of GZ. From what I could see from a distance I was worried that the cache had gone.
Once they'd left I had a better search, but didn't spot it. I suspect it's been cleaned up.
Of course there's the chance it's there but moved or buried.
Gave it up and made my way back to the car.

Certainly 'out there'

Almost raining and high heels are not too good in this terrain, but GC located and I've 'bugged' it too. Cache in an interesting spot - could end up being spotted by a muggle, I'm thinking. Needs more camo?? But I put back where I found it. Thanks for the cache!
Grabbed with KittyKatch on a trip up north for a long weekend.
May the Caches be with you Jess&Sophie-Leigh!
Cheers,

GrimRaider and I stopped in here to grab a cache while picking up the Trigs in the area. There were some kids playing sport on the oval but I snuck in and made the find. I picked up at TB and dropped some swag. TFTC
It was hot, there were many Muggles playing cricket on the nearby oval, I didn't have too much of a look after disturbing a few spider webs.
Out with Opa-Bob passing through these parts today, collecting up some roadside caches on the way home - this and another seemed an easy detour off the beaten track, so we headed on here for our final find before returning home for the day - and this was a little disappointing to say the least...as Opa-Bob said the cache was in a bush - but when he says bush, he actually means a dead bush, with no foliage - just sticks and twigs. So basically the cache is sitting in plain sight to anyone who happens to be looking that way - and I have a tendency to agree with Opa-Bob that this couldn't be the intended location...but failing to know where it should have been our only option was to replace as found. I didn't even get to work out what the Dalmatians were reference to....Thanks for the quick and easy cache and smiley anyway Jess&SophieLee.
This isn't what I would have chosen as my 600th find, but it was what came up while picking up a few roadside caches on the way home, via a leisurely route, after a quick trip down to Penrith this morning. This was a pretty easy find ... I just followed the compass direction into a geotrail and immediately saw the cache sitting in a bush ... without any camo at all. While I returned the cache to where I found it, I am concerned that it is no longer where the owner originally placed it ... it may be a good idea for the CO to do a maintenance check on the cache. I took the Clydekitty TB and dropped a Shire Legal TB.
Thanks for placing this cache here, Jess&Sophie-Leigh.

The cache is still there. But, the area is a mess of fallen and chopped trees. Really good idea to move this a few metres.

I'm hoping the CO can check that the cache is still there.
A large tree has come down at GZ, and the area is quite badly damaged.
Cheers!

We called in here on the way north, and parked very close to the cache. A short walk took us to GZ, and a little distance from there was the container, easily seen from some metres away. A number of non-cachers seemed to have signed the log book, but everything was still OK. We left a TB, thanks for the hide.
We knew of this cache but have not had the opportunity to pick it up until today. This morning we were in the area so we drove down to this pleasant park and made a quick find. Thanks Jess&Sophie-Leigh.

Any bushes around here?, there are lots of bushes around here...I found it anyway. Thanks.
Nice find with the kids at a park we used to visit a lot. Was a bit uncovered so we re-hid a little more convincingly. Thanks!

I had to go into Hornsby so thought I would swing by and grab this cache. A girl's soccer game was in full swing however the cache's location meant that didn't cause a problem. My GPSr settled on some open ground so used the hint and soon found the cache's hiding spot. I didn't quite understand the significance of the cache name..... until I found it!! Well done Jess&Sophie-Leigh on your first geocache hide.

Found it between 1st and Reserves football. Was simple while collecting a stray ball!

22/05/14. 6:58 AM. Cache #1558. After my DNF here a couple of weeks ago, a past finder pointed my attention to the spoiler photo (how did I miss that?) and advised that it was a bit further out than the published coordinates. This morning, I found it easily on the opposite side of the dirt path to where I'd been looking. I put the decimals as 915 & 615. Back to Wahroonga next for The Secret Path. TFTC }:)
I left work early to pick up my car from a repair, and had some time before going out to dinner, so checked to see if there were any caches nearby. I was a bit surprised to see this one, as I didn't recall receiving the notification, and also because caches in this area usually require walking through the bush (and I wasn't wearing leech-proof clothing) and/or solving impossible puzzles. Pleasantly surprised. I parked along the road, marveled at the strong fence (and its premature end), then started the search. I used richary's co-ords, and immediately saw the container fairly exposed, so I retrieved it (cute covering), signed the log, then replaced with a smidgen more camo. I then had a look around the oval, scanning the QR-game-stickers nearby. Thanks for the cache!
First of the day on a run northward from home. Like others found the cache to be on the other side of the path from where the iPhone was taking me but only about 10 metres out. Luckily the soccer had finished for the day and I only had one muggle to dodge while doing the search. The coordinates I came up with were
S 33° 39.916 E 151° 06.618
Thanks Jess&Sophie-Leigh

Thought I'd better go and grab this one as it's not far from home. Missed the FTF chance when I was on a plane so today I dropped by. Funny how the impressive fence just stops there. Pointer pointed right at GZ and I found the cache in seconds. It's slightly larger than a small and by today's standards it's almost a large! Signed the log as 3TF and replaced, adding some camo as it's a bit obvious. A bit of camo paint might help it last longer.
Thanks!
Thanks!
2TF YAY.
GPS had us searching around the wrong bushes but with the hint and geo sense we soon had CIH.

10/05/14. 11:39 AM. First to not find, sigh. After "Dinosaurs must die" and "Gundah Ridge Library" up further north at Mount Kuring-Gai, I came down here and looked high and low in the bushes for at least 20 minutes. A plastic bag contained what may have been the contents of a Dalmatian's back end, but no cache. I'm wondering from one of the logs if the coordinates are out a bit. I put too much stock in where the satellite photo was directing me.
Time to leave the north - the afternoon was spent on caches around Blacktown, starting with "When Love Comes To Town" in Doonside next. I'll put this on my watch-list and come back later.

Have double checked coordinates, they seem to be right, please see photo for map image which is spot on.
Spent today doing some High D/T caches in the Newcastle area with Chudles and noted this listing on the way home. With the adrenalin still running wild from Enigmatic (5/5) this one helped close the day. Thanks Jess&Sophie-Leigh.
FTF... managed to beat the local FTF legend today!!
