I'm assuming that if No.2 was archived, this one would be too...so I'm getting in first to avoid the embarrassment. Good luck to anyone who might like to place a cache here in 2022.
Regatta Park is still under construction. CTTE#2 is most likely still in place, and CTTE#1 is most probably not. Both are not accessible to the public at this stage. The council website still lists the proposed opening date as "late 2022." Archiving either cache will not allow any other players to use the space until it is reopened, at which stage I will check on both, make necessary changes, and enable them.
The following website has the project stages listed.

The exciting transformation of Regatta Park at the Nepean River is well underway. Work started in early August focussing on the riverbank, from River Road to the river foreshore. The riverbank is still temporarily closed and is expected to reopen in December 2021.

Sad to see the damage caused by the flood. Thanks for replacing this cache. Found on the ground but put it back where we thought it came from. TFTC
River has receded and this cache can be enabled. have replaced the one that was washed away.
Yay! Our 100th find. Great spot, hope to find some more on the walk.
Log was a bit damp.

This one took me a while to find. Some of the photos were really unhelpful but found in the end. Was looking for a hook but found somewhere else. Thanks for this series and I loved it. Thanks. Also I did not have a pen but here is evidence

Love this one. Great alcove, TFTC and maintaining this despite the muggles lurking around.
Doing this while completing the adventure lab for Penrith. I'm out with gremlinkids and gremlindaddy biking round as today is a gorgeous day for some GC fun!

Two sets of eyes better than one made for a quick find in the quite part of the path
The potential of not finding this cache is high, but cachey senses honed I’m on it pretty well! Lovely quiet spot by the water
Nice find for geokid, we had our coords off a little but eventually we were successful. No pen so photo proof.
Kept susing the wrong tree but my mum got it in the end.
Needs new paper though

Last find of the day for us as we did this series in reverse. A great series of caches, not too hard and zero bush bashing required. A lovely sopt too and a great walk. tHanks for placing the series Alnic39
Nice 5km run along the river trail, this series provided a pleasant detour along the way, running from cache to cache. I walked around in circles for a bit but eventually spotted it. Love this track.

Today was a beautiful day, so we decided to drive to a part of Sydney we never visited before; Penrith.
The walk along the Nepean river was enjoyable, but too bad the other side of the river has not that many cache to make it a full loop.

#7021. I flew over to Sydney on Sunday from New Zealand. Have a week of geocaching in NSW and ACT before I attend the Mega event and fly back home to Wellington. Today the mission was to check out a few challenge caches and virtuals in the Blue Mountains. But stopped in Penrith and Emu Plains to buy some breakfast and lunch. Came down to the riverside park and after a feed I decided to check a few of these out before heading up the hill. Meandered back from the other two caches and got to GZ. Had a good wander around. The first area I checked was the right idea. Just needed to gain a bit of elevation and there it was. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache as found. Thanks alnic39 for the cache. Now time to go hunt those challenges.
Quickly spotted. Was very foggy out this morning. Fav point for the series. Tftc
Well that didn't take too long on a foggy morning.
No muggles so early, it's too cold for them.
Thanks for the cache.

Out caching with a muggle friend who introduced me to Pokémon Go as I introduced him to caching.
An easy find along a nice walk.

We decided on a walk around our old stamping ground of Emu Plains whilst we were waiting for our car to be serviced. A beautiful overcast day for just such a venture. Easy little park and grab. TFTC
OCW Brewmaker and EverestHigh.
A day trip out west took us down to the river. We did this trail in reverse order and enjoyed a nice walk.
Originally leaving this one empty handed, I was happy to hear that Co had done some very swift maintenance to replace the cache and allow this one to be logged as Found.

After an earlier DNF, a message to the CO who later confirmed it had gone AWOL. A quick replacement, and with permission, logging a FOUND IT. Thanks alnic39 for the rapid response and maintenance. If only I was that good at fixing mine. And YES, we were close to the edge at times. An enjoyable little trail through unfamiliar territory. TFTC
After an initial DNF the CO dropped over to do maintenance allowing us to turn this into a smiley. TFTC alnic39
Having logged most of this series back in March this year I have been thwarted in nailing this one, after several attempts, by the persistent presence of fisherpersons at GZ. Not so at the time of my visit on 17/10/18 and so was finally able to locate the cache and sign the log then.
