Thanks for organising this event McAdies. My first group meet and greet in ballarat. what a nice way to start the week-end. hope to catch up with fellow ballarat geocahers at another event in the future

Wow. I really am the worst logger ever.

Thought I better finally log this event... I got interviewed here and all =D
I hadn't slept a wink, I had been up caching all night/morning with dbelco & geordiefamily.
We were a little early, us cachers don't always do the best flash mobs, we all congregate in little groups around the area beforehand, n' sometimes after too, haha.
Met up with some fellow Geelong cachers that were all keen to get away from me and let me handle it when the lady with the mic and headphones came over.
Everyone said I did really well.
Good to see some new and old faces.
Great turnout despite the time of morning.
Appreciate the work gone into setting up an event. Good work.
Now home bound for OUR WWFM.....

Original plan to cache until 2am but then plans changed and we stayed for this event. Thanks for organising it and having us. Nice to meet some fellow cachers Now off to our local WWFM event

A cool morning, but no rain. Good to see some familiar faces and some new ones. Passed on two TBs. Thanks to McAdies for organising this event.

Well what a way to start the day. A great event held early this morning and a lot of chatter and laughs happening. Who felt the cold I didn't haha. A few of us headed off to Maccas for breakfast and then set off on a days caching as a group.

Thanks so much for organising this one in Ballarat, and it was good to see a decent turn out including some from Geelong. Breakfast at Maccas after then a day of caching with 2 Wanderers, Misschief18 and chooknchunk. Lots of fun was had.

After I had booked us some overnight accommodation, the realisation that this event was on early in the morning and nearby to our accommodation. Couldn't resist the opportunity to catch up with friends old and new. Log signed, ftf awarded and off we go. Impromptu breakfast gathering closer to the city, then caching our way home to Echuca. Thanks for organising the event.

A year ago we had under 10 finds. Even 2 weeks ago we only had 60. Thanks to all the wonderful Ballarat Geocachers we have met recently, this morning we clocked up 100 finds at this event. Thank you to McAdies for organising it. It was worth getting up at 6.30am. The day started brilliantly and continued to get better as we spent the rest of the day caching with some of our new geocaching friends.

A good event with many cachers attending. Always nice to meet old friends and the new cachers. Thanks to McAdies for organising this event.

Thanks Ben and Karen for organizing this event. Made the decision to come at 6am this morning and made it with minutes to spare. Hope u enjoy the rest of your long weekend, now on to Geelong for their event.
