Starting to get the hang of these caches, I was able to find quickly. Thanks for bringing me along this trail.
Took the opportunity to grab a few more caches in the series after shopping at nearby Fountain GateOnly targeted the more easily found caches i.e. no recent dnf and those virtually clear of blackberry bushAll caches found in good conditionMany thanx to Pinkpiggy7
So a friendly dog came up to help us! Wasn't a fan off clammering up the embankment but we found the cache and signed log.
I need to find caches in Casey on the 25th of the month for a couple of challenges I am working on so I decided to do a few more in this series - we last time I did a section on this trail was more than 8 years ago! A quick find in a familiar hiding spot.
In the area today with the aim to find two caches on the Hallam Bypass Trail to complete this section of the series. Despite the long grass, due to spot on coords the caches were an easy find. Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for placing the cache, I am looking forward to completing the series
looked all around in this section of the trail, but found nothing. Will have to return another day.
Looked for a while
Saw a pile of rocks I was sure were concealing they cache but unfortunately nothing was there

Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

I don't usually like walking along freeways, but am needing quite a few more power trail caches for a challenge cache Ive signed, so hear I briefly am today. Can he located and signed.
With this cache, I've nearly completed the series. The hardest part of this cache was getting to the wall, and the recent rains were being enjoyed by the grass. It's nice to see some new banksia plants along the trail. Thanks for the hide!
Finally I can take my many weekend time in lieu hours and what better way to use them than caching! I met RoamingHowie on this drizzly day and started to think it was not the best idea but off we went along the trail anyway.
We are on the home stretch now with only a few to go before Mr RoamingHowie needs to be back for the big Mega announcement tonight. Luckily we found this and are on our way.
Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for this series

What a miserable day to be outside… bring on spring! I caught up with Kristysadventures for an opportune stroll along this trail.
I spotted this one before we even reached GZ. A nice quick find.
Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Nice quick easy find while we were out for a walk this evening after the sun had gone down, the lack of light made it a little harder to work out the path in behind the vegetation but we eventually go there and located this one. TFTC
I’m trying to fill in some dates on my calendar so this one was todays. I can't believe the road planners make these estates so complicated, but eventually, I was in the right place, parked the car, walked to the trail and saw 3 council lawnmowers heading right for GZ! So I slowed my pace, let the dog sniff all she wanted and waited for them to get well ahead before leaving the trail.
They did a nice job of making our trek to the undergrowth a bit easier, so I should be grateful really, though they did block my plans later for avenging a previous DNF by stopping for a break right where I needed to be, oh well.... A nice easy find in the end, though having the dog pull on the lead going up is ok, but pulling me down on the way down the hill is not so much fun ;D
Thanks Pinkpiggy7

Out for a walk on a sunny Melbourne day and picked up another couple of caches along this trail to fill another day on the caching calendar. There were no Muggles to be seen while we were in the area today and Mr Pooky made another relatively quick easy find. TFTC. TNLN.
To many people are finding our caches in breach of lockdown provisions, disabling until things are open again.
Found on our Valentines Day out caching during #melblockdownV3.0 TFTC great swaps.

In the area this afternoon and decided yet another regular sized cache was in order.
A nice quick find, in the logical spot.
Took the Belvita Soft Bakes.
Left our mark in the log book.
Thanks for the cache Pp7.

Found it! Good hiding spot, but definitely findable ... Grand Final Day 2019! Caen Tigers!
Surprisingly quiet along the trial tonight which makes it perfect for a relaxing search. Nice size container made for a fairly quick find by the geo hubby before I had even caught up with him. I did get the pleasure of signing the log though.
Thanks Pinkgiggy7 for this series.

It's a beautiful warm afternoon so decided to go out with the geokids to pick up some easy caches along the Hallam Bypass Trail. This one was spotted by the older geokid. The little geokid was really excited seeing quite a decent sized cache and expected to see plenty of swap. Unfortunately that was not the case. Nevertheless there were swaps for the little geokid was to trade. While he did his swap trades I signed the log.

I did the vast majority of this series a few months ago and was in the area today with the task of finishing it off. An easy find along this nice walkway, TFTC!
A high pedestrian traffic area it seems. A busy New Years morning with lots of walkers out and about. Thanks
Ruverbug's living riding her new bike along this path.
In the interests of finishing 2018 without logs owing these logs will be somewhat generic, #sorry #notsorry #butkindofsorry.
Nearly three years ago Little Ruverbug and I, back near the beginning of our geocaching adventures put a call out on a social media geocaching site asking for recommendations for local trails of caches that were fun. A couple of people suggested PP7 Hallam Bypass Trail. So Little Ruverbug and I walked (she walked party and I pushed her in a pram part of the way) the western end. These caches were right at the end of our first 100 that we found.
Since then we've found another 600 including going to the centre of specifically for an event (and building a holiday around that).
Some of my all time faves have been PinkPiggy7 caches.
Thanks for placing and maintaining your ace caches PP7.
Maybe it's end of year nostalgia but you make caching in south east Melbourne fun.

Found at 1440 while walking the trail with Muggle-L. I took the prize here, and for some reason the arrangement of the containers put me in mind of the Russian Matryoshka nesting dolls, I was almost expecting to also find a mint tin holding a bison holding a nano!
Thanks Pinkpiggy7.
Thanks Pinkpiggy7.
I couldn't help but notice that this one was like the babushka dolls of caches! Tftc
As we walked along the walking/cycling track we did not encoutner a single person.
Maybe everyone was at Fountain gate for the boxing day sales?
The cache was impossible to miss.

This is interesting - a Small within a Regular sized container! This was discussed at the Reviewers session at the Parkville event - still don't know what was the outcome, but I agree with your Size - it's a Regular [^]
And the container with a bright red top makes it look like rubbish that has collected around there - so it won't be muggled I reckon
Thanks Pinkpiggy7.

Find #3737. Found @ 07:37
I had an errand to run in Pakenham this morning, and decided to stop off and grab a couple of caches on the way home.
This was a pretty quick find, although I had to wait out some passing muggles before I returned to the track.
Took nothing, left trackable, signed log and visited some other trackables.
Thanks for the cache Pinkpiggy7

Find #4565
Had a rare spare weekday afternoon and decided to target a few caches on the Hallam Bypass Trail and nearby. After a quick find nearby I hurried on to this one knowing I had left the car in a spot that could raise the ire of some nearby residents if they happened to turn up at the wrong time. I hoped for a quick find and I was granted my wish as I was able to turn up the cache here without too much trouble. Fortunately when I got back to my car the windows were still intact and the tyres inflated! Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache and the series Pinkpiggy7.

With the sun warming my back, I had a smile on my face as I finally got around to attempting to complete this series. It’s been a long while since I started and there were only 5 left to try. Thanks for the fun PP7
Thanx for an awesome find.
I dragged hubby n kids out for a day in the winter sun.
Not only did i get a cache in but hubby has agreed this path would b a great family bike ride.
Everything is coming up milhouse!!!!

A Bit of bushbashing to get to GZ , but quickly had this one in our Hands . Thanks Pinkpiggy7
Having dropped the car at the local service centre I had a few hours to kill so what better reason for a walk. With the coast clear of muggles, I had all the time needed to search and after a short scramble, a good sized cache was uncovered. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kkams
I often get spam emails for growing power, but they aren't aimed at geocachers.
Out and back along the Hallam Trail trying not Bypass any caches, I covered just under 19km along the enjoyable track. After recent difficulties doing suburban trails this was a very welcome layout, with few muggles along the trail and no awkward placements outside schools and next to playgrounds. Just 3 DNFs (which is a good stat for me). And a great and witty mix of containers kept the interest levels high all the way.
Thanks for the cache and series, Pinkpiggy7.

After road tripping to Sale the day before and not having sufficient time for an adequately long walk I decided that I ought to pop down to this series of caches after work for a decently long walk. Almost every cache was found and most were in good condition.
After the previous finder reported this had been muggled I went and checked, and container and contents are still all intact with no problems, not sure what they found
Thinking some of the residual growing agent might be aiding the growth in the area haha. Found after a brief search, TFTC
The storm is about to come. It’s been a very warm day & now the cool change & spooky skies have come. Just a short stroll from home, I thought why not take the risk of being struck by lightning!
A lawn mower was going right near the location. As I make the trek, I realised I could see clear over their fence the mower turned off & I heard talking. As anxiety kicked in, I started preparing for an angry voice asking me what I was up to near their house.
But I kept going, pretending not to notice, & soon had the cache in hand.. & the mower restarted. I’m sure it would’ve been a different story if I was a guy
Signed log. TFTC!!
