Logs
Last one in the series to find unfortunately nothing to find here. Checkup needed
We camouflaged it a little better than it was. It was sitting in the middle of the track
Always nice to be somewhere I haven’t been before. It’s all tucked safely away again…
What a wonderful stroll and adventure we've had today, as I now log our finds, firstly heading north along Larool Cr and then back along Waitara Cr, all the while rock-hoping and taking in every wondrous Fungi, and Waterfall.
At this location a Duck slept on the rocks, ignoring us if actually awake and letting us take snapshot after snapshot, such a change from quaking their heads off and flying away.

Took me a bit longer than it should have but eventual found. Log sheet is nearly full. Tftc
Getting back in touch with our wonderful bush tracks lately and it's always great if there's a cache to be had too. Thanks Mr MR.

OCW SmurfyGuy today.
A quick find. I also managed to revenge a DNF from 2018.
Collected the required information for the final.

Out with Rama497 today. This was out first cache of the day. We headed to another of this series nearby before realizing that we forgot the info required for #7!
A return trip saw us collect the info before once again replacing the container.

We didn't find it the first time. We were looking near the bee's where it was hidden the first time.
So we came home, read the decryption. Went straight back and found it.
Our very first Cache find..️

What a nice piece of bush here. It looks well cared for by he community. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
I needed one find for today. This one seemed ideal. Easy walk to GZ but then the fun started. Spent some 20 min searching before the hiding place became evident. Thanks CO. Now to find the rest. TNLN.
OCW Oldmorty and for the second time in a row we have picked an inclement weather day. Didn't stop us heading to Westleigh with a hit list.
Enroute to the final location of the AL cache we started earlier, we quickly stopped by here. Searched the obvious tree/log and soon had CIH. Signed with the sound of the swollen creek beside us. TFTC!

OCW morty8888 on a miserable winters day. We grabbed this cache while we were doing the CO's Adventure Lab cache. TFTC Mr MR.
Following a report this one might be missing, I took a walk for exercise purposes and found GZ badly disturbed and cacheless, though it could be well buried. I will reposition the cache to a safer spot and well away from the hives that weren't there when it was first placed.

After spending a short while up on the bicycle trails, negotiating the easier tracks with a GPSr dangling from the handlebars, I decided I really ought to be heading over to Hornsby if I still wanted to pick up some caches that I had targeted for this ride.
But a detour is always fun, especially if there is also a cache to be had. I found the little patch of bush and followed a track that looked like it had been freshly raked that morning. At GZ it was a quick search for the container, there I had it in hand. I sat on a large tree stump, completing the signing duties and listening to the water dragons jumping into the water every now and then. I wrote a quick note to myself about the clue for the final cache, and I also noted the bee hives, but kept well clear of them. This was a good spot in the shade to have a bit of a snack, too, and a good drink of water, before heading on over to my intended destination.
I had thought Sydney was rather flat, but I have to admit that this area on a bicycle contradicts my original thoughts. Fortunately, I'm a lot fitter than I was a few months ago, so I chewed up the changes in altitude and still had a smile on my face.

A nice quick find with MrSmith00 this afternoon.
We encountered a big water dragon, bush turkey, and the beehive before finding the cache.

After finishing up work for the day i had enough light left to come and grab this cache.
After parking on Wareemba Ave i found that the batteries in my GPSr had died and i had no spares. Thankfully i still had my phone so off i went into the bush dodging a couple of muggles out for a walk.
Thanks to the clue it didnt take too long to spot the hiding spot and get my hands on the cache.
The container is in good condition and the log is dry.
Thanks.

I had put of finding this because it’s location made it look like I’d be trampling through someone’s backyard, but I had some time to spare in the area today so I thought I’d check it out.
Not only was it easier than I expected, it’s in a gorgeous little patch of bush that is clearly very well cared for and not at all someone’s backyard!
Spotted the hide as I approached - an easy little PAG, this is my 3rd in the set - still got a little way to go.

After a nice walk through Westleigh's bushland I was in the suburbs. In this little pocket of bush I walked the 35 meters from car to cache. A quick search revealed the cache.
I wonder how much the neighbours across the field is able to see and whether he has checked out what all those strangers are doing along the back of his house.

Very camo it looks bearly out of place just think where you would hide something
I grew up in this street and was visiting dad so thought I'd go for a walk down the old stomping grounds. Nice one
Found with Justjessie, as we toured the upper North Shore. TFTC!

TFTC was in the area visiting my grandparents & thought I’d grab this as it’s just across the road from them nice quick find ! traded my travel bug Colin the Cockatoo for the tiny yellow cheetah. Colin travelled with me from Dungog!
Found it along with a little green triceratops my daughter was thrilled with. Swapped the dinosaur with a pink horned beetle.
The hint was very helpful! Geokids keen to find the rest of the series, the most excited they've ever been about Geocaching! TFTC
Having stumbled onto Xmas #5 the other day, I set off with a mission to close out this series. TFTseries ! After a bit of toodling around in the traffic to get them all - I picked up my clues - checked the checker and soon had CIH just before dusk,
Cheers

Came for a walk along the bush path, saw that this was close by and soon had cache in hand. Now I’ll have to find the rest in the series. TFTC
With the rain we had today, the earthy smell was amazing from GZ. It was a quick find after I waited for a muggle and his misbehaving muggle dog to pass. He informed me his dog like to chase the water dragons. Fortunately for the water dragons, the pup was on a short leash! TFTC!
Located at 10:50pm. Found a lost pen on the ground and so hid it alongside the cache for the next intrepid cacher. TFTC!
Nice quick & easy find on my way to an appointment in Thornleigh this evening. Great little series! TFTC
The coordinates were a bit off but Everlasting found it. Lovely little location. Thanks.
Wow love this place so cute signed the log with ozuk. Thanks for the cache and hunt.
Came back to this area after having recent success in finding some park n grab caches. By the time I got here the sun had just set and so I left my dogs in the car while I went into the little bushland. Finally found the log with the cache just sitting out in the open. SL #3188 on streak day #1809. Returned the cache a little deeper in the trunk and covered with a bit of bark. TFTC
After the recent rains, we thought we should check on the condition of this one. The cache had been washed out of place, was full of water and the log saturated.
We dried it out and slipped in a new log and bag.

With the CO checking on this cache, I took the opportunity to sign the new log. TFTC Mr MR.
People are obviously working on this section of bush, it was nice to walk through although not very large. The cache was found in quite a damp place but it was still dry inside. I took the little TB, it is a nice size to have for smaller caches. Thanks for a good hide in a nice place.
Really nice patch of remnant bushland. Took about 15 to find as my gps led me elsewhere. But an earlier photograph helped. Tftc tnln
Well I'm really over Christmas for this season but I guess I could just squeeze in a little more cheer to find a couple of the Christmas Legacy caches while I'm in the area.
This used to be an area I walked the last geodog in but he has gone to doggy heaven and we no longer live in this neck of the woods. It was nice to come back to visit the area.
Of course, as they all say, I had never been down this track before!
What made me come here?
Well I needed a cache to keep my streak going and thought being as it was soooo hot and it was quite a long drive I should collect several caches to make the trip worthwhile.
This was the 3rd of 4 caches.
As I entered the track I was surprised to see several green bins in the bush and I could hear the sound of muggles doing something noisy so I wasn't too sure I would be able to search for the cache. I actually saw no one and found the cache quickly, signed the log and made my way back to the geomobile without any encounters.
TFTC # 1791
Collected the clue, hope I can solve the final mystery!

Found with dlturner and frazel back on the 14/7/16 but must have missed logging it. We had fun with these ones
