This fantastic garden is a gem and reminds me of just why I love geocaching. I'd never had come here otherwise and its such a wonderful place. This was a lovely end to a challenging day, where I first spent 4 and a half hours not getting 3 multis and also a dnf for one solved puzzle, followed by me reverting to easier trads and only getting 50% of them. I really wanted to finish on a positive and so glad I chose this one. I love the way the GZ clearly won't damage any of the gardens too. I'd give it more than one FP if I could.
Marshalls Geelong found this cache today,Quick easy multi whilst out for a walk in the area. Ive driven past this park many times and I had no idea how beautiful it was! No gardener (or anyone) to be seen! TFTC
For find 200, I went with this recommendation from [@RikkiJayMudd](http://coord.info/PR1JBBM6). One of the joys of geocaching so far has been the way it's shown me new places in Geelong and beyond - and this is certainly tue of Leach Wood Gardens, an area that I must have driven past hundreds of times in the last eight years but never stopped to explore. I certainly didn't expect it to be so well established. The lawns were freshly mowed this morning, and there was even a gardener there, tending to one of the flower beds. Luckily he was a long way from GZ and I quickly made the find, signed and returned. Thanks and a favourite point for setting up the cache and bringing me to this spot, The_Tritonz.
I’ve literally never ventured down this end of West Fyans before. The presence of these lovely gardens are a complete surprise. Love the waterfall behind the plaque!
Cache found with relative ease. Logbook still looking very sad for itself, but it is at least a little dryer by now.

TFTC! Great and simple multi cache, container in good condition, log book a bit damp however.
These are lovely gardens we have never seen before.
It’s very impressive how they can convert a quarry into something so beautiful!
Came armed and applied the aero guard on leaving the car… felt like was wearing the invisibility cloak while all those pesky beasts flew around… especially at this time of day… dusk. TFTC

Honestly we spent longer remembering how to put coordinates into google maps than doing everything else! Hah.
Found with Geoyeet975 who I should thank for sticking his hands in the places I dont want to.
TFTC!! <3
Btw, log is slightly damp, but is still safe enough to write on

Chasing a few caches with The Empire after attending the **DO YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE!** events
A fantastic day to be out in the fresh air and sunshine. It was great to be back in the area again and able to swing past, gather the required information and make our way to GZ?
A nice straight forward find here. Left my mark on the log and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache The_Tritonz. Appreciate your efforts.

After hanging out with everyone at the event, including the man himself, Bushfire, we spent the rest of the afternoon caching around this part of G-Town. A wander up and and some quick maths and a little search later we had this one in hand. Thanks for the cache The_Tritonz.

Once again Geocaching has taken me to a place that I never knew existed. Had no idea this nice garden was here! Tftc
Beautiful walk through the park on this Saturday morning. Calculated the coordinates to GZ quickly and made the find with no trouble - TFTC
Out getting some fresh air with the kids and decided to search for this cache!! After working out the coords we soon had the cache in hands. This garden is a beautiful spot to come, relax and escape from people. Everytime I visit we are the only ones here. Thank you
No sign of the gardener today while we were there so we were able to make the find.
A lovely set of gardens.
It is that time of year for SKI Pair when we say goodbye to our Gippsland area and set off to do some travelling for an extended period of time. After last year when Covid restrictions saw us spent all of winter at home for the first time in many years e were looking forward to getting away again. Now overseas travel is still definitely out of the question so we decided to try doing some in Victoria before heading north. Mrs SKI has some loose connections with Geelong, so we decided to give the area a try and hope that the weather is kind.
After talking to Rebel Acts he decided that wasn't a bad idea and decided to join us for a few days of serious caching. Today was our first day, so after arrival we set off to see what we could see and find.

My good friends Ski Pair were heading down to Geelong for a few days and invited Me to join them, who could resist being chauffeured around and the company and laughs are always good. We had a great time touring the area discovering new locations while finding caches, We even managed dinner with Suscoe and Busfire.
This is one of the caches we found for the week. This was a nice garden to visit, we had no trouble finding the cache.
Thanks The_Tritonz for the cache.

Day 3 of a dedicated geo-weekend away with Kestal and Scratches...We visited the park to do the wherigo and noticed this easy multi and couldn't resist. After a slight miscalculation we readjusted our search for a quick find. TFTC The_Tritonz.
After finishing of the Wherigo in this park, Scratches, Eskies5 and I decided to grab this hide as well. We the needed info we were off to GZ. I messed up the calculations had us searching in what we thought was the perfect spot but it wasn’t right. Quickly checked the numbers and we saw where I went wrong. Back on track it was off to GZ. Once there Eskies5 had her hands on the hide in no time. TFTC The_Tritonz
After an initial calculation error had us in a very promising but very wrong spot, adjustments were made and we had cache in hand.

Found with Cybergran V and her MuggleHubby while in Geelong for 5 events in a day.(we got to 4 of them). [^]
We earned coords to GZ one day prior after completing the wherigo cache nearby.
With a CITO event just around the corner, we left it till then to pick it up.
I got some odd looks from the Gardener as I was running around his worksite on the Friday but no sign of him this day.
TFTC The_Tritons. We had so much fun on the weekend I am still catching up on all my logging.

Road tripping from Melbourne to Adelaide with Lady membsec, wombles and 1MinnieMoo.
This was day one of our adventure.
Still huffing and puffing from being chased by ghosts we made our way to GZ after collecting the information. A nice quick find. No gardener spotted today but we found lots of fruit
Thanks for the cache The _Tritonz

Yesterday afternoon, after the exhausting process of eluding all the Pacman critters here, dalerious and I braved going back into the park again to obtain the necessary information for this Multi.
Luckily all of the Pacmen must have been exhausted too as they were nowhere to be heard.
However we decided to leave the location of the cache until this morning, on our way from the breakfast event at Waurn Ponds, to the nearby CITO.
This time it didn’t take dalerious very long to locate the cache to add our names to it, maybe the Pacman critters were still asleep

We are on a road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide on the Great Ocean Road (GOR). Membsec from Tassie, Nyssaflutterby, 1MinnieMoo and Wombles and Co all from Queensland. We met at the airport, late due to Jetstar’s strike (4 hours delayed for the Queenslanders) and then hit the road. We have a good selection of caches that we really want to get, so many in a short amount of time.
We have signed the log book with QQ to save time and space in the log book. After doing the nearby Pacman wherigo we decided to do this one.....I wasn’t feeling to well so just tagged along.

Having somehow done and survived the exhausting efforts of the wherigo here, wombles and co noticed there was a multi. With us all puffing still, none of us seemed overly enthusiastic about the idea of walking around here more for a multi, but at the same time we knew we had to get it. It didn’t take long to have our answers and we were soon walking over to GZ while still trying to regain our breath.
At GZ a quick find was made... of something I could’ve used at that moment funnily enough.
Log signed as QQ for the group of 4 of us (NyssaFlutterby, wombles and co, membsec and I).

It was late in the afternoon and we believe that the gardener may have gone home as we did not see him at all. The plaque was found and the calculations - well we made a total mess of those. Our final GZ certainly told us that we had made an error then the light bulb moment and we had a reasonable final. SL TFTC
Nice little multi! Living in Geelong my whole life I can't quite believe I've never entered these gardens, and what nice gardens they are. Thanks for taking me here and TFTC!
Just picking up a few caches today, along with ilook4geo, while doing some shopping and other things in the Geelong area. We found the caches we targeted, except for one, and all found logs were signed and put back into place securely before we moved on to the next one. Found the info and the numbers worked out well. Started working on this one as it was raining just a little, but nothing much eventuated except a nice cache container. A multi that works out so well is a pleasure to do. Thanks go to The_Tritonz for this cache placement.
In the Geelong area for a short visit with goingplaces2 and just had to include a few caches while we were there. This was one we found. Both names were signed. TFTC.
Quick find after completing the nearby wherigo. Really like this garden! Thanks for the cache.
This was a bit of an opportunistic find as I had just completed the wherigo and couldn't pass up a multi in the same vicinity. A nice easy bit of maths and a quick find at GZ. It could've been different if I had gone for the first thing which I saw but thankfully I circled around a bit and thought, hmm, I wonder whether that bit of obvious camo is actually camo. The cache container was another bit of smartness, perfect item for the location and likely to be dismissed by any muggle who picks it up by accident.
I didn’t see the gardener at all today. There were a fair few weeds (or maybe they were plants, I’m really not the best to ask) so I suspect the gardener has been slacking off lately. I was able to sneak in, obtain the information at the starting waypoint, and then head to GZ all without a sighting. Maybe I should apply for the job! Thanks for a fun multi in a pretty park The_Tritonz
A nice quick and easy multi find this morning. Was glad to get a smiley around here with 2 nearby DNF's. Multi month challenge is hard enough as it is without DNF's! A nice park that I have driven past many a time over the years but never stopped at. To be honest I didnt take a large wander today either, it was onward and upward (well, downward from both an elevation and success perspective) to the next multi.
I’ve driven by these gardens before but never stopped to action visit them. They are delightful and I enjoyed my wander around exploring them and collecting the information necessary to find the cache Thanks for introducing me to such a lovely area The Tritonz
The last time I was here, we were running around the park like crazy people, trying to avoid being chased by Pac Men. Once we found that cache, we were oblivious to the fact that this multi was here too.
So today I made amends. This time I was rained on a little more, but a little rain never hurt nobody... I did my calculations on my wet notepad, then strolled slash ran to GZ. I waited for some muggles to pass, then began exploring and soon had the cache, safe and sound.
I think the gardener was curled up in front of the heater at home. Thanks The_Tritonz

Today I headed off on another road trip, this time to Geelong and then on to Ballarat to attend a couple of events but there are also other caches to be found in these areas.
Last time I visited these gardens I was running around being chased by ghosts, today was a different story and it was nice slower paced stroll to collect some info before heading of to GZ to make a fairly quick find.
**Thanks to The_Tritonz for placing this cache.**

Such beautiful gardens! Hadn’t been here for a while so thought I’d put a smiley on this one that has been on my radar for a while, another beautiful walk through the gardens, and after a quick bit of math, found GZ and the cache, great hide. I may have also done Pac-Man 3d again while I was here too!!
These are charming and very nicely maintained and manicured gardens. Before a run about the place, I enjoyed a gentle stroll gathering the clue and heading on for a quick find of the neat container. For such lovely gardens I am amazed that it was so quiet this morning.
Thanks to The_Tritonz for placing this cache and bringing me here.

I love Leach-Wood Gardens; I discovered them when i found my all time fave cache Pacman 3D. The area looked very different then, with the sun shining and the flowers in bloom. Today was a good day to find this, as it was pouring on and off. Didn;t really have to hide from the pesky gardener - he was hiding from me in his shed reading the paper. On the way out I gave him a wave but he just went back to reading
Anyway, thought I better find a multi for the souvenir this week. I have plenty of points but thought I'd grab one multi in the spirit of things. Turns out that finished yesterday haha. Never mind, was glad to grab this nicely put together offset and put another smiley on the map whilst revisiting this great location. TFTC

We ran passed the plaque earlier but didn't have much time to read it, so it was good to be able to stop and read it. We soon found the cache and we're off for more adventures! Tftc
Along with hiding from the gardener we also hid from the road workers and the spattering of rain. We are on fire today!! 2 out of 2 multis and we didn't stuff up any numbers (very unlike us, lol). Thanks for bringing us here with your placement. Tftc
A nice simple multi to get my 1500th find, and such a nice spot to be at. Thanks for placing. Cigc. Tftc
Found thus the other day with autumntree. We had first of all had the wrong coords which had put us in the vicinity of a suspicious sprinker which turned out to be a sprinker. Good to say the o rings in it were fine. Lol. However looking around it looks like the only sprinkler in the gardens.

Team Autumn out on a cold night with rain threatening. The GPS was all over the place and we were struggling with the light fast disappearing so we PAF to MaggieDot to check we were in the right place. AutumnCS made the find and we popped it back just as a quiet muggle came around the corner. TFTC.
No gardener today... or even people visiting the park for that matter which was fortunate for us!
We got the coords quickly and with the ominous rain clouds looming, we grabbed the cache even quicker. The littlest made the find once we got to ground zero... "hey mum! do you think this is it?"
It was so now another day cleared and a multi struck from the board... cache winning!
Another find by the McPhail family.

And on the Seventh day of my geocaching holiday I reached 7000 finds! I thought today would have ben a bit more relaxing, but since I had ran out of power trail caches (only 14 of them today) I had to travel around a fair bit. Inverleigh, Teesdale, Bannockburn, Lake Conneware and the last bit of the G2Q trail to find the last 62 caches.
And the big buld up to my milestone find was a let down as I found out from a recent log that the cache was missing! So I had to make another descision on what cache it would be.
In the end I had time on my bike and lots of airconditioned car driving to make the trip easier.
Thanks for all the caches!

We drove down to Geelong today to look at a trailer for our Hobie. We arrived early so we could cache a bit too, and initially started doing some random suburban trads a few kms away. After a string of either DNF's or uncomfortable muggle-infested locations, we decided to drive the extra kms to tackle the two caches in this park instead. This turned out to be the best decision by far - quality caches in a quality location make for lots of fun and smiles. We really enjoyed walking around these beautiful gardens. The perfect weather helped too. Calculations done and cache found easily but nicely hidden away. TFTC Tritonz.
Found today at 1200.
After doing some cache maintenance on one of our nearby caches I figured I should get my finger out and find a cache once in a while.
After finding the required plaque I set about the maths.
It pays to read the cache notes properly and not assume when doing the sums
After a face palm moment I had the right numbers and the exposed cache was soon in hand and log signed.
Replaced cache and made sure was well covered with available camouflage.

First multi cache ever they we've found. On our walk to find the plaque, I thought to myself, that would be an excellent spot for a cache. Initially we misentered one number, however we went back and recalculated and then had a nice quick find in the spot which I'd earlier noted. Never been in these gardens before even though we live really close. Absolutely stunning. TFTC & taking us to this beautiful spot.
After running madly around the park completing a previous cache, we took a leisurely stroll to cool down and complete this multi. Not too tricky but a nice little hide. Tftc.
After attending the morning event I headed onto this part of town to target some specific caches. I did this cache here before the whereigo as I'd parked at the top of the park. A nice simple multi in a gorgeous little park - it was especially beautiful today after the rain (adding some pics). Many thanks
Very glad we got our maths right at first attempt! Had spent the previous 20 minutes running around the gardens doing the wherigo so happy to have a leisurely stroll! Bobbi Bobbi made the find here!
Found ! Good walk around the park

Accidentally put one digit wrong into the GPS had us looking in the wrong place. But after a quick double check, realised our mistake and found it quickly. TFTC
Was having trouble finding it until a fellow geocacher pointed out the error in my math. Great location. Will go back again.
Catching up with late logs
With Mr Crackers busy working tonight at the Geelong Carols Mrs Crackers was caching today with micaparamedic and we had now joined with a few others after the afternoon event.
The information was gained, co-ords entered and off we went for a pleasant walk to gz where the well hidden cache was found .
This is a lovely area that we had been to before in search of caches.
Thanks for the cache.

I would like to thank The_Tritonz for placing this cache. I always enjoy getting out and about to view this great country of ours and caching allows me to do that. Once at GZ, I sometimes find the cache quickly but sometimes it takes awhile to sus out the well camouflaged hide. Once found, log is signed and the cache is rehidden as found.
Once again thanks The_Tritonz.

Not the first cache that I have done in these lovely gardens although I do not remember the other. The informaiton was found, the calculations done, and a short search at GZ had the cache.
Found by Mary & David at 1620. We were in the area, so grabbed the numbers and took the walk to GZ. Mrs Crackers spotted the hide from several metres away and directed micaparamedic, who was nearer, to it. Our thanks to The_Tritonz.

Had a look if there were any other caches in the area after the "pacman" cache. Whoppee, looks like there is, easy find tftc.
After spending time searching for power pills and running from ghosts, we thought we might as well hide from the gardener as well while we were in the vicinity.

With a little bit of time remaining before picking up the goils, I headed over to here for a look. After a pleasant stroll through the gardens to find the clues, I arrived at GZ where I had the stash in hand at 12:45 following a short search.

A good way to get the heart rate down after pacman 3D! Nice simple hide and only my third (I think) multi! Tftc
A fantastic morning going around Geelong picking up a few easy caches. Have visited this cache for previous caches in the past, and was happy to be back.
We completed this cache before starting the nearby Pacman cache. a good choice indeed!
Loved the hide, nice and simple in a good location. Made sure it was secure when replacing to ensure it does not fall out.
Thanks for this nice easy Multi The_Tritonz

This multi has taken me about 5 months to find lol. I came here many months ago to get the information and never returned until tonight after a detour on the way home from work. It's worked out well as this is the second last day before I hit 6 months continuous caching zzz [|)] it's tiring but fun I came to an empty car park, almost darkness so i grabbed my torch and set off from the car park. A quick walk and spot on coordinates had me finding this one quickly. I took note of two TB's in the hide, signed and replaced a little camo as it had fallen away.
[blue]Thanks for this multi cache hide, theTritonz. [^]

A quick walk and spot on coordinates had me finding this one quickly. I took note of two TB's in the hide, signed and replaced a little camo as it had fallen away.
[blue]Thanks for this multi cache hide, theTritonz. [^]
Log and container were in good condition.
Took Nothing, Left Nothing [/blue]

Nice little walk around the gardens looking for this very pleasant-to-do multi. Left TB, picked up TB. TFTC!
Tftc the Tritonz. Our 5th multi. Like the container. Dropped off a TB. Well done on a nice cache.
Did this today with Neville_Devil while trying to catch our breath after completing Pacman 3D. Did the maths at the plaque and set of for the find. TFTC in a beautiful park
Found with Ahomburg. My only completely free day this weekend and I'm using it to target Multis. A nice park that was cool in the shade from the sun. Now off to look at the wherigo. Tftc

Find # 4604
A last minute arrangement was made to head towards the Geelong area with sharkiefan with the main aim being to find 16 multi caches and for her to complete the "Multi March" challenge with 31 multi's. The weather was looking good, so a 9am start it was.
This one was a nice change, with most of the walking in the protection of the nice shady trees. Numbers were located, cache was sought and soon found. This was multi #15. nearly there.
Thanks to The_Tritonz for the cache. TNLN

Found in the company of Wozzle68, Glanville Girls, McLookers & Tomstache on a insane trip through Geelong and surrounds to complete the challenge of 31 MultCache's in March in one day, found after reading the plaque and making our calculations, thanks for giving me a reason to return to the site of the torture of running around from virtual monsters in Pac Man 3D

These are beautiful gardens we had visited to to a wherigo. Today, we gathered the information and made the find of the well constructed cache contained tucked into an excellent hidey hole. Thanks for the multi The Tritonz.
On a multi campaign today in the Geelong and surrounding areas with Glanville Girls, Tomstache, wozzle68 and ST37E, we left home in the dark and arrived home in the dark but were very pleased with our achievement of 31 Multis in March on 1 March! We saw some amazing views and our travels took us to many spots we had never visited before.

We were out on a caching run today with McLookers, ST37E, Wozzle68 and Tomstache. We set ourselves the personal challenge of trying to find as many multis as we could in one day. We set off from Ballarat and headed into the multi rich territory that is Geelong. We had done our homework on as many as we could before hand and chose multis that we thought would be quick and achievable. It was crazy day that started in Ballarat at 6.30am and didn't finish until late in the evening.
This is such a pretty garden. I remember be chased through this maze whilst doing The Pacman Wherigo. Thankfully today was a nice stroll through. ST37E made the grab on this one. Thanks The Tritonz.
