###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by JacobsCrew2 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

We had a look before giving up as we couldn’t find it. We guessed it had been burnt down.
This one had us stumped until the geonephew let out that familiar "found it!"
All in good condition
All in good condition
We decided to head out early to do a bit of caching before the heat of the day.
TFTC JacobsCrew this is find # 8747 for us.

I am out here almost every Sunday that I am in Perth, but I almost always ride in a group so opportunities to go grab a cache are limited. This Sunday I was solo so I detoured past these caches on the way back to the Camel Farm. SL TFTC
After a taster a week or two ago, came back to knock off a few more.
Wandered about a bit before locating the cache. TFTC JacobsCrew.

Another beautiful day out going through the Outback Joe series (23 - 31; 1 - 8; 35 and 36; and 20) Most were fairly straightforward finds (except 35 which took a bit longer) with only a couple of DNFs (5 and 36.) Some logs were quite damp - 20, 28, 30, 31 and 35 and Cache No 23 was thoroughly soaked through and full. In Cache 28, the page with the clue had come away and was falling apart so I wrote the clue on the inside of the plastic cover. All up it was a very enjoyable and highly successful day - thanks again for this great series!
We headed out for another day up in the hills and surrounding areas to add a few more smilies, happy to say we came up trumps here today with a nice quick find TFTC
Came back today to finish off the series with themongrel, we grabbed a few others on the way and also stumbled across somebody living in the bush in their car. Enjoyed the walk and the birds were very noisy this morning. tftc
A day out with Itskate doing some walk trails TFTH

Thank you! I've had my eye on this series for a while, and decided today was the day. The forecasted showers and storm never eventuated, so with blue skies it ended up warmer than I expected. I did the series in numerical order, as that seemed to involve the least backtracking. Found this one without too much issue.
The weather finally had mercy on human kind in the region and let some spring out, so what better way to spend a day, than geocaching in a good company! Teamed up with Mistraluna, and decided to tackle the Outback Jack series, to get some fresh air, good exercise and lots of smileys on a beautiful walk and believe it or not, no flies, no mozzies - Perfecto! And the best bit was, that we found all the caches, yay!
Headed up this way today with Eliktrisiti, hoping to knock out the Outback Jack series which has been on my radar for way too long, but I just never seemed to get out here to do them. Previous plans always seem to go awry for one reason or another.
But the planets aligned for us today, and two eager geocachers sallied forth, ready for rain, hail or shine, set on a mission to conquer this series at long last. Fortunately the weather held out for us for the entire two circuits, and we managed to find each and every one of the caches (had to resort to PAF on one of them though), whilst another took considerable longer to find than we anticipated also, but we found both eventually. Most of the caches were in good order, but several along the southernmost section of the series were a tad wet and could do with with some TLC when the CO is next out that way.
All in all, an excellent series of caches. Thank you JacobsCrew2 for all the work that went into the planning and placement of this series. We really enjoyed our day out there - was hoping for more wildflowers, but hey, can't have everything I guess. Am more than happy with my swag of smileys.

Was passing by and thought I would quickly nab a couple of caches here. Great area, lovely day, can't ask for much more. Tftc.
Got it! \o/.
Headed up into the hills to attempt the Outback Jack Bush walk series. Brought a muggle mate (PBD) with me to introduce him into our sport. Turns out he loves it. What a beautiful peaceful area. Please excuse the copy paste.
Quick find here too.

Out doing a bit of off road after the Perth Airport T1 Domestic trial, the final trial before the official opening later this month.
Quick find before sunset. Left the car running at this one for a quick find over at GZ.
Cheers JacobsCrew 2!

Decided to tackle the Outback Jack series today. Parked across the road from #18 and started there. Logged that one at 2:32pm and the last one (#15 - a DNF) at 6:07pm. Found 30 caches and had 5 DNFs. There were 3 that I didn't attempt as it was dark by the time I was on the last leg from 7 through 15 ... I have new specs with a new prescription and was not confident walking through the scrub in the dark so I only did the ones close to the track.
Of the DNFs, I think 34 may be missing and possibly 5 ... I did have a good look for both of those while it was still light, but the others were in the dark and I only had a quick look before moving on.
Thanks for this series JacobsCrew ... I did enjoy the walk, the only downer being the appalling amount of rubish that is dumped in the bush.
I will be back one day for the ones I didn't get. Sorry for generic log

We had a spare day in Perth today and had planned to tackle the Outback Jack series. We woke up to a perfectly beautiful autumn day, so armed with our gps and some supplies we headed off down into the bush. We found all 38 of the caches today, so sorry about the rather generic logs that will be posted on all 38. The caches were hidden in many diverse places. Some were very easy to find, others were more of a challenge. Most were in very good condition apart from one that was rather wet. There are a myriad of tracks running through this bushland, and you do really need a gps to be able to locate where you are and where you have been. We came across some cross country runners as well as a number of mountain bikers who were also enjoying the trails. We even walked on part of the northern end of the Bibbulmun Track, which was interesting as we spend a lot of time on the southern end of it. Thanks JacobsCrew2 for all the work that must have gone into placing all these caches for our enjoyment. We enjoyed the walk and also finding them.
Had me stumped for a bit with the change in container.
No room for anything in this one.

After successfully completing the first half of this walk a couple weeks ago, I returned this morning with CaVED, PerthGirl65 and a couple friends to complete the series. Most of the caches were quite easy finds. A gorgeous morning for a walk! Thanks JacobsCrew2 for this cache and the entire series.
Did the first half of this series 2 weeks ago and today was a perfect day to find the rest. This was the ninth of 22 caches we found in this series today and the first container of this type today. TFTC, JacobsCrew2
A really hot day and just today we decide to do this bush walk.
We were glad when we arrived back at the parking place. Thank you to the owner.

I was passing and the caches in this series came up as must haves to fill a blank somewhere. I got the closest one to the road. I'll be back to do the series.
Very enjoyable day walking around the park collecting these caches. Thanks JacobsCrew2 for laying out this series.
(Chwiliwr team catch up log)
I allowed Chwiliwr to go out for a 'walk' so he came up to do this series. Started out cool enough but soon there was a thunderstorm nearby which stopped him for a while until it passed. He walked some more of the series and then there was another storm. Although he did plan to do all of the series the two storms ensured that he didn't have enough time so will have to come back another day to finish them off with me.
Thanks JacobsCrew2 for the cache and series so far.

The better half allowed me to go out for a 'walk' so I came up to do this series. Started out cool enough but soon there was a thunderstorm nearby which stopped me for a while until it passed and made me wet. I walked some more of the series and then there was another storm which stopped me again and this time saturated me. They were not that close and only got the rain bits not the lightning. Although I did plan to do all of the series the two storms ensured that I didn't have enough time so will have to come back another day to finish them off.
I think the storms were affecting the signals as I didn't find any of the GZ locations to be all that accurate today but I did find the caches in the end.

Noticed this series of caches not so long ago and thought it would be a good opportunity to visit the area. Great series; Coords were generally accurate and the hides were good. Thanks very much JacobsCrew. Great weather for January!
TFTC. Nice quick ones now and back to the car as we have plans for the night.
HAPPY NEW YEAR
HAPPY NEW YEAR
Finally got around to do some serious caching. 2014 has been a lean year with less 100 added to my tally. So today was the day to bring up the 1000 Cache, and what a fantastic series. Countless birds, beautiful scenery and plenty a kangaroos to enjoy the walk with. Not to mention the thousands of spiders who had to build new webs.. A great series. Thank You.. TNLN
Thanks

They are all really easy but some of them are like 10m away of my gps position!!!! Thanks anyway for the caches as it was a rally great pleasure to do them.

Found it with Ross1957. What a good way to spend the morning, good company, good bushland, exercise, wild flowers, and annoying tricky caches to find, some easy some hard.
After starting this series a few weeks ago I've come back with Fernio to try and complete it.
We found all the ones we looked for some being really easy and some we had to spend some time on. Had to
look back on previous logs on a couple and even phoned a friend on one.
It is great to have the company and an extra pair of eyes.
Thanks JacobsCrew2 for a fun series.

Out for a walk with my brother and we decided to do this series. Mostly quick easy finds for this series. TFTC
Having a lovely walk today. This is the kind of caching we like especially with the wildflowers out. TFTC
Thanks JacobsCrew for putting out this series we have enjoyed the walks great job.
I had the day off work and thought that this was the perfect day and a great opportunity to tackle this impressive power trail of caches. I arrived just before 6:30am and found that it was still quite dark but after finding the trail off Fern Rd I was on my way. Most caches were easy finds, but I found them much harder as I was working into the 30s of this series. Quick find here. TFTC JacobsCrew
[:(!] Had a few hours to kill and what better way of of filling in those hours than to do a bit of caching and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GC54M48 - (Outback Jack Bush Walk 18) and walked the circuit from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was located and it was in hand in a matter of minutes.
I like it

I'd wanted to do a bit of a walk this weekend and was tossing up between this series and going gnome hunting. A late invite to a birthday lunch in Kalamunda decided me on this series. I got to the camel farm just after 7 and it was already heaving with mtb'ers. After getting my self sorted I set off and made quick progress on the first few caches. Once I got to the fourth I noticed the info at the beginning of the logbook required to find the final cache. I'd completely forgotten about the final and gathering the info. Thankfully the route I'd planned backtracked towards the ones I'd already done so I decided to pick up the missed info later. All went well with all caches easily found apart from #35. A nice mix of straight forward caches and a few more challenging hides. A great mornings walking, the whole series, not including the final, took just over 3 hours and this included the bit of backtracking i had to do. The weather was great, not to cool and only a few showers. Once I got back to my car i sat down and worked out the location of the final, wasn't sure about the location so re-worked the coords, all good so set off to find the final. Found it with enough time to get home get cleaned up and head out to lunch. Thanks for a great series JacobsCrew2.
